You have an agent at one of your Minnesota offices that keep sending unsolicited email to a number of my employees at their company email addresses. I keep putting him on our company email blacklist, but he keeps sending from ever more, new email domains - always representing himself as a Coldwell Banker.

Please ask him to stop these shady practices. His name is Mike Wilen and none of my staff have ever contacted him or given consent. You may want to ask yourself why an agent feels the need to use multiple email domains to sent unwanted email in your name.

Mellissa Mills a realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty in Dorchester came to my daughters home in Dorchester stating that she worked for Safeguard Properties , and Wells Fargo Bank, and they wanted her to do an occupancy check unannounced, Sunday 8/20/23 at 12noon,(what bank does business on a Sunday) . 00 left.

it is a 2 family victorian house of 5500 square feet with each of my daughters owning a side, and my grandchildren living on both sides. Why would she thinks the house was abandon with all the children and family members in/out.

Vimi Shukla-One of the worst Realtor-we have worked with -

Before vimi put the apartment on the market, She have come up with a list of repairs and my contractor fixed everything, I have confirmed with vimi many times about additional repairs and she mentioned that she have personally check and everything is working well and the apartment is ready to move in. After 2-3 days of movin of the renter, they came with ~10 items of major repairs.

Can you please clarify why you have missed all these major repairs? We had same issue with vimi when she rented another property (1900 lIght Rd Unit 109, Oswego, IL)

Can you please clarify why we are having the same issue again and again?

DESPICABLE, Not only did the realtor perform miserably, did not explain the contract that he and his attorney ilk , set me up with, He never listed my commercial property on the internet. He wanted to hog the whole commission.

He lost my earnest money , 5,000 dollars, AND because i fired his self serving actions with out any regard for mine. They enforced a booby trapped , never explained , contract from hell. Coldwell, Global one, and their legal cronies SUED me , and cost me nearly 30,000 dollars.

I called the agent's office number 954-753-2200 on 5/23 at 4:23pm asking to be transferred to Jesse Pan. The lady (not sure if it's front desk) told me Jesse is not at the office and she'd give me his phone number. The reception is bad so I politely asked her to repeat the phone number and she started screaming at me: "don't you understand English? I said 2!!!!" and then she hang up the phone after screaming at me.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, it is outrageous and unbelievable. If you keep this lady working at the front desk, I'm sure more customers are going to walk away from your business given the poor customer service.

I am astounded by the lack of professionalism and compassion I received when speaking to Nancy Birge regarding the sale of an elderly family members home. There is extremely sensitive background to the home even being put on the market.

The owner was coerced into selling her home under duress. As I was trying to explain the matter at hand and understand how this sale even transpired I was insulted verbally, told I didn't know what I was talking about & then asked "where was I during this time".

This realtor was a "friend" and neighbor to the owner and had knowledge of personal information that she should not have been privy too. I feel this is a conflict of interest. The owner of the home made several calls which were not returned.

I rented my place to realtor Sal Toosi and he ended up trashing the place and making damages in excess of $1000.

The guy refuses to pay and is acting in a vindictive way because i refused to list my condo with him. He also recommended to LIE to potential buyers as to how much he paid in rent in order to boost the sale price.

If this is the type of realtor Caldwell banker uses, look elsewhere!

One of your representatives, Brian Mallasch, was so unresponsive. Our agent tried to contact multiple ways. We reached out through email, LinkedIn, his office, and his phone and never heard back. We had multiple offices we wanted to see over two weeks and it never happened because of no response.

Listed two properties with a local agent in the North HuntingtonColdwell Banker Sales Office. The agent initially appeared to have a clear understanding of what I expected and acknowledged there would be no issue with proceeding as expected. After 2 months it was apparent the agent was not on the same page and was violating specific requests that we had discussed and agreed upon when the contract was initiated.

When I retired from the United States Army, I moved to West Monroe. I rented a home from Ms. Sandy Johnson for approximately 4 years. When I Initially moved in, a lease was drawn wit my ex-husband. After the initial lease expired, my ex husband and I parted ways.

