Charles Schwab Bank

I had this bank account for months I made a deposit to my bank account n all of a sudden my account gets locked this company locks your account anytime you put money in it I’m really looking into placing a lawsuit against this disgrace company stealing people money !!!!!

My mother passed away and left me an inheritance. I recently made a mobile deposit to Schwab knowing there would be a FEW days hold time on the check. I recently wrecked my car and it is not drivable so I am looking to purchase a car this weekend.

Also, the inheritance check came from my mom's estate account which I am the personal representative AND listed as such on the estate account. Once I made the mobile deposit, I called Schwab to find out when the funds would be released and was told they would hold it for 7 days.

Discussed with a Rep if I can provide proof from the estate account bank that funds are good would the release it early. He spoke to someone higher up, told me he was confident we could get the funds released before the weekend and that he would call the estate bank to…

I'm filing a complaint against Charles Schwab they have closed my account it's been 3 months and they are holding my money in there after I sent 3 notarized letters stating I want my account closed after they locked my account lied and told me the process would take me 3-5 days to be verified it ended of taking a month and three weeks I got verified by there Fraud Specialist and the released the block on my account only for me to be kicked out 30 mins later .
