Placed on order online for 1:00pm pickup and upon arrival had to wait an additional 24 minutes to get order. They forgot to give me my drink after asking them to make sure the order was correct. Upon arriving back at work, I was EXTREMELY upset to find out that BOTH of my orders were incorrect!!!

Wtf? I mis-ordered in Providence, ri and found the local phone number went nowhere. Some private voice-mail with an unintelligible female greeting. Same with the corporate number. No one picks up. It is 9:39 on Sunday February the 5th. I placed my order at 9:02pm. I was told to pull up to the door, and wait for my food. After waiting 15-20 mins for my food, I did not receive my mozzarella sticks.
Upon discovery, I was forced to get back in line ( doors to the inside were locked), and have been sitting in line for 10 mins now as my food gets cold. This is extremely irritating, and unfair. I purchased my food hot and expect to eat it hot, which I can not due to an error of your employees.

The staff at The Security Mall location in Baltimore County location are rude. This complaints stems from several visits to this site. The cashier murmurs, reluctantly responds to any requests and grudgingly provides what you request. I am an executive manager and I know poor customer service when I experience it.
I will not be frequenting this location again. There are other restaurants in the food court that offer similar food and much better customer service. In short, the staff are poorly trained when handling any requests and not see it as a challenge. Very disappointed.

23 order ID: AC2TCLACACAY . I was never told before I ordered that the location was out of some veggies. Once I made it to work to eat my sandwich, I was missing the green peppers & tomatoes. I called the location and they stated they were waiting on a truck.
