I booked two flights from Toronto to Frankfurt with condor airlines.. then I called to double check that if I want to cancel the tickets my money will get back to me, and he said no you’ll get the taxes only so

I said ok I’m not going to cancel because I’m just checking that if if if I wast to cancel what it’s gonna happen!! He was so rude to me, so I said thank you and I hanged up,, after a minute I received a cancellation confirmation!!!!

I’ve been surprised, he cancelled my tickets with any promotion from me!! And I call again and again , all of the agent can’t do anything.. I want my full money back and if I didn’t receive my money back in three days I will file a case against condor company , one of agents canceled my tickets without any promotion from me and we will see what it’s…

Can you please provide me with the CEO Mr. Ralf Teckentrup's Secretary's email address. The reason for this request is that, I have tried on numerous occasions to get feedback from the Customer Service Department of Condor with regards to lost luggage.

The incident occurred on 23 December 2022. I have filed a complaint, (File reference CPTDE10818), and I put in a claim form refer attached, but the customer service of Condor does not come back to me. I would like to inform Mr.

Ralf Teckentrup, of my experience. My personal Insurance will not pay for it as it is the airline Condor who lost it.

missed my connecting flight to Cape town south africa Town from Frankfurt . Fight was delayed by over 2h and in Johannesburg the connecting flight was gone. Condor had made no provisions for a new fight at a later time.

It took me another 2h to get a new flight to Cape Town. So I only arrived in Cape Town after 7pm instead of 1pm. My pickup was gone and I had to pay a TAXI 600 to take me to my destination.

The seat I had book on the flight was not what I had paid for and I had to sit right behind the wing. Not what I paid for. I had to make 3 international calls to Condor who did not bother to help me at all.

My name is Marharyta Barieieva. I am from Ukraine. Me and my husband Kasper Hoeglund booked a flight from Stockholm to Whitehorse for 19th of September through your website.

Yesterday we missed our flight 4N572 from Vancouver to Whitehorse due to the immigration took so much time. Our flight was also half an hour delayed. And instead of 3 hours,we had 2,5 (we saw message from Air North on the counter by bag drop in at the airport, that they do want passengers to arrive at check in 3 hours before the flight, cause it is big lines there). So it was already not enough time since we need to self -transfer our luggage and do immigration in Vancouver. Moreover it was a lot of people staying in the line for declaration as well as a lot of people in line for security.

What is Condor's plan for my bag? how long should wait a year or two years? now it's been more than 5 months and you haven't found my bag yet, what if you travel home and your bag disappears 5 months and the airline doesn't give an answer, how do you feel?

My Condor Air booking # 3740274 On August 26, 2022, my wife, 2 children and I were returning to America, Portland, OR (PDX) on flight no. DE 2010 from Frankfurt, Germany. We were returning to America after attending the funeral of my wife's mother.

Hello, My name is Nikole Larina. My flights was canceled 2 times because of first is Covid 19 and second situation in Russia.

First time I rescheduled my flight and paid fee, that was big surprise for me and I was told that if I am not going to pay fee then I will lost my money, I did pay fee and made rescheduled my flight to Russia, second time my flight canceled and I was told my your Air Company that I need to reschedule my flight before September 2022.

My flight got cancelled due to Covid- I received a flight voucher that I wasn’t able to use so the voucher was cancelled and a refund was promised. After 2 months and multiple calls and emails I still have not gotten my money back- when I call they tell me it was all completed.

Today I found out the money was never wired . This is completely unacceptable

Back in Oct i went to Germany to visit my old parents for 2 weeks whom i hadn't see in years, on my way back home to Canada i was asked to do a rapid covid test on the spot which cost me E200 Euros, this was Oct 28/2021. my results took a bit longer and i missed my flight for that day and had to spent a couple of more days and pay another E300 Euros for another flight.

none of this info was communicated to me prior to boarding and top it all off after doing some research i found out that doing the rapid test to get into Canada didn't come into effect until Oct 30th so i was misinformed and treated extremely poorly at the check in counter resulting in me missing my flight and paying an additional E500euros for no valid reason.

I was a passenger in flight DE2032 on 11/20/2021 from Frankfurt, DE to Seattle,WA. After waiting for this flight 3 hours I had to wait additional 4 hours to board the plane. All under the mask. As we landed in Seattle, flight attendants notified us to contact customer service for any compensation.

I am doing this now! My further travel plans had to be postponed too as I miss my shared ride from the airport!

OUR BAG HAS BEEN MISSING SINCE SEPTEMBER AND NOW IT IS ALMOST MID NOVEMBER. WE HAVE FILLED A MISSING BAG FOR AND EMAILED CONDOR MANY TIMES. NO ONE HAS CALLED US TO DISCUSS THE MISSING BAG. THEY JUST KEEP SAYING CUSTOMER RELATIONS IS SUPPOSE TO CALL YOU.

I am a Professor of Medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, USA. I recently used Condor to attend a scientific conference in Belfast, Ireland. I paid almost $1200 for my round trip ticket from NY JFK to Belfast, which included one checked bag that I did not use.

I boarded at JFK (8 April 2019; MT 2853) with one carry-on and my briefcase. Although my carry-on was too large and heavy to bring onto my connecting flight at Manchester City Airport (BE476), I was permitted to check it at the gate without any additional charges.

Hello, This is my second complaint and I have the Conformation number CON-18/ 07-13689 from Condor airways. I filed the first one on July 17,2018. I booked a ticket from Beirut airport to Phoenix on July 13, 2018. The employee at the front desk of Condor airline rejected airport at the baggage claim and I opened to check my handbag and I found my expensive eye glasses were broken and my Viagra medication supply were missing all from my carryon that I was forced to check in.

I lost my carry on luggage during the DE2075 flight in August 11 2018 to the Frankfurt Germany. After aircraft landed I have not found my carry on or cabin luggage. When I reported this to the cabin crew I was advised to report this to the lost luggage at the airport.

Office was closed and I had to take it connection flight to the Berlin my destination airport, where I found that my all luggage were not arrived. I reported to officials claim #TXLLH64490/12Aug18.

However I lost my Tablet,laptop ,galaxy phone ,medications and reading glasses and my whole trip money in the carry on luggage. Our vacations were ruined because of that circumstances.

This is not a complaint about what happened, more so about what has not happened. Your agency number 50076, file key 8101849-01, flights booked through your flight Service in Oberursel, flights booked and confirmed and paid for via online. Flights to and from anchorage 23. July and 1st August 2016. My Holiday to Alaska was then planned based on the confirmed flights.

Travelled by Condor Airt. Fabulous food, service and all round high quality. Highly recommended. The experience exceeded my expectations. Condor has excellent customer service. Cabin crew has been very attentive at all hours of the flight and very pleasant to talk to.

It was spacious enough and clean with ample legroom space. Economy Plus is recommended for long travels. Really would love to travel by Condor again in future.
