I called customer service to locate my debit card. I thought it was about time a new card showed up. I talked with one person to verify who I was, then I got pushed on someone else. My call was 54 minutes long. Accomplished nothing.

Second person was trying help me locate my debit card. Little did I know card was blocked while I got stuff taken off card. Not fraud. So no card being sent Debbie think her name was going to unblock my card.

So she told me block off can start using card. Go to gas station went to try my card got told transaction canceled so card was not unblocked. I don’t understand why I was not contacted about my card via letter or something.

This is first time the bank has not given me proper service. I need a debit card I don’t want to seek out bank what is going on…

Difficulty reaching live agents, false assistances that issue will be resolved. No access to my money at all times, constantly declining my transactions WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR JUSTIFICATION. refusal to transfer funds to my personal checking account so I can pay my rent.

I am forced to close my account. This has been a HORRIBLE, TRAUMATIC experience

I am a Social Security recipient living overseas. My benefits are managed by Direct Express. In January, Direct Express discontinued and replaced my bank card. The new bank card will not work at any ATM where I am located. Repeated calls to Direct Express customer service are referred to supervisors who will not pick up the call.

I have waited on hold for one half hour, one hour, and then two hours and 34 minutes before the customer service disconnected the calls. I followed all proper protocols and still have no resolution. This is elder abuse. What can I do to resolve the issue?

I had a utma, that the child turned 18 and withdrew all her money. I go today to put money in the other 2 utmas I have and I was charged 20 for maintenance on the account. I have been with comerica 23 years, instead of waving this nonsense fee.

When I expressed I needed to move to another bank, then she said well I can look at your account. I have checking, savings, 2 utmas, credit card. I am so disappointed in the closing of banks, not enough atms, today I am looking for a new bank.

All this could have been avoided over a 20 maintenance fee

I am LEGALLY BLIND. I was Completely Robbed at a Bus Stop. Everything, including my United States Direct Express card, was viciously stolen. $40 Cash, my ID, my Key to my home, etc. 50 to have my Direct Express Card "EXPEDITED".

I was told it arrived November 4th. It NEVER did. The Law is, an Expedited Fee is to be REVERSED if the card NEVER arrives and/or is NOT "activated". I had to REORDER yet ANOTHER Card. Because of this outrageous delay, my phone was shut off due to lack of payment, then a Hurricane Nicole hit, the thief also purloined my Food Stamp card, etc.

It is taking WEEKS to clean up this mess. I have spoken to Direct Express 12 TIMES now. Every phone call is duly documented. 00, for the first card that never arrived, was erroneously added to my account. 00 for 1 Direct…

I had an account about 8 years ago and there is a debt that i owe from looking at my credit. I have called several times and stated that i do not have an account number for this matter. I have been bounced around more than enough.

I had filed a dispute about 2 months ago. The dispute was about a company called Fubo taking money off my direct express card every month without my authorization. They did a investigation and received a letter stating I did authorize Fubo for services.

60 overdrawn on my card! I try to call Comerica Bank to ask why that’s on my card? 29 on my card. 60 ? The reason why I am putting in a complaint is because they are gonna try to take money off my card and I don’t get that much of money, I have to pay my rent and bills! This not right!

I made a mistake and overpaid my credit card balance in March 2022 . In an email from customer service they agreed to send me a check for the amount I overpaid. 6 weeks have gone by no check and no help on the phone or email.

I received a letter from them stating they transferred the money owed to me electronically to my financial institution. What! They will not tell me where they sent my money! I have spoken to numerous agents and none of them ever heard of such a thing and told me this payment was refunded but can not see where it went.

I have requested any and all tracking on this (check) but I have not heard anything. 48

Worst customer service of any company I Deal with on a regular basis. Been a customer for 20+ years. I am moving the two accounts I have. I was going to finance two automobiles , but your service over the phone and with your drive in tellers convinced me to go to another bank.

I do not know what is happening but Comerica Bank has locked me out of my Acct for the fourth or fifth time in the last 6 weeks. " My answer is simple: I asked for and received a Pw and question/answer reset late this past week.

I changed my five questions and five answers and accessed my Acct with no problem. Tonight I accessed my acct thru my Comerica app. Since the app DOES NOT ALLOW FULL ACCESS to my account, I had to log out of the app and log into web banking.

Disgusted and irate! My fiancé is 71 and a vet with PTSD and dementia. He uses the bank in Waterford on M-59. 100 words is not enough to describe the rude, unprofessional disrespectful encounter we had with o e of the tellers.

The first that tried to help us was nice and tried to help, the manager Jeannie that we asked to speak with and had recently made changes to his account was on vacation and the third teller was unacceptable and awful. She pointed in my face, she yelled, when my fiancée said not to talk to his wife like that she said “she’s not your wife, your wife is” then just stopped.

