" When the lady brought me my order, I said this was horrible. " I said I had to wait twice to get my food. " And she huffed and stomped away. someone just blew their assignment. he knew. that's how the guy at the register knew.

called @1:45 - no answer. The manager that answered at 5:10 was apologetic, but I got the impression he did not write anything down and I question whether he will speak to the other manager or the lady that was rude.

He did not ask for any details, except time of day. He didn't ask for a ticket number, amount of order or anything. I also explained I was shorted my daughter's green beans and he offered no concession. I have been a customer for many years, but it may not continue. Regretfully, Lee Porter

Hearne Texas Location. We are once a week customers. If we do not check our orders before leaving the Drive Thru 3 out of 4 times. Our order is incorrect.

Franklin Texas Location Is worth our extra driving time. Always correct. And extra polite workers.

Explain please???? If both locations are owned by the same Family. Why such awful Hearne Texas service, Food, wait time and accuracy???!

I went to your location on Boat Club road for the 3rd time and again had to go to Popeyes. The 2nd time they could not fill my order I was told that they would write down my name and credit me.

Needless to say that didn’t happen either. I called back to find out the Customer Service number and was given a number that was actually the Burleson location. I was told to speak to David only to find out there was no David that worked there.

If I owned a chicken express I would clearly was t to know what a debacle this has been for a paying customer. Thanks Cathey Lenz

WE ATE AT THE CHICKEN EXPRESS IN ATLANTA TX. M AND MY HUSBAND ORDER 6 LIVERS AND WHEN WE GOT THE ORDER HE STARTED TO EAT THEM AND THEN HE LOOKED AT THEM AND OVER HALF OF THEM WAS RAW SO I TOOK THEM BACK TO THE WORKER AND SHE MADE US SOME MORE.

BUT I JUST WANT YOU ALL TO BE AWARE OF THIS MATTER THAT MAYBE THE MANGER NEEDS TO START WATCHING THE FOOD TO MAKE SURE IT GETS DONE AND NO ONE GETS SICK FROM THIS MATTER. HAD MY HUSBAND NOT LOOKED AT THIS HE WOULD OF KEPT EATING THEM AND MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN REALLY SICK FROM RAW MEAT.

Ada, OK location; order DR#3006 on 12/03/2022. Order taker began with rudeness, stared they would not make livers until 4 pm that day, kept saying "anything else" as soon as I had said one thing and was annoyed when I did indeed have more to the order, got to the window, was still sullen and

rude, male employee handed food out the window without speaking, asked if the extra side of Mac and cheese was included as there was no extra container visible. Checked the bag and all the boxes, the poppers were missing, had to flag them down and ask if I could get the poppers I had ordered, he said "I guess" and walked off.

I came to Chicken Express in Borger Texas I've talked to the owner before about being told I couldn't get chicken 30 minutes before 9:00 which is closing time for Borger C, express he seemed to be a no nonsense owner I come today ordered thru drive thru I said I wanted fresh chicken full size thighs on my order then get to the window and they give me half size thighs hard as a rock and then basically said I had to take it couldn't get my money back & they didn't want to exchange thighs , when I started talking about talking to the owner the tone changed they decided they'll do it why do I have to go through this all the time at Borger's Chicken Express!!!

AFTER WAITING IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 20 MINUTES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER, I RECEIVE MY FOOD WHICH WAS ICE COLD. I ASKED THAT MY ORDER BE REPLACED DUE TO IT BEING COLD. THE ATTENDANT TOOK THE FOOD BACK AND 5 MINUTES LATER HE COMES BACK TO THE WINDOW AND TELL ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 30 MINUTES TO FIX ME ANOTHER ORDER SO HE HAS REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK.

I INFORMED HIM THAT MY MONEY HAD NOT BEEN REFUNDED BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE BECAUSE I CHECKED IT. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY CARD IN 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS.

