No humans work at city bank only bots over an hour attempting to reach a human. Never received my card. It expires in a few days and merchants will not take it since it expires soon round and round with a bot.

I called citi cc dept to inquire about cc replacement that was supposed to arrive 4 days ago. The agent Jorel was very rude, talking over me and stating I should go in person to fedex and get the card.

She refused to connect me with her supervisor and refused to give me her last name. This is not acceptable.

I called to dispute a charge. The woman on the line was hard to understand. The call started about 1300 on 2/21/23. I HOPE it is recorded. I told her over and over that I could not understand her because of her thick accent.

Then, she told me she had CANCELLED my card and was sending a new one. I told her not to cancel it, but she said she had already done it. Do you not CARE how much trouble this will be for an 86 year old woman who has about 20 automatic billings on your card?

I spoke also (took more time than I have) to speak to "Christian" and "Thomas" (supervisors) who have nothing to say but "We are sorry". I find it hard to believe such poor service. I have had this card for many years.

My card is locked. The card has been locked 5 different times in one week. I am booking travel plans with tourist companies in Greece. I have explained to the agent each time I called the the card is being blocked.

It seems now that the card is AGAIN blocked. I am leaving the country on Friday for vacation and need the card to be unlocked/unblocked.

After 3 calls from overseas, which cost me over 100 Euros despite using Collect Call, I still cannot get a charge being authorized. The transaction fails despite the help-desk assuring me that all locks have been removed from the account.

I sit here in Europe with a Credit Card that doesn't allow me to put a charge on it, even after 3 support calls. I had put in a travel notice from the mobile app, but that failed as well.

To whom it may concern, I have two credit cards from Citi. one is for a double cash reward, and the other is Citi Dividend Card for 28 years. I always pay off the balance at the end of each month.

In April of 2022, when I logged in to Citi App to pay the balance of my Double Cash Reward card, I realized my Dividend Card was closed by the company about two weeks ago. I immediately contacted customer services and spoke to " Andy," a lovely gentleman.

He said the card was closed due to inactivity for some time. It was shocking that after 28 years, I had the card, and I was forced to close by Citi WITHOUT any prior notice or didn't have the decency to send a letter or at least notify me by email at all.

There is a 30 days widow I can reclaim my account, so I asked Andy to reopen, but he…

you have the worst customer service!! I have not been able to log into my acct b/c it keeps wanting me to activate a new card I don't have and my card does not expire until 2025. I have tried your chat and they could not help me.

I have called and was waiting for 24 minutes for tech support then FINALLY it is ringing so someone will answer on your end who is available and I guess whoever is up next to take the call does NOT FEEL LIKE working because it has been ringing now for20 minutes after I was on hold for over 20. I am paying off my card and CANCELLING IT.

The worst thing about a card is not being able to get in touch with anyone.

My issue is that every time I have an issue I have to speak to someone in India. I’m old, my hearing is not great, and I’m just sick of it. My card has been compromised twice in the last 6 months and the best that can be done is a new card in 7 to 10 days?

The very least should be overnight it to me. It took me at least 10 miles of miscommunication to finally speak to someone in San Antonio whom I could understand. Then he was totally lackadaisical about the white thing. If this keeps happening I will be like for a different provider.

I called about charges I did not recognize. I was transferred to fraud and had to hold for 10 minutes. I could barely hear the person and they said they couldn't help me and I should call back. So I did but then could not get through.

Over 2 hours later and over an hour on hold on several different calls and tries, I got to talk to someone. They did not speak english very well. They told me my account was blocked and they could not help me.

I said I just wanted to make sure no new charges could be added to my card. Everything they said seemed cryptic because of the language barrier. I because frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor because I couldn't believe I could not deactivate my card, for security reasons.

99 for a YouTube subscription I did not order. In May a fraudulent go fund me charge appeared. I have disputed the charges. Received a new card twice; contacted customer service 6 times. And finally canceled the card. I have received emails saying my dispute is resolved; an email confirming the card is cancelled.

I have talked to two different customer service people who looked up the account and acknowledged that a credit had been issued and ASSURED ME I WOULD STOP RECEIVING DUNNING EMAILS AND TELEPHONE CALLS. 99 plus interest. This is resolved!!!

Get it off the *#@# automated system. I will never again apply for a Citicard. Thank you.

Several weeks ago I was contacted by the Citi Card Fraud Unit and I was thankful that they did as the card was used fraudulently. I was told my current card would be cancelled and a new cared issued in 7-10 days.

The gentleman I spoke with asked me several times to press 7 2 on my phone without any explanation. Since it did not do what he expected he told me he would call me back in 1 hour, which he did not.

