I ordered chilli cheese dogs with onions and got chilli dogs and I'm pretty sure its contaminated with some type of body fluid and or fluids.

I was JUST in a Rally's in St. Ann ; MO An African-American female TOSSED my bag down on the counter and did NOT say anything . No ' thank you ' or anything . Then ; on my way out I stated ' Thank You ' and she replied " Yeah ; whatever .

My husband and I were at the Rally’s in Cleveland at 144421 Euclid Ave Cleveland, OH 44121at 5:30pm. Then when we told them this both the Afro-American manager and a younger Afro-American employee started getting very unprofessional and started yelling at us saying that they both made the burger and

there wasn't any mayo on it and the employee who at first was outside giving her boyfriend a free drink and to busy flirting told us not to knock on the glass to get the attention of the other 2 employees inside. We will never visit that Rally’s again.

And they never us gave a receipt.

Drive thru oder had 2 mistakes. Missing a product worth $5 and sandwich. Was missing the cheese.

Took my 10 year old daughter to get lunch. Pulled to the window the girl was taking another order. In the middle of the order the girl says " I just wanna fucking scream"! My daughter heard this and also it made us feel going there is a issue so we have decided not to return!

Location Magee Ms. Drive through window is completely sad and very disrespectful. I was ask to pull up and wait for the remainder of my order and the drive through attendant through the bag in the car. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they didn’t care and it didn’t matter.

I’ve seen 7 post experience the same kind of service. Word of mouth is going to completely devastate this location. Please deal with this problem.

I went to the columbus ohio, parsons Ave location and they were so rude like they didn't have the time to take our order. There was only 3 cars there to get food. We recieved nasty looks and the food was dry like it had been under a wRmer for hours.

The manager had saying alcohol on her breath and said the computers were down, even though I pulled across the street and watched her serve another customer, and her employee b walked outside and was smoking marijuana in the open on the other side of the drive thru.

I came back later and got both their names from another employee. The manager was Danielle, and the employee was Maleeka. Maleeka was particularly rude and called me a bitch and asked what I was staring at! I don't know if you all care about marijuana use at all, as I don't, but being in uniform, and being rude while doing that is just downright disrespectful.

Recently, I have been age discriminated at Riley’s on Belmont Avenue 44505. I am 16 years old and have been discriminated against curse at about situation is that have could’ve been done correctly. I have been going to the Rally's on Richmond Road in Lexington, KY for as long as I can remember. I am not sure I have ever submitted a written complaint in my life.

However, last night warrants it. I could hear the man/woman (to be honest I couldn't tell if man or woman) being extremely rude to the vehicle in front of me. Not apologizing about items that weren't available at all. I place my order and was rudely told, "we ain't got no fry lovers XL tonight".

I ordered a cheeseburger combo with No onions. I have an intolerance to purple onions but not an actual allergy. I got my food and drove off. I took a bite of my burger and immediately tasted the onions. If I had a true allergy to the onions I would have been in trouble.

when the employee read back my order she did not repeat "no onions", so I repeated "no onions" again. I was told my total and to drive to the window. I have never been to a ralleys nor a checkers before, but when I saw it on undercover boss and heard what high standards they have I decided to stop on my way home from work.

Why can’t fresh fries be giving to your customers and not fries,and chicken nuggets , that sat around God knows how long. The meal was so disappointing, I usually love checker fries but I’m not sure if I will go to checkers any more.

I live in Belleville Illinois. Every time I go to rally’s both locations we have two. Either you can’t pay with cash or card. Cars can be in drive thru Lind and workers will tell you to come back in 30 minutes.

You all are losing customers and business it’s never easy to order your food and get it without we only accept your card or just cash or grill is down. Losing money because cars end up leaving and not able to order food. Not cool at all.

I rarely ever eat out. I went to Rally's today. I ordered mix and match Rally Double and fish sandwich meal. I got one chicken sandwich and fries.