I have 100% power of attorney on my parents account . Went to transfer some money today and after 45 minutes they would not do it . My parents both have dementia don’t drive and I have to bring them in now .

98. I have contacted Comerica's Customer Service Department on numerous occasions and they have NOT followed up with the collection agency, sent me any correspondence confirming I DO NOT OWE COMMERICA any money. This negative report on my credit record has severely impacted my quality of life.

I am a senior citizen and have worked too long and too hard for this INCORRECT entry to continually be on my credit report. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH COMERICA AND NEVER WILL BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very unhappy with the way the Watsonville branch spoke to me on the telephone twice earlier today. Originally when I called and spoke to Cheryl, she was very unprofessional. Multiple times she interrupted me in mid sentence. She also had a very condescending tone. It was outright rude.

At one point I reminded her I was the customer. She didn’t care, I terminated the call. When her manager called me later in the afternoon, it was all damage control. She didn’t care and had the same attitude. That is why I am writing.

To let you know the staff in Watsonville needs some serious customer service training, and that I am closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Scott Hanover

I have banked there for 18 years. 5 percent. When I caller the teller said “I am not going to stand here and argue with you about this. 10k in NEW. Money. I went down to the bank and pulled 2 accounts out and moved to Flagstar.

Will pull last acct out when all my bill pays etc are completed. The bank mgr heard me talking to the asst mgr Theresa but no one bothered to say anything to appease the problem.. That bank has had many thousands of my $$ and made a huge amount of money off my deposits.

No one said I’m sorry this happened what can we do to help you and resolve this. My daughter is Mgr of Chase Bank and was livid that they would allow the teller to speak to me that way and ignored me

I have difficulty with phone calls as I'm sure others do. Under the best circumstances, a phone call can be awkward and difficult for resolving problems, whereas email is great. I need to contact the US Direct Express which is administered by Comerica.

I have a direct express debit card for my ssi government benefits, I went in to a Comerica Bank location at 101 north Washington square Lansing mi 48933, i requested to withdraw 75$ of my debit card , I was asked to provide a state I.d, and my debit card also phone number. I had my state I.d and my debit card, I informed ur employee I have no phone, I was then denied my funds do to not have a active phone number.

I have been trying for several months now by fax sent several faxes, by phone he never calls back, never available at the schoolcraft location of Comerica in Redford MI regarding an account which is still open and you are renewing it's for my Mother Carol Chapman who has been deceased for 3 years.

I am a former employee of Comerica Bank and am writing in regards of the extreme unfair treatment I received working under Andrew Rogers at the Aptos branch in California.

Today (11/25/2015), it was requested of me to personally pick up my paycheck from the parent company of a job where I have been working part-time for over two (2) years. Because the location was out of the area where I live (Oakland, California), I decided to try a Comerica Bank branch near the parent company of my employer. The service I received was so bad it is totally beyond words.

Weekly I go to a branch to cash my paycheck, present my ID and Credit Card, but today, the teller insisted that the check be "reviewed" by the Comerica Bank branch manger before she could cash it. Please note, that the check was in my name, and the amount was not extremely large ($400), but they forced me to wait and when I voiced my complaints I was treated as if my feeling did not matter.

I initiated a monthly, electronic transfer between my Comerica Bank checking account and my sister's account to cover my rent obligation to her. Besides doing the electronic transfer on the 4th of the month, they drafted a check for the same amount the following day, causing me to go into overdraft and charging me fees.

I have been to my branch 3 times trying to get this straightened out. They did reverse the overdraft fee, but refuse to put the $28 and change into my savings account, saying it was needed to cover the shortfall of a checkI didn't write, authorize, know about, or initiate. This was their internal error and although $28 may not seem like a lot, I wonder how many times this same scam is pulled?

I have been with Comerica Bank for over 2 yrs. I am currently unemployed and receive $1800 a month. Comerica Bank has charged me $1600 in overdrafts fees within the last 2 months. They have said they have worked with as much as possible, reversing 5 OD fees. There has been less then 5 times over the last 25 yrs I have requested this favor, all within the last 3 months.

I did get overdraft protection on my checking; however, what I thought was overdraft protection was not the same as what they offer. They set up a savings account and that is what they use for your overdraft. $1600, and I have rent, prescriptions and food to buy.

Colorado Unemployment funds are available on the Monday; however, Comerica Bank waits until Wednesday to post funds. Corporate doesn't provide overdraft…

I was told that every time a customer was referred to Comerica Bank and they open an account with them, the person whom referred them would get a Visa gift card. Since I had referred them a new customer and they opened an account, now they are not giving out no such thing. I am very upset over this matter.
