Charged me two times when it was supposed to be one charge, they said it would be 3-5 days. Took a month , no one answers the phone, they falsely advertise rooms, there wicked, immoral and unethical and bad business pratice!!

Booked a trip with cheap Caribbean. Was told my travel documents would be mailed to me a few days prior to our departure date. No travel documents were ever E- mailed. Tried calling their so called 24 hour customer service line.

Was told on the customer service line your wait could be as long as 60 minutes due to high volume of calls . After about 30 minutes of waiting the phone disconnect’s you. I did this 3 times and kept getting disconnected.

I finally had to call the airline to get my itinerary. Such a hassle. The resort we went to was a so called all inclusive. Had to make dinner reservations at each restaurant 2 of the restaurants had a 35 dollar per person up charge.

No liquor, pop , or even water in the rooms. 2 restaurant’s couldn’t seat us until after 9:00 pm. Have been using…

We have been trying to use a $3,000+ credit from Covid with Cheap Caribbean for over a month. We have spent over 5+ hours on 7+ calls where we have been promised the new reservation is only waiting ‘supervisor review’ only to be hung up on and/or not contacted back.

One employee admitted it’s just a way to weed out people that don’t have time to wait and see if they give up - the ‘supervisor’ never responds. We are about to resort to a lawyer to recover the money, we would have been happy to just take another trip but clearly this is fraudulent and they are just trying to steal our money. Avoid at all costs.

I booked this trip for my family and was not able to attend because of Covid therefore we canceled as soon as possible. Shortly after I got pregnant and was unable to travel. I contacted Cheap Caribbean and they said I would have credit with them.

I told them I need a refund. I went to my credit card company and filed a dispute. Cheap Caribbean battled and won. They said the flight was not canceled therefore I could of traveled. I told them Rui Jamaica was closed due to Covid and I couldn’t travel because I didn’t have a hotel to stay at.

I told them I would just take the penalty of $200 for each person air ticket because I couldn’t travel and I would lose $800 but that was better than losing $2600. I contacted them by phone and email. Tom was supposed to call back in November of 2020…

Refusal to give us a refund on our Booking #32661795. This has been on going since the start of the pandemic. We are an elderly retired couple ,who has dealt with your company on numerous occasions. We are not comfortable traveling to the Caribbean when the CCDC advises us not to.

We aren't in the best of health with underlying conditions and cannot take a chance.

When I called to get a link to pay my balance, the representative just kept saying she cant send a link but she can take the payment over the phone. When I repeatedly said the travel agent said we will get an email from accounting with a link to pay our balance, she just kept saying she can take the payment over the phone. I do not want to give my CC number over the phone, and stated that. The agent ultimately hung up on me.

This was a call on January 17, 2022.

Very poor customer service!!

All I want to do is securely pay my balance!!

Where do I even Start! We booked a vacation with you guys a couple years ago and of course covid hit! The borders were shut so we could not use our travel. We were told then that we would receive Voucher in the mail for a future credit.

After not receiving for quite some time I called back and they stated that you guys had changed that and are just doing credits via phone. I've tried to call and book our trip numerous times but I'm told that there are no flights available for the time that we've needed both times.

After reaching out today and waiting 2 hours someone hung up on me. I called back again and was transferred to the 3 times after 4 hours awaiting again someone hung up. We are supposed to have a credit of almost $3000 that I am not willing to give up as we worked very hard to…

I have been on the phone since 9 am it is 2 pm. Several agents refusing to give me a supervisor and many have hung up on me and ended chats on purpose. Refusing to refund me and refusing to call me back which has made re booking a vacation prices jumping over 1000$

Customer service was horrible. Representative stated that I couldn't speak to an manager and gave me an supervisor. And once she for on she over talked me and told me that it's you all policy to not refund money without travel insurance or within 24 hours.

And nothing was stated too me when I made reservations and specifically ask can I get an refund nor was it in my email when I canceled the trip within 24 hours. No one spoke of travel credit nor did they put that in an email.