I purchased a Vanilla Milkshake and was charged a $.25 Employee Retention Fee. There is no signage nor I was told there would be a fee, not paying people to work! I will not go back to Checker's because of this secret fee and will inform others not to go there!

The big black woman on site named Lashondra slammed the window on me and treated me in the most terrible way! Being rude the whole time and it was racially motivated. They did not give my my full order and REFUSED TO GOVE ME A REFUND.

A few minutes later she signaled for us to come pick our sandwiches up,figuring that they would be right this time,we pulled off,they weren't. I truly believe that she gave us the same sandwiches back because of the way mine was wrapped.

If she had done anything but held on to them long enough to make us think she had given us different ones (not even heating them up) than it should have had a different wrapper.

April or Abril the general manager at Rally’s in Garden Grove on Katella treats her employees like absolute crap. She is very disrespectful to them even when they go do favors for her like picking up other supply from other rally’s in the area she will not even say thank you.

Went to the drive-through on December 10 proximately at 12:15 AM ordered three piece chicken strip strips only and a number seven with a Coke. Can’t even begin to express my disappointment my disgust in the food i bought and worked so hard for.

The bread was so old and stale it literally crumbled when picked up. The fries were all smaller than a pinky and hard and cold. Worst of all were the chicken strips. Omg they were so unbelievably disgusting. Didn’t appear to contain any chicken in the strip. Only cold hard breading.

i went to the rally’s on waterloo rd on january 8th around 8:30 and i got a loaded fry with no ranch , a chicken bite box and a baconzilla combo. they put everything on the loaded fry , the chicken and fries out of the box were hard , and the burger combo was supposed to be plain but also had everything on it , the im not sure who i talked to i didn’t catch a name but the customer service was terrible up there !

I ordered food on 1/8/23 items included medium fries, 4 piece cheese stix, 3 piece chicken strips and a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich. From store 8139. The fries and cheese sticks were cold.. the biggest issue we’re the chicken strips two were extremely hard like they had been sitting for hrs the other was not cooked I will provide a picture as well..

The Rally's in Terre Haute on Walnut is unreliable for services. In the last month I have been told they could not take my order 3 times now due to having no food, no staff or this time it was a power surge. I will not go there for lunch because odds are they will be closed.

I come here to pick up a doordash shorter, but every time I am here they work on all of the people in on the other side of the drive throug his orders instead of working on doordash orperiod many times I will have to wait for 20 minutes or more for one order yet I see several people leave the drive-through on the other side that won't even hear when I got here

I ordered a burger today at the East McCain, North Little Rock, Ar today. I requested a fresh cooked sandwich, no onion, no Colby cheese. But I was given a sandwich off a warmer (not fresh). I checked it an gave it back to the cashier .

Me and my wife went to checkers for lunch thru the drive thru and we ordered the 2 for 6 checkerburger, 1 was all the way and my wife ordered 1 with no onion and add bacon. After we got our food we parked and got ready to eat.

My wife's burger had onion on it and the bacon she asked for was pretty raw. Both of our double burger patties were pretty hard and dark around the edges as if they were just sitting there for a period of time.

She didn't even eat hers and threw it in the bag and I ate a bite of mine because I was hungry. The fries we ordered on the other hand were spot on, crispy and hot. I was gonna go back and tell the manager but the burgers just turned us off and we went home.

I was staying at a local hotel in Columbus Ohio. I saw a Rally's on the way in and thought how awesome my burgers were before. Went to my hotel laid down for awhile. Was still thinking about the taste of burgers.

Went out in the rain couldn't wait to taste them. My hotel less than half a mile from Rally's. When I got back to the hotel was waiting to taste a hot couple burgers. Wrong cold as hell and was very disappointed!!!

I ordered 4 rally burgers with bacon ONLY and received 4 burgers with a multitude of toppings that I cannot and do not want to eat.

I have reported this complaint now for the fourth time since 09/29/2022 to 1800-800-8072 @5682334 and each time I am told that this would be handled within 2-4 business day. 71 and no notice of what was done to employee.
