My family and I have a glass of coke every night after or with dinner. Last knight (29-12-2023) I bored a 1.5L coke. We had to throw the coke out since it tasted awful, almost like Jeyes fluted scent. The Coca-Cola cap's number is: IE 059 My husband had a glass of coke this morning (30-12-2023) because he had work late last knight and was unaware of tadte experience we had.He asked me why the coke tastes so different.

Since my business is BRCG accredited and I handle customer complaints, I said, "I don't know, but sure is going to find out."

Called to complain about a vending machine that is constantly out of order and is beside a Pepsi machine that has drinks that are 50 cents a can cheaper. Customer service rep was rude and short with me and snapped at me saying “we are NOT lowering the prices of our drinks!”

9 oz plastic bottle. I admit that I am not as young as I once was but your caps are almost impossible to get off. It takes a pair of pliers, or a hammer or hot water or all 3 to get a bottle open.

I am not the only one to be unable to get these bottles open - my son couldn't either. If this kind of cap is not changed, you have lost me and my other friends who like a reclosable bottle from your business.

Ran into a women named Marty when trying to get signed up as new customer with a new account. She said it would take about 30 days and they would call back. Never heard from them, I called back after 30 days, Marty said how can I help you, I said you can hook me up because I called 30 days ago and I have not heard dam thing from you.

Marty said you don’t have to cuss at me. I knew how this conversation was going to go so I said bye and hung up. Tried to file complaint with coke cola about my experience with Marty they said she would call me, never heard from her, so I order syrup from Amazon.

Our St. Louis stores are not selling 8 ounce glass bottle Diet cokes anymore! Why? You can’t ask any of the Coke delivery workers because they have no idea I have sent several emails asking where I can get it with no response .

I like your diet Cherry Dr. Pepper, but cannot find it anywhere here in Central WI. At times the stores will have the Cherry Dr. Pepper, but even that is in short supply. Sometimes I can't even get regular Diet Dr. Pepper.

I love it it’s just my can was rusted on the inside and tasted a little funny and smelled weird but i only really noticed until half way through when i poured it out. I’m just concerned for my health.

I bought a 12 pack of can cokes from General Doller and all of them was flat. Coke is my favorite drink hands down. I appreciate the great taste. Please know this has not jad me change favorite drinks. Just as long as I continue to get good cokes.

It has a fermented, root beer taste and all the clients bring the Coke back and then I must refund them. On 4 occasions they insisted that I must also refund the liquor that was used with the Coke.

My wife and I are long time Coke drinkers. I am 70 she is 57. 9 oz. bottle have a different taste. My wife thinks it is a strong syrupy taste. 9 oz. 6 packs. 6pk. Now that I am complaining in would be nice if the price would be more competitive with Pepsi.

The new white ring of plastic on the top of a six pack, which also has a clear plastic wrap on the bottles. China no longer buys our plastic, the city I live in no longer recycles plastic. Stop, take some responsibility for so much plastic waste.

I have bought two boxes of coco - cola with cane sugar and and stevia. I love the fact it has no corn syrup. In both boxes both of them had to empty cans completly and half the can we swelled up on to and dented.

I was not a happy camper when I have to pay more for a product that is healther but really like stupid people we can be, we shouldnt have to pay more because it healther because of a big company you should supply for all kinds of people in all age groups. 88 for both boxes.

I would like to know how you going to help me become happy again with this complaint, I love coke, I drank it , when it was the orignal coke and not the new one and how it was in bottles and you got hook line sinker in this drink, I think the new drink is too sweet but I still drink it.

Hello, This is Manager at Swanson's. We've been had a contract with you guys over years. but last couple month, Anchorage office was very not reliable. We ordered few thousand dollars of product from Anchorage office every other week. but recently ship out the products was delays.

Just was informed by my store that Coke will not be supplying 6 pack glass bottle diet cokes anymore! Why?? It’s the only soda I will buy! What is the reason??

We had a birthday party and we bought the 2 litter bottles of coke and we had 3 of the bottles tasted really bad. we are not sure if they were flat or just old bottles we got. We had to go back to the store and get different drinks. We have had no other issues with your product. this was just a let down that we had to run back to the store and get other drinks and ice.

I called the company to speak with the sales department, the woman answering the call I believe her name was Brenda or Debra (she sounded like she hated her job) was super rude. She was unprofessional and hanged up on me. When I called back and asked to speak with her manager she told me that she was the manager and hang up again. I called back and spoke with Shelby she was great and helped me to get the right department. She even apologized to me and provided me with the HR email to file a formal complaint.

The other person name Brenda shouldn’t work there at all. She doesn’t represent Coke Cola.

Hi I purchased a pack of ten coca-cola when getting them home and opening the box every one of them was damaged I managed to open one with difficulty and cut my finger in the prosess. I suffer from severe excema on my hands aswell so didn't help with the cans been like they was.

Two days later I purchased a pack of 10 cherry coca-cola to get them home and opened them and there was only eight in my box, these are not cheap either so I've been very disappointed over the last few days. Regards mrs Newstead
