The Late Show with Steven Colbert on CBS will no longer record through my DirecTV service, even though I have set it up to record as a series, and The Late Show is my priority #1. Today, April 29, 2021, when I called customer service for DirecTV, I was told that this is a "known issue in my area," that the problem was "out of their control," but that the DirecTV engineering department "was working on it."

What?? What is the problem, CBS?? This is beyond infuriating. We customers of DirecTV need an answer from CBS. This is unacceptable behavior. What is your problem with our recording your shows? ONLY your local station creates this problem -- All my other local stations have no problem with allowing us to record them.

Also, pop-up ads during shows are verrrrrrrry annoying. I don't see them during commercials. No reason for them what so ever. I guess I will go back to reading books instead. Interesting stories and NO commercials or pop-ups on a page.

Cbs needs to keep Macgyver on, for a popular show for many people.

MacGyver is a far better show than Blue Bloods, yet shockingly Blue Bloods is still on and MacGyver is canceled. MacGyver was one of my favorite shows. I really don't care for several of your shows, but Blue bloods is by far the worst.

I prefer CBS evening programs. My issue is regarding weekend programming. Many of the programs that I watch weekly have time changes due to sports events or special programs that run longer than the allocated time.

My husband and I work daily and usually tape programs that come on after 9 pm so that we don’t miss them. When the time slots are changed past the hour, we only get a portion of each program.

I don’t know how you satisfy everyone but I hope you can resolve this issue as it happens frequently.

CBS put an article on their website titled Three Ways Companies Can Fight Georgia’s Restrictive Voting Laws. CBS shared and shamed the names of companies IF they donated to Republicans. The article is promoting activism for Democrats. This is not journalism but encouraging activism for one political party.

Sheryl Underwood’s conduct was out of line and racist. She was mouthing off from a point of complete ignorance and rank prejudice. You cannot accuse somebody of racism when they are not racist, and they are a completely different race from you, and you are playing the race card. She was disrespectful to Sharon Osbourne. In this case Sheryl Underwood was the one being racist.

Sharon Osbourne was victimized unfairly.

I object to CBS. CBS has been completely disgraceful in their actions and the manner in which they have handled this matter. These actions are absolutely unconducive to positive race relations and a gross perversion of what good race relations entails.

This is a complaint about NCIS LA.

I have been a fan of NCIS LA since it's debut. As of today I will no longer be watching. The episode "Red Rover, Red Rover" was the last straw. There is too much gratuitous violence now. A severed finger with close ups of the wounds inflicted on Joelle made me sick. There is no reason for such graphic detail. It certainly didn't advance the plot in any way. And I am sick of story arcs that go on and on. Stories used to be resolved in one episode, or maybe two. Not anymore. I am disgusted with the direction the show has been taking and I will no longer watch. And I rather think I am not the only person who feels this way. The powers that be have ruined a good thing. Thanks a lot.
