On 3-13-2024 I order for me and my wife, my wife dinner was alright, but when it came to my dinner it was terrible I ordered Fettuccine Weesie and paid 21.99 for my meal.The pasta was over cooked and stucked in one pile and the shrimp was raw I don't know what happened because we go to the establishment all the time

The soup has meat in the broth the waitress didn’t k ow paid for my soup she was amazing when I went to manger he was a complete ass I didn’t ask for anything but to teach people the broth isn’t vegetarian he was so rude and said it was he makes it and made me feel like a fool the broth is t vegetarian and I’m beyond mad at the way all this went down

I am sending this in for my son Nick Zipf. com). I am writing to you because I was so disappointed for my son and his girlfriend, Rachel, who went to your Palm Coast Fl Carrabbas restaurant last night ( Sat 10/21/23) around 730pm.

It was a special dinner out for them as the two work alot during the week and only see each other on weekends. They live on seperate sides of the state. They mentioned that they were going to Carrabbras and I totally was excited for them because its one of my favorite places to eat.

(I special order the Scallop dinner when I go there and it is always perfect). I thought they made a great choice until my son called me to ask if I wanted an order of scallops because they were very unhappy with the food and especially the service and wanted to just go home.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have been a regular at the Central islip branch in Long Island. On the Friday of 10/13/2023 one of the service members by the name of Katrina launched a wrong and defaming accusation against me accusing me of harassment.

This has ruined my experience at what is otherwise a fine dining location and I am demanding if not her removal or termination then at least her transfer. I am a good law abiding person who has no crminal record whatsoever and this experience I went through has darkened my outlook on this restaurant chain and the generous business I have brought this company might be considered at an end or suspended for some time. I was at the Carabbas in Maryland at 7600 Belair Rd, Baltimore, MD 21236. I was seated very quickly, however once seated, no one serviced my wife and I, 17 mins went by, I ask for a manager to explain to her the situation.

She got us a waiter , but it was the same one that walked pass us the entire time without acknowledging us. We were so disappointed when he said he didn’t know we was assigned to him. We were with the host, that took us to the table while he was there. give us his name.

I went up the street to Outback was seated, within 52 seconds, the waitress was there, by the way it was crowded. I time it to make sure it wasn’t me being over sensitive. Please address this issue at that location, this isn’t the first time this has happened.

We ordered the chicken parmesan, fettuccine and lasagna. The chicken parmesan was overcooked and dry. The fettuccine was as dry as could be and the lasagna. It didn't give you enough to feed a mouse very disappointed.

My spouse, son (5 yrs old) and I dined at the Southgate location on 6/7 around 5:30pm. The entire time we were there, the "manager" Alexis was standing, talking, joking around then finally sitting at the booth behind us with her "friend/family" members.

I couldn't enjoy my meal or time out with my family because of all the noise and cursing at their table. The waitress ordered my wine then forgot to bring it over, as she admitted. No direction or supervision since management was having a great ol' time disturbing the customers. 00 meal!!!! Retrain your staff!!!!

The hostesses were leaning , uninterested, and not helpful. I arrived checked in was informed my order will take a little while longer understood. 20 min later nothing an hour later informed order was not received after checking in. I proceeded to ask for a manager no empathy no apology just looking crazy name was Jay.

They rushed tossed thing s in a pan tumbled disoriented so after 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting I received my order. No empathy no apology very disappointed in the customer service given.

I order all my meals online using DoorDash delivery; I'm a senior citizen and this is my 'luxury' in life! I am extremely upset with Carrabba's Italian Grill restaurant on Miamisburg-Centerville Road in Dayton, OH. They DO NOT DELIVER BUTTER FOR THE BREAD INCLUDED WITH THEIR MEALS.