I let 10 days go by with no card. I called customer service twice and was told it was under review. I could not get an explanation as to what that meant. A couple of days later I again contacted customer service and was told I needed to wait for a letter.

I spoke with a supervisor who said the same thing. It is now going on at least 4 weeks without any new card or communication. I…

I have received several calls from your agents these past few days that I can't entertain because, as a teller, I have to attend to my clients first and foremost. Today at around 12:30 pm I returned the call to make arrangement for my overdue account that I was not able to pay because of financial shortage due to the pandemic.

I can hardly believe how harshly and rudely I was treated by the woman who answered my call. I am willing to pay according to my capacity and I would like to negotiate but she did not give me the chance to talk.

Citibank . my account is at Citibank. The bank close my account with a balance of fourteen thousand seven hundred and eighty dollars. Now Citibank tells me my bank account is negative fourteen thousand seven hundred and eighty dollars. Citibank took the money out of my account and refuse to put in a dispute to give me my funds back.

I answered a promotion (4DYA4C46AE) to deposit $10,000 in a debit checking account. I setup the account online, got the debit card and setup two bill pay accounts. The other requirement was $600 in debit card transactions within a few months.

I thought I met the necessary requirements and called Citi to ask when they would deposit the 40,000 AA Advantage miles. The representative discovered that I was $1.30 short of the required debit transactions - but after checking with another department, assured me that I would indeed get the allotted AA miles. (I confused "transactions", thinking the bill payments would count along with debit payments and missed the deadline by a day. I always had a very good impression on how Citibank treats their customer be it customer service/ banking/ financial service. But today what me and my dad experienced was terrible, maybe those team managers who sits in the office aren’t aware of this as it happened on the ground where the direct sales agent promote Citibank credit card.

Late charge, statement dated 7/23/19: I paid it but it was not waived. For some reason, I was not getting statements - paper or electronic - for last few months. I called to rectify the problem. When I called customer service, twice in fact, they said I had opted out of paper billing. This is not true. I registered on your website but did not opt out of paper billing. I also had called them with similar incidence last year. Also I never received paper or electronic notice of overdue payment.

I have been dealing with credit cards & of course other bills for almost 50 years and rarely miss payment. When I realized about missing payment in July, I immediately paid up on line fully, including following cycle which was 3 weeks before even due date.

I am trying to follow procedures given to me by various Citicard employees to put money on my card. Here is what I was told to do 1. have my bank UMB wire transfer $10,000 to Citicard Advantage. 2. it would take 48 hours for funds to be used. 3.

the wire transfer is to be sent to autopay, PO Box 6107, Sious Falls, SD 57117 4. this procedure is what Citicard has in place. (to use P, O Box. 5.

Also, there is a service whereby a one-time purchase is OK’d 6. my bank never heard of sending g a wire transfer to a non-person. Please advise, Jeannette Fromm

Last week I received a phone call from one of your collection agents. He said that I was in arrears $348 I told him that I had not received a bill for that and he said I received billing online.

I have never signed up for internet billing and to make matters worse you had the incorrect e-mail address. The problem does not end there. You made an error and now i am penalized. You reported my incorrect tardiness to Experian causing my credit rating to be devastated.

Well I am getting ready to buy a home so this multiplies the problem. Is there anyway to for you to contact Experian to mitigate this error? My Phone # is 941-203-5401 I am a disabled Vietnam War vet and dont need these issues Tom Hayden

I paid 1:950 to settle my balance to Home Depot revolving business card offed by Citibank . I was only credited 1.000 and Citibank is demanding the 950.00 how do you only cash half a check ? I have documentation from my bank as the The 1.950 was fully paid. I have tried endless times to solve this with Citibank, and are completely uncooperative. I have all original documentation to validate my case.

My card expired in November so I waited for my replacement card that never came. ). I requested a new card through the app via an option that said, "card did not arrive". January comes around, still no card. I requested another one that the rep said would be there within 7-10 business days.

Mind you, I get junk mail from them all the time or new offers for cards so clearly my address is correct (I verified my address twice during this process just to be safe).

Finally, getting angry because I actually want to use my card, I contacted customer service AGAIN but this time during a chat so I could have written proof of the date I requested the card. ). On 1 November 2018 Edward Williams and Ian Richards were appointed joint administrators of Kyen Resources UK Limited. On appointment we emailed Ranjeet Kapur and Sean Mcchesney a copy of our standard letter regarding appointment enclosing the notice of appointment and attempted to contact them by phone to request the accounts be frozen.

On the 2nd November I had success in reaching Joanne Preston who confirmed the accounts had been frozen. From that point I was advised to liaise with Zanna Grabianowska to arrange transferring the balances held to the administrators account and closing the accounts.