And they acknowledge that the representative said I will get my refund. So this needs to be resolved immediately. You can contact me at 347 990 0683

When I started to make a reservation for me and my Healthcare workers, I specifically ask if it was possible to receive an refund if the passport didn't come through on time he said yes. The reservation rep also inform me that I had 7 days from the date of purchase of the trip too get travel insurance.

I had to cancel the trip 2 days after I reserved it due to people not getting their passport . I received an confirmation that the trip was canceled and will receive an full refund. Now you all sending me an email stating an travel credit.

Not once did the representative said anything about an trip credit nor in the email I received from her. This is unacceptable and unethical. Someone needs too contact me too resolve this matter immediately. com

" I had booked a travel package through Cheapcaribbean last year and after it blew up due to Covid I was given a travel credit for a future vacation for my wife and I. So far so good. I went to rebook it for this year (June-28-July3) using the room credit and the flight credit (American Airlines).

After paying the difference I thought I was set. The problem is that when I went to check our seat assignments my wife was not assigned a seat for two legs of the flight. I can't change it online since there is not a seat to change.

She does have a ticket but was never assigned a seat when Cheapcaribbean made the reservations. I contacted American Airlines and was told that Cheapcaribbean had to fix it since they…

Our trip was cancelled due to COVIG-19 . I received an email showing a total reservation cost of #1615.06 on 4/27/20. My total reservation cost is $3122.76. I have emailed customer service 3 consecutive days without a response. If I could have rated my experience 0/5 I would have.

Once this is settled I will never use Cheapcaribbean again. That is just poor customer service. Apple vacations will start getting my business for future travel.

I have called to change our booked destination to a new destination several days in a row and am still WAITING to talk to someone to get this completed!! I have sat on hold for over 14 hours total. I am told a wait time of 78 minutes and stay on hold for way past that said time. Not acceptable.

We are not canceling our trip, just changing our destination. I will probably never use your website again after this experience. I will also make sure to make it known on social media.

Travel changes has been a nightmare! Experienced 7+ hold hours of 4 days calling and no return call back. 2 hours my call was dropped when I was next in line. My family has used your services many times and as a loyal customer we are receiving extremely Unacceptable customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was on the phone in excess of 2 + hours to get a price adjustment since their price on the cheap Caribbean website went down by $150. They made every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't make the adjustment.

They said the pricing was not available in their system but it was available on their website. Which is false advertisement. It took Crystal 2 hours to do absolutely nothing for me. I asked to speak to a manager 4 times and every time she returned to the phone she would start talking about how I needed to send more proof about the pricing.

The accused me of the pricing I sent being 3 hours earlier and I am in CA and she was in NY. Its a 3 hours time difference! A manager never came to the phone. So basically they falsely…

I booked my trip roughly about 2 weeks ago it was my 5th time using Cheap Caribbean because I have had nothing but good things to say about them but while booking this vacation i ended up paying $2,100 for a 5 night stay at the Barcelo Maya Beach & Caribe for my Fiancee and I.

Looking on the website today 3-28-19, i am able to book the same vacation, same stay with all the things I wanted prior for $1,400.. I then decided to call in to Support and see if they can assist me and tell me why two weeks later it changed by that drastic amount and she said "Considering it's not within a 24 hour time span I am unable to do anything for you" I am absolutely enraged.

2 1/2 STARS Such a disappointment especially having looked forward to this ADULTS ONLY VACATION. Especially hoping to recuperate and relax from Nov,26 2018 surgery requiring 12 pieces of metal in my lumbar That never happened I attempted to call CB 6 times from Punta Cana. We just got back from Mexico on sunday June 3rd. We stayed at grand oasis tulum in which we upgraded to oacen view. We were told this was adult section which we wanted. Come to find out it was family section we called and in order to upgrade to adult section it was going to be another 945 dollars. We did this.

When we got to hotel everyone was upgraed for free to adult section except for us. I want to be reinbursed the 945 . We are very unhappy and feel very taken advantage of.

78 the card didn't release my funds it was pending don't know why the people representing this company are very rude they hang up on you they give you so many different excuses to have my money be put back into my account. 3 days later no call back from any supervisor forms where submitted to the credit card to release the funds and still nothing.

This has been a nightmare. I'm still out of money and unable to go on vacation, my vacation will be over after this week.