As informed by manager, Steve, on Tuesday evening, 04/04/2023, all that's included with delivery is herbs and grated cheese. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Do YOU enjoy YOUR bread with herbs or grated cheese in place of butter???? Last night I took a friend of mine to the Carrabbas in Roanoke, Virginia. It was my first time and his second. It was his suggestion that we go there. He had done a favor for me by giving me a ride from Lynchburg to Roanoke to pick up a car that I had some paint work done on so dinnweer was on me.

He ordered some soup and Chicken Parmecan. I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and brocolli. I believe it was a sirloin. 99 as I recall. I ask the server to have mine cooked like the one pictured in the menu.

When I got the bill I was in for a big surprise. 99 sauce that we had not even asked for. 99 as the server thought I had wanted the filet. Aren't all of them a filet meaning no bones?

347 in Smithtown for many years and have always enjoyed the food and the service. But we have experienced a decline in service, which I believe is due to the management of this location. An example, last night there was no management present, service was slow, the servers were all wearing casual clothes that was not appropriate for this type of restaurant.

We were informed that the manager on Saturday had made the decision to reduce the staff on Sunday because she believed it would be a slow night. When we inquired about the appearance of the employees, we were told that it was the manager’s decision!

I bought a Carrabba’s gift card at Christmas time for $100. I received $40 in bonus cash. I have done gift cards n bonus card before at other restaurants. Carrabba’s is the only one who has restrictions on how we spend the “gift” Carrabba’s gave their customers.

It doesn’t matter if a customer just spent over $100 on eating; only one bonus card of $10 can be used. ” Where does it say no alcohol purchase? It doesn’t. I was at your Westlake location on March 24, at 1:30.

Had a sangria, the computer would not take my bonus card. The manager said she can’t do anything. So, now I will not be eating at Carrabba’s. They don’t value their customers. They just want to scam them for money.

I ordered a curbside pickup from Palm harbor fl Carrabba's. I waited for 20 minutes no one ever came out to give me my food. So I went to the door to get my food. I got my food I got home about 15 minutes later and the food was terrible I don't know why I expect something different but I always think that they will fix their problems but they don't.

Always forget the oil and spices for the bread. I asked for parmesan cheese they forgot it. I had to double check that they gave me utensils which I asked for.

I took my granddaughter to dinner last night at the location in Venice on route 41. From the beginning, the waitress was very insubordinate. I asked her if she could look up the price for you or to go boxes of sangria cause we are having a Saint Pattys day party this weekend and I wanted to purchase two.

She told me she would let me know. She took her order in. Basically I never seen her for the rest of the meal. I had to stop a busboy to get a refill on my drink. I had to stop at another busboy to ask for a to go container and my check.

She then dropped the check off and charged me for my to go cup that I put my diet soda in. So I asked the bus boy to go grab her again and remove that because I should be charged for a drink. I already paid for.

This location was not very clean and we are here today 2/11/23@ 12:57pm for lunch. The entry door coming in has not been cleaned in awhile. Obviously not even the night before. I told two girls at welcome counter and nothing was done.

Window seals that we see at tables and some sit next to need to be cleaned and dusted. I could go on. Someone needs to clean. The entry door is disgusting!!!!!! Ocala Florida location.

Let me get to a couple of effect us you used to have three soups available every day we haven’t had Lentil Soup in a very long time at the Lemont Restaurant the wait staff keeps telling us they only have it available very seldom, why? in closing I would like to say it’s a shame that our best restaurant is taking the same route as a lot of restaurants that have closed.

Our server Brandon was great except the food came out before he realized it, not his fault. Would of given a higher rating but the food was mediocre, spaghetti was runny and meatballs soggy, could have been soup. Wife had lasagna, tasted like it came out of the box.

Wait wasn’t bad (25 minutes) but when they sat us at a window booth, the first thing we both noticed were water ants crawling on the table! Every few minutes had to knock them off. This made me look close at the building, the wall panels were flaking and floors and ceiling were dirty.

As much money as this place brings in, you think they would do some renovations. Definitely not the place that’s advertised.