We were advised that on receipt of our standard letter the transfer of funds held would be made and would take about a week. Despite already having our standard letter and appointment docs…

To whom it may concern,

I am very surprised at Citi bank continuous reduction of my credit card limit and the constant remark is it is based on Equifax report and the said Equifax wants me to subscribe a payment to see the report which is incorrect as there indicated some issues over three months ago which I admitted was a oversight on my behalf when I went on vacation figuring the payments was automatically set up.

To date I have lost over 1500 of payment to my Citi card after several deposits in an attempt to lower my Citi card amount and continuously has been reduced. PS I'll strongly consider withdrawing from further Citi payment in the future for I believe it gonna constantly take my cash due to its availability.

Regards Unsatisfied customer this Citi band card is the only card…

I called about my Citi double cash card and was treated very rudely because my husband passed away and he was the account hold I was on the account.... they pulled my card and basically said I can’t get my rewards unless I just through all these hoops and I don’t have a statement and they removed my account off line... 00 bill!!!

I called back 3 times and was passed to people who put me on hold until I got a dial tone... if you look at my account you will see what a great customer I was... and to be treated so rudely is unacceptable ...

I called Citi Card Service at 1855-378-6467 today regarding my dispute with citi card ending 4797. I opened the dispute 03/09/18 and Citi dispute department requested me to send my dispute in writing. So I drafted a dispute letter and the letter was received by Citi dispute department on March 21th, 2018.

And I waited and waited for the response from CIti Services, but neither email or letter received for the dispute. I called today at the 1855-378-6467 to question why I have not received anything for my dispute. I was transferred to the dispute department and the girl called Alishia said the dispute was too old to process.

She was not nice with strong attitute. I asked to talk to her manager and she put me on hold for a very long time and transferred me to someone called Regina/Account…

I ordered a couch from 1stopbedrooms. Did not receive the merchandise for a period of 6 weeks. With no advance notice on a Friday night (9pm) i received a phone call from a delivery man that he was out side my home with the couch.

First this is not acceptable for a number of reasons ,privacy, prior engagements , guest. Never hearing from them again was fine except that the following month i was billed by citi for the full price. Twice i have sent forms and keep getting we need a cancellation notice.

OH really and then pay restocking. I dont think so. The shopping and banking have been very poor. I would like both of you to leave me alone so i may proceed with new companies.

On Sept. 30th I filled out on the internet site a form that showed I was traveling to Washington State from Oct. 6th thru Oct 18th. I received confirmation from Citi that was they received it. When we arrived in Spokane, Wa and tried to pick-up our rental car Citicard put a fraud alert on the card.

As a result I switched cards and was embarrassed to have that happen. I will cancel the card when we get home and not use them again. Dirty rats must run the place.

We purchased a drop-in range from Sears on July 11, 2016. When it was delivered we were told by the installer that the new range was too large for the opening. We were also told to return the range and purchase slide-in and he would install it. He also installed a range hood and took away the old range and hood. All of the CitiCard charges with the exception of the hood, the install and the removal of the old stove were to be taken off our charge. I received the statement and there is a $400.00 plus discrepancy in my charge.

I called the CitiCard and was told we would have to talk to Sears. We went to Sears and were told we need to talk to the installer. Meanwhile the charge is due and if I do not pay it there will be a finance charge. Sears customer service stinks. All they do is pass…

I had a complaint and tried almost every phone number I could for CitiCard to make a late payment. Maybe you can have better luck with these number than I did.

I called CitiCard headquarters with a billing problem to ask if a purchase i made would be on this months statement. The rep. answered my question. An hour later I tried to make a purchase using my card and it was denied.

I called customer service and the rep. again said that I closed my account and was moving out of the country. The rep listened to my recorded call and agreed that i made no such statement! He said i would have to reapply for a new card (which will drop my score).

I have worked very hard to achieve a great credit score! Why would someone deliberately sabotage my credit? It's been 72 hrs and i'm still waiting for a supervisor to contact me.

I have been using Citi Card for more than 2 years now. I get good discounts on purchases made and points keep getting added to my card. Citi Card is doing a good job in keeping me posted on my payments and due dates so that I do not have to worry about the date.

7 days prior to the due date I get a message alert too on my phone so that I can make a payment. Once the payment is made I get a confirmation so that I know my money is going into the right account.

Cashback options are great on certain deals. This is easily one of the best cards I have owned. No annual fees and good reward points. I have been using this card since last one year. No problem faced up till now. Good customer care.

Glad to have Citibank credit card.

CitiCard has easy deals but the customer service number is very rude and their new policies are aimed against frustrated customers.
