I received service yesterday 2/3. I have been a long time TWC/Spectrum customer. The only complaint i have ever had, has been the price of service. I will be going right back to paying more for a better service. I had an appointment with CB on Saturday morning bewteen 8 and 10.
The tech arrive at 840, which was great, however,he didnt leave until 315pm. My entire day was taking up for a 2 hour job. My time is important to me especially because i normally work 7 days a week. I was glad to see the job finally done (so i thought).