I ASKED HIM WHY COULDN'T I GET FOOD, HE CLOSED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE. HE THEN CAME BACK TO THE WINDOW AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT GETTING ANY FOOD AND THAT I NEED TO LEAVE. I ASKED WHERE IS THE MANAGER AND HE IN TURN ASKED ME WHERE IS MY MANAGER.

Why do y’all charge more for using a card. That’s about the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Everybody wants you to use a card and they go to the chips and now if we use a card it’s higher then with cash don’t make since.

Ordered COMBO meal and did not get the family side. Called store and was told we had to drive back out there and bring the food back to get a refund on okra. It would cost more in fuel than what it is worth. What would that have accomplished?

This is not Customer service at all!!!

We have gone to that store many times a year for YEARS! This was just Crap to do any business to take money and not provide either the food that I paid for or just take the price off. This is call stealing or fraud!! Bad way of doing business. No more Chicken Express for our extended family and any friends and schools that use you. Many other options around.

I ordered a #20 from CHICKEN EXPRESS ON 210 NORTH SLIDE ROAD IN LUBBOCK TEXAS. I GOT HOME WITH MY FOOD AND IT WAS COLD AND OLD. I TRIED TO RETURN IT BACK TO THE RESTAURANT, I REQUESTED A REFUND.

THE MANAGER SNATCHED THE BAG OUT OF MY HAND AND THREW THE RECEIPT ON THE GROUND. HE SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I THEN ASKED FOR FRESH FOOD AND HE SAID . VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME HIS NAME.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!

Recently visited the chicken express in commerce Texas this ain’t the only time that we’ve had bad service from there the order some livers it takes 30 to 40 minutes for them to get to you the other day we ordered a seven piece chicken tenders we sit in the drive-through for 45 minutes while they deliver it to everybody around us but the ones at the drive-through and the one in front of the drive-through and when we got our food it was bone ass cold I don’t believe I’ll be going back to check in Xpress for anything there’s service sucks specially in commerce since they lost their original manager 15 years ago the place is gone to hell

The general manager is rude and unprofessional. My fish order were missing the hushpuppies and when I ask them to give me the two hushpuppies to complete my order, she ask for the food back to check to see if they were in there. Basically saying I'm lying.

00 for fish why would I waste my time to come back through the drive thru to steal 2 hushpuppies?!? When I ask for her name she refused stating she did not have to give me her name. Wow and you are the general manager.

Who hired this incompetent person?

First of all I do believe it is a health concern to accept food back once it was given to the customer. I wonder if I was another race would I have been treated like a thief. I see why this Frisco location is always empty.

Chicken express in Duncan Oklahoma 10-3-2022 I ordered 6 peace liver with a roll and gravy weighted 20 minutes went home only had four pieces called and complained and talked to the manager and said that my next time through I could get a free six-piece liver with the roll and gravy went back on 10-4 went through the drive-thru and they said there was no record of a call being made or anything in their book saying that Michael Moore was to receive a six piece liver this is not fair that I pay for a six piece and

end up with a four piece and then never get it replaced something needs to be done especially after waiting for 20 minutes to get ripped off

I am a customer with Autism and SPD. m. I was trying to navigate the menu board and I placed my order and asked for everything fresh with fresh mashed potatoes and gravy and a fresh biscuit. Asked if I could get enough gravy on my mashed potatoes because last time I got a very amount about a teaspoon full on my mashed potatoes.

Before I could finish speaking and paying my order came out to the counter. I nicely asked if I could get the football game on the TV on channel 7, the channel was on cartoons. There were two TVs on the same channel and one TV on cartoons.

The manager (heavy set female lady with shoulder length brown hair in her early to mid thirties) walked over to the counter and got the remote and started complaining about what channels have to be on there has to be cartoons on…

I love chicken express. I will not be eating at the 10930 N. Central Expy, 75231 location again. The employees there was VERY rude and I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. m. is not a secure location for a female.

