Was charged for food we did not order on 3/1/2024. My partner had already by credit card. Was given a corrected receipt and was told by server the credit would be issued. Spoke to Rosemont Chili’s manager on 3/6/2024 and was advised the credit including tip refund would appear within 7 days.

To date, our credit card account has not been corrected.

This past week my husband and I dined at Chili's located on Charleston Blvd and Rampart, Las Vegas, Nevada. My husband ordered Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada medium rare. The first steak came out well done, we mentioned this to our server Venessa (who has be our server for years) she immediately took it back to the kitchen stating to the cook to make a new steak medium rare.

After waiting another 15 minutes the steak was brought to our table (Raw)! Our server Venessa took the cost of the steak off our bill. The problem was with the Manger. He never approached our table to apologize, but instead my husband asked to speak with him.

He did come to our table, my husband explained the situation and an argument ensued in which the Manager stated that yes they served undercooked meat and it should not…

Every time I order Chili's from doordash there's always a problem with the order every time for example last night we ordered cheesecake a Chipotle bowl broccoli mashed potatoes cheesecake soup and a side of rice. I did not get the broccoli or mashed potatoes so we had to reorder everything. Then when I took the Chipotle bowl to work today the rice wasn't even cooked so I'm very politely went in to talk to the manager. And she was trying to blame doordash on everything and I'm like doordash isn't cooking the rice doordash is not forgetting to put orders in the bag doordash is not at fault for the problems you're having in the kitchen they just pick up the bag and take it if you don't have everything in the bag it shouldn't go out

I am extremely dissatisfied in the service I received at the fontana store today. My waitress didn't fill my drink after being empty for over 20 minutes until I said something. I ordered a trio appetizer and the big mouth sliders were so bloody they couldn't have been cooked more than 30 seconds, the wings were the wrong flavor.

My husband waited 20 minutes for his margarita. When they replaced my wings, they brought me the wrong flavor for the second time in a row. I asked for white Queso and they brought me some other dark Queso. I asked for chips and salsa to go and they brought me a bag and told me to put the chips in there myself.

I asked for a to go drink and they brought me an empty cup and said to pour the drink in it from the cup I was already drinking, it didn't even fill that…

Well Eulanda the manager is taking things to far I been at Chili's for 19 years never had any trouble but one night I had trouble with her I feel I didn't do anything wrong but she tells a different story please I am not the only one she had she did this to know body like her she is rude please do something about it I been there with friend for so long I miss them ease it is so atupid

This is not an complaint, I had an excellent experience at Chili's. 7910 Goodman rd., Olive Branch, Ms., the manager Ms. Jones greeted me she is very professional and friendly, my server Lei Lah was very friendly, attentive and prompt with my order, the food was fresh and tasty, I would visit this location again, it was a great experience

Horrible I have 8 children we just came out of Aquatica and our children are hungry because we a family of 10 we couldn't eat together as a family they told us they couldn't put the tables together so we could eat as a family, well thank you NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 12172 S Apopkq Vineland rd Orlando fl 32836 I feel horrible about this store.

00 is boring . You had chicken Fajitas as one of the choses but it was taken off .. now it's burgers fried tenders , shrimp and pasta Etc. 00 . You Would make a senior Citizen Happy . Thank You For Your Time.

My mom, husband and I visited Chili's Tuesday afternoon in Warwick Rhode Island we were sat at a dirty table where the waiter then sprayed and wiped the table while we were already sitting down then I noticed dead bugs and pieces of dirty napkins on the window sill my husband ordered the triple fajita with the sides when they brought it out the food looked like it was half the amount that it should have been the steak was extremely fatty and

they did not provide him with the guacamole my mom ordered the triple Dipper with double honey Chipotle Crispers and the egg rolls when they brought it out there was no sauce on the chicken pieces and they looked very dry the waiter did take it back and added the sauce I ordered a steak with a side of mushroom six shrimp and double broccoli.

on March 16th at approximately 7:30 pm my wife and I stopped at the chilis restaurant in Kokomo Indiana. we were greeted ay a female employee. She asked if we wanted seated in the bar area? I told he no we would want a seat in the restaurant area to which she replied well I have to ask my manager then,and she disapeared.

approximately five minutes later she came back as said, well have a seat if you dont want to set in the bar you will just have to waut on a table. I pointed to ona large booth that was empty and four other empty smaller two people booths.

she said their not open ,so hve a seat and wait. I advised her to forget it we are not waiting and we left. we went to Cracker Barrell Restaurant just down the road and had a good meal and great service.

Worst place EVER, Chilis Waldorf Maryland. Two visits in one week.

First time (party of 3) we thought it was a fluke. Walked in the door and was met with "There are seats in the bar". My response was "Is that a mandate"? as 7 other tables in the restaurant were full.

She then said nevermind and took us to a seat outside the bar. No silverware. Wrong appetizer TWICE, wrong drink refills AFTER we we lucky to get the drinks at all. Food was wrong, and it all took close to an hour to hit the table.

Kept being told "food was coming" but most was never rang in. We could see the order on the kiosk on the table. Then the waitress happily let us know the kitchen sucked and they didnt "give a F$$$" if it was wrong.

Going to your restaurant tonight I bought the triple Sample dish with the 8 chicken wings slide a Burger and the the roll The meal was not fresh In fact it was cold by the time I drove 2 miles home and opened it up I was terribly surprised how cold the food was I have had this meal before and this is the worst it has been This restaurant is located on highway 78 and Killian hill Lilburn Georgia I tried to reach the restaurant by phone but the message says they are not accepting calls

I placed a to go order on 6/19/22 at Chili's in hickory nc. Ethan Cordell took my order, I got a rack of ribs w/ dry rub & which came with two sides items I got the loaded mash potatoes!

Got home & my ribs had black charcoal on them & my mash potatoes we're brown & tasted scorched! I call them immediately! I spoke with Ethan the guy who took my order & ask what was the black charcoal on my ribs?

He acknowledge that the charcoal could have gotten on my ribs when they we're in the oven. And I said I can't eat this it taste horrible & my potatoes are as well! He said he could replace my order or give me a refund.

I said I would prefer a refund because this is unacceptable & this was not the first time they sold me horrible food & I didn't want to do this again! I'd rather go somewhere else…

WOULDN'T SEAT HANDICAPPED CUSTOMER. Georgetown, TX

We attempted to eat here today, 5/15/22, about 2:15 p.m. We brought a friend who is confined to a wheel chair. Diane, the hostess told us that she would not seat us at a handicapped accessible table because she "only had one waitress for the whole restaurant." They were putting everyone in the bar area. We asked to be seated at a regular table, a few steps into the dining room. Diane told us that the waitress could not go over there to take our order. She stated "it was against the rules." We tried to negotiate with her but she wouldn't change her mind. I asked her" Are you refusing service to a handicapped person?" She replied, "Yes, I can do what ever I want.
