My ID has tape on it to reinforce it but it is not broken. I've bought cigarettes and alcohol from the City Market store for the last 4 years with this same exact ID AT City Market, checked by probably 100's of different cashiers throughout the 4 years I've had this license.

Today I stopped at the City Market gas station because I didn't have time to run into the store and wait in line. The lady there eating food in my face, declined my ID even though it's valid. I'm pretty unhappy and will never stop at that gas station again unless this person is removed from this position.

There's plenty of other problems in the world and in life. I'm 40. This is ridiculous. I had to go back into the store, and got the cigarettes with my valid ID that was rejected by this person working at the gas…

My husband and I travel to the City Market Carbondale location on business. I always order my groceries that will last for 2 weeks and utilize your "pick up" service due to the convenience. Today, the convenience was totally lost. When I arrived to obtain my groceries for 2 weeks, the young lady came out to my car and asked if I had any bags. I told her that we don't live local, so I didn't have any bags. This is what she said to me when she brought my groceries out to the car, and I QUOTE her exact words "I don't have time to bag your groceries so I'm just going to lay all of them on your backseat"! And, it wasn't a question, she made a statement. Do you really think that I will shop at this City Market again !?! HORRIBLE

We have had money and food stolen from us 3 different times. From city market in Alamosa Colorado. Whomever is continuing to steal our food and money using an ebt(snap) card. We have tried to resolve this issue multiple times.

No one from this store has returned our calls. We are both disabled and are covid isolated. It's difficult for us to get out in our conditions. That is why we need curbside pick up.

Based upon my recent experience at City Market in El Jebel, I will never return there to shop. There were NO helpers in the aisles in the entire store. There was one employee stocking a shelf. The prices were “jacked up” to a disgraceful level, because you can.

Our valley is full of Hispanic citizens and miles of mobile homes to house them. Not a single one was present in your store, which historically has been crowded. “Low prices” was written on the packages of chicken breasts I purchased, but it was inaccurate. They were overpriced.

We have a vacation property in the valley and I can afford the groceries. A white haired gentleman with whom I spoke mentioned the high prices as we passed. He is from Raleigh, North Carolina he said, and he too can afford them.

But that isn’t the point.…

Over the last several years I have had issues with an employee at our local city market. I have talked to 3 different managers after 3 seperate cases and he still continues to harass me when I go in. He talks out loud to other customers about me when I come in and has threaten to hit me on 1 occasion.

1 other time he followed me to my car after him and another employee were making rude remarks about me. He will purposely leave me waiting for help as long as he can. He has made me cry because he was soo rude.

He made my niece cry when she came to visit me and we went in to the store. He was soo rude to us. It’s like he can say or do anything to me and nothing happens. I have a lot of health issues and go to the closest One to my house.

If it wasn’t for that I would go to the one across…

The first week of December, I got a new debit card with a new expiration date. I have been trying ever since to get the City Market mobile app to let me edit my card, so that I can do grocery pickup.

It should be a simple matter, yes? And yet I have not been able to do it. It will not let me edit the card nor delete it and start anew. I have tried both on the mobile app itself, and through the website on my laptop. No success.

I have talked to customer service people at my store (Rifle), they told me to call 1-576-4377. I have done this three or four times now. After trying to help me, they refer me to 1-866-544-8062. I have talked to these people three or four times.

They always end up saying they will turn it over to the tech team, and the tech team will fix the issue and get back to…

We ordered a cake from the City Market in Pagosa Springs on Monday, July 18th. We were very specific about the colors on the cake and the writing. When we went to pick the cake up, it was decorated incorrectly. The bakery lady was very rude and said, "I didn't hear you wanted that color." We asked that she prepare another cake the way we ordered it.

When we went back a couple of hours later, we were informed that there were no other cakes. We also were told in a very snarky tone, that the decorations were not flowers but balloons.

And hour later, I asked one last time for another cake, and the bakery lady snarled at me and said they did not have any other cakes.

This was an awful experience, and I will most likely never buy a cake again at your bakery. It was their mistake, and we were…

i would give zero stars to city market vail pharmacist “mark”. prescription wasn’t ready when i arrived and they were busy. told by woman working cashier position would be ready in 15 min. no problem. sat down and waited 30min then asked when crowd died down when my prescription would be ready. told “i’m busy”.

after 45 min when no customers except myself there asked again and totally ignored and then after my persisting that i just wanted to know if i should wait or leave spoken to very rudely. never got my prescription or told when would be ready.

no excuse to treat a customer so rudely and disrespectfully for no reason. i get your are busy but communicate and don’t be rude. i will take my business elsewhere.

I sadly didn’t catch her name, but I had a cashier in the Delta Colorado location today who didn’t respond when I, the customer, greeted her. Then she asked if I had the 82 cents after I handed her a $100, when I said no she asked if she could round it up, which I responded saying I don’t usually shop there so no thanks, to which she responded by rolling her eyes at me.

I don’t care if they think there’s a “coin shortage”. I am the customer and I should not be disrespected after giving the cashier more than enough money for my goods. I work in customer service myself, and even if I’m having a bad day, I would never mistreat a customer.
