I Had to wait more than 35+ minutes for my pizza pickup order. I asked if they would make me a free pepperoni pizza because of the long time wait they refused to do so.
Me, my husband and our son went in to eat there was only 2 pizzas with maybe 3 slices each left they had to of been there all day they were hard all the tables were dirty, all employees stayed in the back on their phones. We paid 33$ and no new pizzas were made there was no desert.
It was a horrible experience and I couldn’t even get my money back. I can send photos to whoever emails me back, it says image is to large to attach
A roach crawled across my plate and on to the wall next to me it proceeded to crawl down the wall slowly. I alerted a worker who walked over and punched it. Turned to us and said it’s dead now.
Did not wash her hands she walked behind the counter and proceeded to work. My stomach is in knots. I’ve thrown up three times just thinking that maybe there was a roach in the food. The manager did nothing to solve the issue she just did nothing
Went to CiCi's Pizza at 1550 Opelika Rd Auburn, AL ste 30 36830for my birthday. The manager in charge on 5/22/2023 was rude. She told my 68-year-old mother she was ignorant as she was having an issue using her tap pay.
" My mother asked a question and the woman snapped at her. She tried to let the manager know she could not hear her well and was told she should get some hearing aids. She told my mother to get the hell out, and not to come back.

I went to eat at CiCis with friends. when I tried to pay and the card reader kept saying "chip error" I tried both my debit cards multiple times. A line was forming behind me and people were getting annoyed.
" She said another cashier had "done something" to get the card to go through earlier. She went to ask but said the cashier was no longer at work. She went to speak to her manager to see if he knew how to get the card reader to take the card.
He told her to tell me there was an ATM down the street. It was not done in a pleasant manner. Then he said no one was going to eat for free tonight. There was no apology for the reader not taking my card, only the rude reply sent through the cashier.
I was both angry and embarrassed by the response. My friend paid for my meal and the cashier…

He said that it was still the same price. I asked how it could be since we were only getting water with our meal. He was getting exasperated and said that the coupon was for a "combo" meal. Nowhere, on the coupon, does it say that you have to get a "combo" meal.

I complained to Cici's management through email about the amount of trash and loitering. The manager Greg Smith at the San Pedro location in San Antonio replied with snarky and rude remarks about how there is nothing they can do about the trash and loitering.
Yes they do have control because it's a restaurant and he didn't seem to care. I about to contact my credit card to get my money back. This type of treatment is unacceptable after I spent money there. Address this with the people you hire and this place needs serious attention. Customer service is lacking.
Family and I walk in the cashier says three adults and one child? I said no she ten and she said well she’s an adult. I showed her that my daughter got a coupon from school and it reads child 12 under. She took the coupon.
