POOR POOR EXTREMELY poor service at Checkers Heiderand, Mossel Bay. 1. Staff at fast food counters stand chatting with collegues walking by while customers have to wait and que until they feel in rhe mood to assist!!! 2. Only part if the till points open with long ques down the isles.

People left full trolleys and baskets end left as they are not served. NO manager in site like a team without leadership !!!! 3. 60 / 60 trolleys ard left in the isles blocking flow while the collect items! We are used ti good proper quick service but not at this shop and its not the 1st time we experience sych POOR service!!!

But she just went on Arguing with me in front of other customers. Admin manager was present when she was disprectful. She didnt want to listen to him also. I need her to be given a warning because i was humiliated infront of other customers when she threaten me when i said im gona make a formal complain.

I went to checkers this morning was helped by cashier Josephine Molatlhegi who was arrogant with me when I asked her about services like extra savings and specials she said she doesn't know anything about any specials or extra savings because she is not a shelf packer/merchandiser it was she was very unprofessional she was not willing to help in anything.I always shop at checkers this was the first time I receive bad service.,in fact it was the worse.

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered two fish sandwiches, a chicken box and two cones. When I got home I had the wrong order. They took at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru and there was only two cars and the girl was very nasty because I wanted to add something on the order and she would not take it but my order was all wrong

2023). Out of the 18 I had to through 10 in the bin. It was uneatable, it was extremely dry, almost as if it was a week old. I did buy it fresh from the bakery. This is not the first time it happened.

With the food prices being high, we as customers accept fresh baked goods. If it can please be brought to the stores attention that their buns are of horrible quality. I do enjoy shopping at Checkers but I will rather go to another store to buy buns as I do not like to waste money. Thank you

The checkers on congress street in lafayette louisiana has on the menu the wicked strawberry ice cream cones why put it on the menu for the workers to always say the machine is down no I think there to lazy to make the cones cause the machine can't always be broken and if it is yall need to take that shit off the menu

For the last 4months or more the fridges doesn't work by the zip cola.And no one is doing anything about it.So logically we cant buy the product during working ours.As its always hot. I bought wood for a braai with friends at Checkers Vyfhoek in Potchefstroom. The wood was still wet and I had to go to another store to buy decent wood. I am not use to this poor quality of products at this store and it is actually embarrassing.

Never ever will I buy this product from them again.

I placed an order woth Checkers Sixty and recieved the incorrect item, I called Customer Care and they advised that they are unable to deliver the correct item to me and they are only able to credit me for the item purchased. So here's my issue, we use Checker Sixty for convenience, 1st you deliver the incorrect item, then you are unable to deliver the correct item and collect the incorrect one, then you want to credit me only for the item purchased and not the delivery fee.

Checkers need to improve their standards of customer service, this is not acceptable, I need a senior person to contact me regarding this issue, customers should be reimbursed fully for their inconvenience. I spoke to Imraan at Customer Care and he wasn't too helpful.

I wonder how does customer service work, Never been so disrespected from checkers yesterday. The was a yogurt lying down in the front exist door next to the security that endend up spitted on me. I asked one of the cleaner for help but she gave me bad attitude and send to the cashier, I did went to them but still nothing.

The was no wapers, no sorry I had to wait +or - 20 minutes to be notified. The was one lady that apologized but today I heard rumors, that I coursed a drama from the stuff. I'm not happy at all.

I don’t know how many times we have to complain! The service a Checkers Queenswood is disgusting. They are rude, insolent and RACIST! If you are white they don’t greet. If you complain they talk in their language and laugh.

If you have a problem they don’t (or don’t know how) to help. You can stand at the bread counter for 5 minutes with staff looking at you but no one acknowledges you or helps you. So often the rolls/bread are stale, burnt or breaking apart.

The 60/60 staff get preference even if you were there first. The till staff are so unfriendly, they talk to each other while helping you and if you have a question they don’t respond and carry on talking. Heaven help you if you have a bigger problem and need management to help.

