Past two times I have waited over 30 minutes for two meals.
I am a loyal customer of Captain D’s located at 1200 1st Avenue SE Moultrie Ga 31768. Today I ordered a Grilled Salmon Dinner my usual around 12:20pm on 8-9-23. I noticed this was a different staff and new manager from the familiar previous staff.
I waited over 45 minutes. It was served to me over cooked and burnt, the lady manager and kitchen staff was very rude to me when I asked for a better quality of the food. The kitchen staff blurted out to me to go to Burger King and have it my way, also the lady manager laughed and brought me another Salmon dinner, this second one was severely burnt and unappetizing.
She laughed at me in front of customers while the other staff members cursed in the back ground making jokes about my food being burnt and said we will just give you your money back…
I love Cap'n D's and I used to eat there at least once a week, sometimes as much as 4 times a week. But this store in Selma, AL (Highland Avenue) is always a "crap shoot." Sometimes the fish is hot & delicious, sometimes it's...just not, and tastes like it was a leftover. And I sometimes like to order the big fish sandwich PLAIN, and then take it home and re-fry it for a minute to reheat it, and THEN I put the tartar sauce on. The restaurant either puts on a MASSIVE amount of tartar sauce, (even though I ordered in plain) or not enough.
Also, your tartar sauce is BEYOND DELICIOUS. Is there anyway to buy it at a supermarket?

I recently sent several emails to customer service regarding a recent order I'd purchased from Captain ds here in Arab Al. The fish was slimy and full of oil which is such a rare experience compared to the Times I've eaten there before.

I came thru captain ds drive thru on 02/04/23 at 17:50 I ordered a large sfd gumbo the container was half full at best. 99 Stacy charged me separately for each item which means she over charged me. I also order funnel cake Stix.
I asked for a refund she refused to give it to me say there was no manager on shift so she couldn't give me my money back and charge me correctly. Then she insisted that she gave me a free meal to make up for it when she only gave me 5 extra shrimp that I didn't want I want my order corrected and she refused to do so.
I had to wait and extremely long time for my order to be incorrect. This was a bad Experience when dealing with stacey.
Have been there a few times the kitchen manager had know customer service I asked him to put my macaroni in a separate bowl he gave me a empty bow for me to put it in it. If you get a two piece catfish dinner they give u to small fish where they have split a small filet in half it would be ok if the filet were bigger you pay 10 something for that dinner. Went 12/12 on McFarland in Tuscaloosa Alabama they gave us corn that looks like it had recook
