Church's Chicken

My chicken was smelling like a fresh dog so u couldn’t eat it at all so what can y’all do bout it. I wasted my money on it

I went into location at 2506 St. Bernard Ave, New Orleans, La 70119. I ordered a 3 piece special with drink. I asked the young lady can I substitute the mash potatoes for fried okra, she told me no. So therefore I ordered my fried okra as extra.

Being that I wait 15 minutes or longer between placing and getting my order, once I got home realized she didn’t give me my mash potatoes. Trying to reach store, phone kept ringing. 05. I was very upset with the whole situation.

I just got my family the family meal the mashed potatoes is sour the chicken is old and the biscuits is hard

I have had a complaint in with customer service since around November 3, 2022 for a terrible experience at Church's chicken in Ozark, Alabama. This issue is really getting past aggravating. I would like a full refund $68.??. Since it is taking so long to solve this issue, I feel that I am entitled to more than just MY $68.

The chicken that I received was complete dried out and very old. One can tell chicken that has been sitting for hours. This is a time that is hard for most. So if we spend our hard earned money during this time of price increases on everything customers expect to receive the product they paid that money for.

Purchased Chicken on 12/30 2022 Chicken wasn't cooked it was raw after. Biting into the chicken 30 minutes late experience stomach aches brought the chicken back to the store to show them and receive two pieces wings and that had a smell too, store needs to be properly cleaned, training to cook food!!!

I went to church’s for the first time ever today (Dec 11) in Columbus Georgia. The food was bland and disgusting. I have had hospital food that has tasted better. They forgot to give me my biscuits and when I called to tell them they said I should have checked my order before I left but I can come back and pay for them.

They also had no sweet tea for customers and don’t close for 5 more hours. I am not left with a good first impression after spending almost $50 on dinner for my family. Thank you for your time.

This is our 3rd time coming to your 900 Augusta St, Greenville, SC (23 miles away) location and it is CLOSED. Online the closing time is listed as 10 PM. When we call to find out the closing time no one answerers the phone.

Not only were they closed there was at least 10 cars lined up, trying to pull in. (14 miles away). They actually closed while I had been sitting in drive thru line. What is going on?

Well one of the employees was Oscar and then there was another one that it would look like a boy or girl I don't even know what it was and then there was an old man and then there was another guy and they all were had bad attitudes didn't get our water right and then when we did give him the order right they had an attitude so

Poor poor service. Gave me the wrong order and had to drive 10 minutes back to the store and Pedro and his partner said they gave me what I ordered even though the receipts show different. No apologies. In fact they were sarcastic and disrespectful towards me.

Beware of store 684 at 5506 w Glendale Glendale az. It's impossible to reach a manager

Yesterday, I was disappointed with our Carthage Church's Chicken for the first time ever. I ordered 2 gallons of unsweet tea. It has always been labelled SWEET but previously it was always mislabeled. So I thought nothing about it until I got home and tasted it. Very disappointed.

I also did not buy, nor receive any biscuits, especially 6. But that was OK because I do no like biscuits with honey.

I also received 4 tickets instead of 2 (no problem, but why?

I realize I cannot return the tea but I am requesting an $8 refund. Perhaps my neighbor likes sweet tea.

I walked from my house 2 street away from the store at Domenech Avenue in Hato Rey Saturday around 6 pm. The lobby was closed. They were only taking orders thru the outside window. Since I had walked they would not service me.

I refused going back home to get my car. So I went elsewhere to buy dinner. I will not visit or sponsor your store again. Employee would not take care of me.

Waited in drive thru line from 11am to 12:14 pm. They should have opened at 11. Told no one nothing. One hour and 14 minutes late to open. This is store number 2119 in denham springs Louisiana.

Finally told to pull around to the window to order. Worker inside goes nuts when I told her make sure she gives me my receipt because I was going to call corporate on them. Got very rude with me and told me she don't care, but I didn't know how bad her morning was going!

Then she had the nerve to tell me that I needed to go home and cook, after waiting in drive thru line for an hour and fourteen past when you should have been open! I just left. Idiots.

Today I bought 2 6dollar smokehouse dinners, I was charged almost 18 dollars. My math may not be great but in GA we have 7% sales tax. I was over charged.

On 7/24/2022, I had a problem with rep at window & she didn't wanna tell me my price & get supervisor let her talk rudly to me & closed window in my face, it's store # 2008 on Summer Ave. in Memphis, Tn.

I made a complaint on Supervisor in Jan. but nothing has changed at all. I assume no interaction with client. They keep door locked all time cause of how they talk to people. Itt happened around 2:30pm Sunday 7/24/2022. Supervisor is heavy set & brown skinned.