First impression are long lasting.

On 10/28/2022 Saturday I took my wife to Carrabba's in Fayetteville Ny. It was the worst experience I have ever had.

First my wife orders Lobster Ravioli and it comes out cold and tasteless she didn't even eat it. I ordered Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo the pasta was overcooked, the broccoli was hard and the chicken was rubbery and not cooked all the way.

Our 2 Ceaser salads came out with our meals the romaine lettuce was wilted and brown. We ordered Fried Mozzarella as a appetizer that came out cold with the cheese overcooked. Ask to speak to a Manager a gentleman came out and said he was a cook/Maitenece/ fixer?

Ordered an online order calling the cape coral store directly to ensure orders were done correctly. This was placed at 4:11 pm on oct 13,2022. She said it would take 45 min to 1 hr for delivery. She took my cc number and i placed a tip for the driver.

I recently visited my local Carabbas: 16525 Pointe Village Dr. Lutz, FL 33558 and sat down at the bar with my daughter. The bartender looked at us several times but never said hi. At one point she was even in front of us and walked to the opposite side of the bar to clean.

After about 3 to 4 minutes, she finally came back right in front of my daughter and I and started cleaning. The first words out of her mouth were: “can you please lift up your stuff (cell phone, keys) so I can clean” I said Hi to her and asked her how her day was and then asked for menus.

It was almost like we were being ignored. Normally we go in there and Zack is there and does a great job. This bartender we’ve never seen but one thing is for sure, we didn’t feel welcomed so we left.

Had take out tonight from carrabba’s tonight was terrible .. my husband and I rest at the restaurant in brick nj a least once a week .. I have never had a bad meal in all the years I’ve visited the restaurant..

The food from take out was dry , no extra sauce .. ,32258 We had hoped this to be a joyous reunion and a good meal. I am enclosing a copy of our order, #10875498441654273: Our complaints are as follows; Eggplant Parmesan... you can imagine my disappointment. There were 3 orders of Chicken Parmesan... very dry no spaghetti. i Johnny Rocco Salad.

the salad was very small, and the shrimp were tiny My daughter-in-law got sick and was vomiting on and off for at least 24 hours. 1 Lasagna... very over cooked, 1 Fettucine Alfredo w/Caesar was inedible and was pushed to the side.

7 meals of the 10 were tossed in the garbage. If the meals with no spaghetti were supposed to be ordered as a side dish, we were not informed. This is not what I expected in supporting our local restaurants, nor should you expect your restaurants not to have quality…

We experienced a very rude and obnoxious waitress. When my wife asked if we could still get lunch. Miss Heather in a snippy way said we had 3 min to get it in the computer. ” She took over 5 minutes to return, along with a male employee how stood off to the side and just watched.

After that is was a deadpan face and only said what was necessary to get an order. We stayed because we weren’t going to be intimidated and run off. You can bet that was our last visit .

Let me begin by saying we have been loyal customers for over 30 years and we love Carrabbas (and BoneFish) food and service (most of the time). On Saturday, April 23, 2022 we decided to eat at our local Stuart, Florida location.

We wanted to go early to avoid the rush so we arrived at about 4:30. As we entered were were greeting nicely by a young woman who was holding the door for us. There were seriously no more than 6-8 people in the entire restaurant.

There were several ladies at the reception desk and we asked them if we could sit in the bar area for dinner. The one (I think it was the manager) said no because there was no one to serve us.

We dine in the bar area often so we said "It's ok if the bartender serves us". She said "NO" you can't eat in there unless you sit at the bar…

I'm sorry to bother but after several attempts of trying to reach someone last night after this order I didn't know if to reach out to corporate or management. My husband Rafael ordered me a Salmon last night curbside not only did they take forever but when I got the food it looked like someone's leftovers.

The salmon was burnt and fishy. 00 dollars I've never been so disappointed. We've been regulars since you first opened.