I went to checkers in Lumberton North Carolina the first thing the lady said over the intercom was they were out of fries which was fine. I asked for a strawberry cheesecake ice cream they were at ice cream. Okay can I have a 2 fish sandwich extra tartar sauce so I get it it was terrible it tasted like it had been cooked in old old grease I could not eat it I brought it home and

tore the outside off so that I could give it to my dog. Always love to stop at Wilmington North Carolina at checkers but this has kind of stopped my likings. I think I'll have to try something different. Really disappointed.

Every month i buy groceries at checkers but as my local checkers is under construction i decided to go to greenstone mall. On saterday the 11th i opend 2 packets of steaks only to find its rotten. I dont get load shedding and my freezer was not off the other meet i baught is good but the steaks are the worst meat if seen in a long time

On 11/03/2023 my elderly mother was knocked with a packing trolley by one of Checkers Plettenberg Bay packers. There was no assistance from management. They were nowhere in sight and she was assisted by other shoppers. She was very shaken up and it could have ended quite badly.

My biggest issue with this is that Checkers packers are always stocking shelves during shopping hours. I do hope you take this up with this store.

Checkers liquor online promises customers lies. After their chosen courier failed to deliver on time we were promised to be incentivised. Their delivery came three days later and all they had to say was sorry. We had to buy extra for the function we had ordered for because of their incompetence.

I bought a packet of sigarettes at your store yesterday and it made me very sick today I went to a different store and bought the same type of sigarette and it did not make me sick just to realise that the packet of sigarettes I bought at your store are fake sigarettes that you are selling to your customers. I went today to Checkers at 111 Hartford St, Newark, NJ 07103 around 11pm, in order to buy the meal deal. I spoke to the lady at drive thru. I asked her the meal deal, and then I asked her to upgrade my fries to med size.

She refused, I told her I will pay you extra. She refused. When I reached to the window to pay. I saw a long hair slim lady standing and another fat lady, they were talking to each other and looking at me, then they started to laugh.

What a disappointment!! Often using the 60 sixty delivery today has got yo be the lowest fur checkers. I ordered a pre-made salad and selected my substitute but what arrived was not even in my substitute list. What is said was 40og of French Ranch Salad and when I put it on my scale didn't even weigh 200g (including the container) and photos to prove my complaint.

We bought rotten meat from Checkers which is absolutely disgusting. No sorry about it. When we told them if you walk in it smell of something rotten. To yet I have report it this morning already and at 15h30 it is still smelling. This is not good.

I bought fresh chickens at Checkers Durbanville today. The weight of one of the chickens were indicated as 1.364kg but on the scale it only weighed 1 05kg. The other chicken were indicated as 1.2kg and that was spot on on the scale. I will attach photos to proof that. Hello my name is deante makle. I drove the drive-thru during my break and the host Halima (says on The receipt) was rude through the intercom. I told her it was hard for me to hear what they were saying And they proceeded to get frustrated because I couldn’t understand nor hear what they were saying.

I get that they didn’t have any milkshakes (never do) so I was going to order another drink but they were rushing me through the entire order and it was just me. So I said forget it and just got a burger.

Boksburg Retail Park bakery needs to retrain staff urgently.

Last week I bought a milktart. If you can imagine putting a hard slimy tasteless object into your mouth, that would describe their milktart!

This week I decided to try the Swiss roll. Well the actual bake was very tasty, but they must spread it with such a thin scraping of jam, that when I cut the roll, it all fell apart!

I gave her my carry-back to pack what I bought but she ignore me. I've got a complaint with Checkers Hyper in Gateway when we checking for our Lotto Winning Tickets, if you win they don't even show you the ticket how much you won they just give you the money and you don't know if the money they give you is exactly what you won.

For example lets say you won R1050 they will give you R50 and the teller keeps the R1000 for themselves, how do I know that I should get R1050 if they don't even show us the ticket, Before they use to give you the ticket and sign for the amount of money that you receiving but now they don't.
