Spoke to customer representative named Joe on 3/14/23 and he was not able to help me use the 3 airline credits amounting to about 2,200 USD. I asked if he could connect to a supervisor and after putting me on hold pretended to be the supervisor.

So in the end I am down 2200 USD and my case was not resolved. Bad service!!!

The agent "ANTONIO DAVID AYALA" and Yolanda Ayala FRAUDULENTLY-PURCHASED THERE OWN PERSONAL PLANE TICKETS FOR THEMSELVES using my (the consumer's) credit card information!!! 40 leaving from Los Angeles to Orlando his confirmation code is MNHPNA. I hope he goes to jail and gets fired. BEWARE!!!

If I could do zero stars I would. I have been discussing the refund for a ticket from my parents. com. The first time I was nice and agreed to them stating they would e-mail. Never received the e-mail. Now, I don't believe anything they say.

I am NEVER purchasing anything from them. " Since it is taking so long to get them to finally talk to the airline, I'm guessing that's just a tactic. So, I don't care if I have to leave them on for over 8 hours.

I'm getting my money back or wasting their and my time.

Airline changed my flight. The change of the flight has totally deprived me one day more in the US and the total flight duration has extended 13 hours more (which is 56% more than the original flight). Airline can always change their flights but I cannot change my planned vacation that easily at work.

So I contacted the customer service via LiveChat at the agency CheapTickets for a refund. But the staff called 'Muskan' only repeated the policy information without truly helping me. As a customer, I think i deserve the right of a full refund, compensation and a sincere explanation of this.

I have been trying to use my $2,364 travel credits for 2 years; Cheaptickets does not allow you to use all 4 credits online and as a result, you have to call them to get them to find and coordinate the trip. Due to an error in their system based on my son's birthday, each agent could not resolve. Three phone calls and over 5 hours of time, I am continue to have to call back as not one person has called me back--even though they confirm my return number and promise to call me back. One week later, I am now having to pay more than $1K than what cost was from my first call had stated. 1.) why does the system not allow for all 4 family member's credits to be used at 1 time so a customer does not have to call you? 2.) why does your company not call back when they commit to?

I work full time…

Very unprofessional my flight got canceled due to weather conditions I was stuck in the airport for days they wouldn’t refund my money which I paid for a protection plan I was on hold for 13 hours on calls talk to a supervisor name jay at 11 am it’s now 11pm no resolution cheap tickets saying their is no refund for a NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH CHEAP TICKETS

The worst service I ever experienced. The only to contact them is by chat and there is no one available. Have to wait hours behind the screen to hope that someone respond to you.

Furthermore, they do not provide the right information. Every agent will provide you a different information. All what I asked for was a cancelation of my ticket ontime. And still did not get any assistance.

I booked a stay at the Hyatt Place in Poughkeepsie, NY for 4 days 12/7-12/11. com website, which directed me to call the hotel Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie directly to reschedule. I did that, spoke to Damian there and he rescheduled my stay.

A day later I found out I had the flu and called to postpone or cancel my stay tilnI was healty and safe to be around during this pandemic period. I was told by CheapTickets that they could not help me, to call the hotel, again.

I did that and the hotel told me I could not make a change with them that I had to call CheapTickets!! WHY THIS RIDICULOUS RUN AROUND WHEN I HAD INSURANCE ON MY STAY!! I am demanding my money back from CheapTickets as they are the original party to FAIL in their responsibility to help me!!

Booked my flight but one of my requests was full so they immediately booked me on a different date. When I caught the mistake I contacted Ted them to reschedule to the dates I needed. 00. I begrudgingly agreed but wasn’t happy after 2 hours of hassle due to their mistake. 00.

I told them to cancel my payment and flights that I would find another carrier and they flat out refused. They said the tickets are non refundable. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with and I will tell everyone I know and social media to never use them. Biggest rip off ever.

It’s costing me more than if I had called the airline myself

I am writing to you out of complete frustration. I paid for a flight of over $444 to depart on July 29 th. Unfortunately I am unable to take the flight due to a passport issue. I called CheapTickets on July 14, 2021 to speak to a representative.

I gave more than enough notice that I am unable to take this flight and was requesting a credit towards my account so that I could use this towards a flight in the future once my passport issue is resolved. I was told by the representative at that time that they were unable to make any changes to the ticket because these particular airlines (Vueling and Iberia ) prefer to handle their own transactions.

I was directed to give them a call for resolution. Upon doing so I was met with disappointment when the supervisors of these airlines informed me…

I purchased a hotel and flight with CheapTickets for April 1-3, 2020, and the flight was cancelled. I called to know what was the status of my money being returned back to my card. I called at around 7:33am today and spoke to a representative who was rude and refused to give her name.

She kept on talking over me and didn't couldn't convey the proper information. She was not knowledgeable about money return. I asked her to please stop talking and listen so she can address my concern. She stop talking and hung the phone up in my hear.

I called back and spoke to Shelia which was very informative about refunds and the policy. I have never experienced poor customer service over the phone.

I have a complaint about the manager I spoke to last night according to cheaptickets didn’t get her name but fraud was done on my account and she refused to refund my money that was used and she blame it on my bank and my bank has nothing to do with the fraud .

I pay for vacation packages which is a flight and hotel and the hotel cancel my reservation and i called cheaptickets and told them that ,they only refund the hotel but not the flight ,they say for the flight only credit, thats crazy , they are the one cancelled it but they dont want to give the money back, i will not goin to sleep till i get justice! !!!

On May of this year 2018 I bought a Package for me and my wife. in Spirit airlines on May 24 through 28 of the same month. We also made reservation to stay on the Sheraton Hotel in Orlando, Florida and a rent car (Dollar Rent Car) was included in the same package.

We used the TJX Master card as a credit card #1497. When I filled the rental car requirements I bought insurance to cover any accidents or damages. On the last day in Orlando Florida I notice that someone damage the left side driver's mirror on the parking lot at the Sheraton Hotel.

When I arrived at the Orlando airport I reported the damage to an employee, she informed me not to worry because the car was insured. On June 26, 2018 I received a mail from (Viking Billing Service an agency that work for Dollar Rent Car) claiming…

There was a glitch in the system which booked me for the wrong date .... then was proceeded to be told it was my fault and told the information I was given earlier that morning couldnt be found .... This is just downright horrible customer service to be Lied to and kept on hold for twenty mins at a time ...

I am being prevented from seeing my grandmother whom is in the hospital I am going to every outlet possible I can find this has me highly upset and dissapointed with the service I have gotten besides a coporate call from las vegas or arizona !!!!!!!!!!

On October 7, 2015 I purchased tickets thru Cheap Tickets.com for a flight from Pasco Wa. to Hartford Bradly International airport for a flight on November 17, 2015 returning November 22, 2015. The Price for this ticket was $475.18 This was to attend my Mothers 90th Birthday. On November 1st I received a phone call notifying me that my mother had taken ill and was rushed to the emergency room. Waiting further notification from family I made reservations on the 3rd to Fly home on the 4th Changing reservation I was told there was a fee of I believe $230.00 and the $50.00 booking fee would be waived. At that time I was transferred to a Delta employee and further told that a Note was in my file and If I Needed any further changes to just call Delta direct.
