I try to pay my credit cards in full. I have four Capital One cards. As usual, today the payment has run through my bank account but I have no credit available on my cards. Once again, I called Capital One to complain.
In the past the customer service agent has been able to call my bank to verify the amount ran through my account and then release the hold - always a total pain that I've complained about in the past! Today they couldn't do that.
I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor told me my account is on hold until the 16th. Today is the 10th, and I travel for a living. Good grief! I asked for his supervisor, but was told his supervisor was not taking calls.
