I called customer service to locate my debit card. I thought it was about time a new card showed up. I talked with one person to verify who I was, then I got pushed on someone else. My call was 54 minutes long. Accomplished nothing.
Second person was trying help me locate my debit card. Little did I know card was blocked while I got stuff taken off card. Not fraud. So no card being sent Debbie think her name was going to unblock my card.
So she told me block off can start using card. Go to gas station went to try my card got told transaction canceled so card was not unblocked. I don’t understand why I was not contacted about my card via letter or something.
This is first time the bank has not given me proper service. I need a debit card I don’t want to seek out bank what is going on…
