I was purchasing food with my children & the assistant whom was working that morning of the 4th of October at the branch of Culver City CA was verbally abusive shouted at me calling me a ‘FUCKING BITCH’ when I requested that she repeated a sentence.
I find this behaviour anti-social, unacceptable, abusive, lack of customer service I will never shop at this company ever again.
So I buy Cinnabon cinnamon doughnut holes ALL THE TIME & lately they have gotten less & less cinnamon on them!! Im NOT payin $4 for a PLAIN doughnut hole!!! Yesterday I bought a couple bags & as usual very little to NO cinnamon on them with very VERY little cinnamon in bottom of bag to prove it!!
And it wont let me add photos!!!
On, Sunday, August 14th, I was at Cinnabon Concord Mills Mall Bakery (8111 Concord Mall Dr. Concord, NC 28027). I went there to get my daughter a Cinnabon for her birthday since we were in the mall. There were people standing around.
There was a woman in front of him just looking at the menu and her phone. I was standing behind a man and he said that I can go ahead to the register because he was deciding what he wanted (he was to my right).
There was a family to my left just standing off to the side and began walking up to the register. " After they were done ordering, I told the cashier," I wanted a classic roll". " The one previously mentioned just standing off to the side looking at the menu and her phone.

I bought a box of 9 cinnamon rolls today as I like to do often, but this time the quality was terrible. Either the rolls sold to me were very old or overly baked. Each bun is dry to the core even after microwaving it as instructed.
I have bought this before and have tasted what good Cinnabons taste like and this was just not it. I don’t even want to eat them because they are so dry and will likely throw them away. Very disappointed and less trusting of purchasing one of my favorite desserts now form your store.
I went to the cinnabon in the westfield annapolis mall. I planned in ordering a 6 pack for my parents and three sisters. The employee told me that they can’t give me a 6 pack because they are out of the 6 pack boxes.
They had enough cinnabons, so they could have given me six in separate boxes or used a 4 pack box and two single boxes. I asked if she could do that but she just kept saying they were out of 6 pack boxes.
She also said at one point that she didn’t want to sell me six because she doesn’t want to run out, even though there were plenty and she could cook more. She said the only way I could get six is if I pay for six individual cinnabons, which is significantly more expensive.
I am in college so every cent counts… She was very rude the entire time and just seemed like she…

I went to one of your stores in Wellington green mall In Florida I paid over 26.00 for a box I got them fresh from the oven waiting 13 minutes. Decided to get Cinnabon for my husband tonight from Westfield Valley Fair at 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd. Santa Clara, Ca 95050. The line was from the counter to the adjacent store. It was around 7:12 pm and waited for a Cinnabon until about 8:00 pm.
The young gentleman at the counter, William, was less than enthusiastic. He was so upset he had to be there as I would be too since the young woman (I was only able to get Ashley's name as the other gal kept hiding) was of no help.
The two women did not help William at all. I ordered a classic roll and bonbites. It was wrong. No receipt or anything. Not only did he get the order wrong, but when I asked for a bag, William also handed me the bag and did not place the food in the bag nor did he open it.
I do not expect great customer service, but…