With an understood agreement between Sandy and I, I became the sole lessee. As a result, I renewed my lease ALONE two more times with Sandy over the 4 year time period. My name and Sandy’s name was the only one on the lease.

I have written Customer Complaint twice about four weeks ago.. Concerning agent Douglas Bricker at Saratoga Springs, NY office. I called when there was an issue and the Manager did not return the call...which had promoted my second complaint. I requested a regional or higher executive to contact me in regard of those two and the situation.

At this point I am going to go ahead and place a complaint to the State Board of Realtors Ethics and Practices department. As this entire five weeks or frm the day the house went active on the market has been unethical due to the agent.

I want to inform you of a problematic realtor. Cindy Brown of Port St LUCIE Florida. On 30 May 2021, she drove at high speed up to a property where my son was moving in as a legal tenant of a townhome in Camelot Gardens.

This woman jumped out of her car screaming , cursing , with profanity laced threats of calling police Why? Because SHE as the president of the HOA had not been informed. She was threatening and intimidating and taking photos. Multiple witness were appalled and shocked at the unhinged and unbalanced behaviors exhibited.

Today , she bullied the townhome owner with police action if my son is not evicted tomorrow. 24 hours. Now the homeowner acknowledges she erred by not getting HOA approval first, but my son did not know that info at that time.

Went to see a million dollar home listed by Bedford katonah NY agency. The home is also owned by the listing agent of the same office. While entering the electric gate, the call box (which is held up by a stick) fell and hit my car and caused a small dent and three scratches.

The realtor and the broker accused me of lying and that the stick is not holding it up. So..... why is the stick there? I also took a video of the call box falling when stick is removed. They still called me a liar.

It is a sad day when five days after escrow closes you move into a home that is thoroughly infested with subterranean termites both inside and in the garage. What's even worse is when your real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage informs you that his relationship with you "terminated at close of escrow." Neither he nor his supervisor at CBRB is willing to come out and see for themselves the enormity of the infestations in your house and the damage that has been done. After a year of little to no activity we decided to move our listing to a different broker. Since the photos were taken during summer and furnishings were all in we asked the Caldwell office manager if we could purchase the photo to be reused.

This is common courtesy between real estate agents and as a matter of fact the same manager asked our new broker for the same thing two weeks prior and was given the requested photos. We were told no and was given reason other than we were changing brokers.

Being a repeat customer of The Lake Forest, Illinois office I am totally unhappy with a response from the Manager Cathy Kendall. We have purchased two lots as well as one new home from this office since 1993. We also listed two homes we built on the lots with them as well.

After our current home was listed for one year while building our new home we decided to move our listing to a new company. We asked our agent if we or the new company could purchase the photos of our home as most of the furniture was removed for new upholstery.

My contract exspirered with my agent she begged me to let her have my house for 18 days and if these people didnt buy my house she would she said it infront of witnesses and now 23 days later shes saying she cant afford it .she bareface lied to us.

I work for a septic company that was contracted to do a septic inspection for a property by a Cheryl Sherayko who represents Coldwell Banker out of Kutztown PA. This Agent was rude from the start.

Finally after dealing with her several times, I asked her why she is so rude, at that point she continued to be rude and hung up on me. I thought you should be aware of the way your representative treats people, I just hope she isn't like this with your Customers, definitely bad business.

My wife and I are first time home buyers with limited resources. we put a contract on a home that under appraised by 14k Our lender and family member did his best to challenge the appraisers value. Our agent Shanna Clark provided no assistance and had zero data compiled to support the offer she recommended we submit.

we were not successful in challenging the value of the appraisal. that said, the seller presented a revised term that was more than favorable. They agreed to reduce the sales price by 7k, the seller's agent agreed to lower his commission by 1% and requested our agent to agree to lower her commission by 1% as well.

thus leaving us with an additional shortfall of 2500 and we were able to accommodate.

Your company has listing the pictures online are really terrible the wording used to describe home is really low quality description of home and I know coldwell banker listing this is not like your company compared to your listing profiles in westfield nj its an embarrassment to your company please look in to it