I feel that there should have been some type of compensation and a thank you for having to wait over 20 minutes for my food. Thank you

Ordered a cherry pie and sweet tea. The attendant couldn't hear and kept saying what. Got to the window. She told me my total, took my card, give me my tea, handed me my pie, card and receipt and shut window and turned to start talking to coworker.

Never ever did she say "Hello", "Thank you" our "Kiss my ass". Rudest person that I've come across in a while! This is the face of your business! Yuk!

Up until the pandemic i loved your location at 7920 Hwy 105 Beaumont Texas. It was always clean and the food was great and consistent with flavor. This past year has been hit and miss on quality of food, cleanliness and service levels. Labor day weekend we ordered a family pack to feed some family that came to visit. Mac and cheese was horrible and the okra was hard and cold. I visited this location today at 11:02am and the roll was cold and hard as a brick and chicken did not have the taste that your company represents. I do not want any thing free just please revisit your training process and get the favorite place that i love to visit back in shape.

I visited Chicken Express on yesterday 8-24-22about 12:15 to purchase my grandson lunch. He live eating at this location. I ordered the #1 spicy upon arriving at the window the waiter gave me the order I then asked for him to put it in a bag bc I was taking it to the school for his lunch, the waiter proceeds to wait on another customer.

I got his attention and asked did he forget about me he stated no I was waiting on another customer I in return told him that he was suppose to have been waiting on me. He is a young white boy waiting on a white girl and I'm a older black lady.

I asked him did he do the purposely he just gave me a smirk look. Are we at this stage now in cedar hill, this isn't my first visit here I live in this community and if this is happening it needs to be investigated…

Chicken Express at hwy 287 and Sublet rd in Arlington has for the past year terrible service but great food. Went by there tonight, 8/12/2022 and they were closed. Expect to open back under new ownership soon. I then drove over to Chicken Express on south cooper and Sublet Rd for my Friday night Chicken Express fix.

Yes i'm a regular customer. Alas, Poor service there! The black lady clerk made it very clear that she hated her job. Almost ignoring me the whole time she waited on me and never smiled. I had to beg for an empty cup! There's more.

No ice i had to beg for ice. The Diet-Coke tasted terrible. Poured it out the truck window driving home. I know about how Diet-Coke should since since i have been drinking Diet-Coke for 34 years!. The food was great as usual.

, Aug. 11 around 1:00. I asked for the fries and okra to be cooked extra crispy. I pull up just a little to open my box, and they were not cooked crispy, like it had been sitting under the light forever. Not even hot.

The 2 Rolls were not done. I don’t know what has happened here, but the last few times it just wasn’t good food. They were not even busy.

My first time here. I've ordered the 4 pc tenders. When I received them they were the same size as chicken nuggets! 00 for nuggets! I spoke to the manager and his response was they come in different sizes however mine were the size of nuggets all 4 of them!

There was no compromise on his part to rectify the issue. It was a "Oh well not our problem" type of attitude. This is unacceptable for a business to accommodate your local residents.

This is a picture of your toilet at your midway road restaurant. Notice something missing? Yes the freaking toilet seat is missing. It has been missing for at least a week. Last time I saw this in a bathroom while I was on vacation south of Mexico City Mexico. Wow. You could spend 5 minutes and about 20 dollars to fix it. Makes me wonder about you food quality. I'm sending a copy of this email to your general manager.

I wont be back to this Midway and frankford road restaurant in Dallas ever.

We are long time customers of Chicken Express . We went to the Bulverde location on 7/13/22 at about 5:00pm. When we got our food, it was highly disappointing. It is understandable that inflation is driving up prices, but at $10 a meal, we would at least hope the quality would stay the same.

That was not the case. The chicken was dried out and overcooked and all of it was cold. It seemed like it had been sitting for a while. We have always enjoyed Chicken Express, but honestly, for that price, we can go to a sit down restaurant and get a hot, fresh meal.
