I have filed a complaint before against Jenny Young Century 21 Stellar real estate.
First she told me that she will no longer answer and speak to me because I have anxiety I am also Legally disabled. Jenny also has anxiety and pretty much learned from her over 30 years. What Jenny is doing is discrimination and it is against the law and I spoke to her yesterday she was nasty and said we were never friends which is a lie.
She attended my mothers visitation. I went to Jenny’s Boyfriend funeral it is just a lie and discrimination is against the law.
We hired Kirk Williams of Century 21 United Brokers for property management services. Kirk was great at the onset getting photos and vetting prospective tenants and getting all of the paperwork completed. There were repairs to be made which were handled appropriately.
00 per month going to him to basically collect the rent and disburse the remainder to us. Instructions from us for certain upkeep(landscaping services) were ignored and the property began to appear horribly unkept. Two major pieces of landscaping died and we had to have removed.

Felix told me that if I didn’t sign the agreement then I would be served with an eviction notice. I felt extremely unsafe and threatened while speaking with the sales person behind the counter at the Broadway location in New York City. The woman started shouting and using inappropriate language to the point where I almost called NYPD. Her behavior needs to be investigated further.

However, I contacted Century 21 and was told that, I can not do a return or get store credit due too the 45 day policy. I asked the supervisor for a one time courtesy store credit or refund. I was told again that, this was impossible due to the 45 day store policy.
