Crystal Bentley is a horrible GM My husband works there as a crew member. I recently found out that my husband is having a affair on me with another Manager named Hannah Smith. I know this to be true because my husband confessed and said he was ending the affair. But, it still continued.

I was so upset I reached out to Crystal Bentley to ask her to have them put on different shifts so I could save what was left of my marriage. Crystal Bentley GM of Albertville Jacks replied with this. ''I don't care what they do If your husbands having a affair on you maybe your not doing something right in bed or something .

Not my business But, Hannah is younger maybe your husband likes younger woman. This is what was said too me. Really, and Jacks restaurants are suppose to be family oriented. This…

I am an 85-yr. old veteran. I have been a Sam’s Club member for many, many, many years. I’ve shopped there early every morning to avoid the crowds. Now I am told I am unwelcome there unless it’s after 10 a.m. After experiencing a bad snow & ice storm, I drove to Sam’s to purchase Salt/ice melt, so my wife wouldn’t slip & fall when she exited the house; and when I got to the cashier, she refused to ring it up, because it was not yet 10 a.m.

I won’t renew my membership since I can spend my money at Home Depot, or ANY business at 10 a.m.! And won’t have to pay to belong.

It's Thanksgiving. I'm driving home from a lovely evening and stop at the 7-11 on the corner of Crown Valley and Moulton in Laguna Niguel CA. I ask the clerk behind the desk in I could use the restroom (before I purchase) and he flat lies that they do not have a restroom.

The day prior someone asks to use the restroom and another clerk gives him directions and says he is store manager. Tonight both clerks lie and tell me they do have a restroom and that man was not the clerk.

I have so much to be grateful for but their "threat" and Tag team belittlement of me in front of other customers is what I call the perfect example of piss poor client service. I'm taking the $2k-$3k I spend at 7-11's each year elsewhere.

So this really happened at Sams club in Muncy Pa, we are so upset right now. We saw this pac man arcade game yesterday it’s in the store right as you walk in with a sign that’s says for sale limited time deal!

So after talking steve and I decided we would purchase this for Xmas present for Lucas our son . So steve went there today told them he wanted one and paid for it they said they have 5 in the back, after waiting over 30 minutes he was told he could not buy one that they are only for Black Friday!

I purchased 2 sprint IphoneX in April 2019. I have tried for 6 months to get promotional deal I was promised. The last visit I was given the personal phone # to Sprint manager(Angela Graham 562-587-9457). She promised everything would be taken care of. Nothing happened, and she won't return calls. I think the agent, Tavious is scamming with fake Sprint number for commission purposes. Sams Club, Fountain Valley.

I purchase staple copy paper and two ink cartridge in a single bag and the bag tore. I reviewed the tape because leaving the store ,I did not have my wallet, yes it showed me putting my credit no card into my wallet. I had ,$240.00 in $20.00 dollars and 4 credit cards and license ,social security card and membership cards.

I am your customer at 7-11 store at the corner of Beverly Blvd. and Alvarado Sts. Every morning at 6:00 - 6:30am, the line for paying to the cashier is so long that it will take a customer 5 to 10 minutes to pay for the food and coffee that he bought.

There are 2 cashiers but only 1 operates because the other (female) is doing something else, like balancing, counting, I don’t know what. This is done everyday, and there are 10 customers falling in line to pay and there are still other customers coming in.

I hope you can check and resolve this issue maybe by adding additional cashier? I asked the lady cashier if she can accept payments because the line is long and the waiting time is long but she replied that we go to another store to buy our food and coffee.

She doesn’t have to be that…

As I am sitting her eating my lunch I have discovered that your Ritz crackers with a football printed on them, break! They break off in small sections around the football. You can not even spread peanut butter or cheese on them.

I am so disappointed as I bough two boxes of these and they are basically crumbs. PLEASE in the future, DO NOT stamp your cracker! Ritz are a staple in my home but these are not :(

I live close to sams club I go there a lot, when you leave there is someone who checks your receipt always they are friendly, There is a man I have had trouble with, when he hands your reciet back he has to touch your hand or run his hand down your arm, or he wants to visit with you, all I want is go, I told him not to talk to me, so he speaks louldly hi or goodbuy!

It should not bother most but I have ptsd the same as solders have coming home from war , mine is from a husband that beat me all the time, no longer married but this is after effects. I don't want him to lose his job.

I have complained to his superviser with out results, I was told he has to speak its there policy, It's not fun when you leave and you have a panic attack!! and your throwing up in the parking lot, I don't bother…

I bought a Lenova Think Pad T470 in December 2017. I have filed several complaints on the speed of the computer determined to be a bad WiFi card. After 3 filed complaints in the first year for the same problem, I finally talked live to a service rep.

He sent me a new case # that was supposed to permit an on site service and pay for the new card. Responded to the email customer service sent to set up the onsite repair. I was told the warranty was expired.

We own a telecommunications business - all employees work from home. We should not have to pay for this part or have to take it to a service dealer.

On March 08, 2019 I went to a local Sam’s Club in Melbourne Florida for a tire change. I needed 3 brand new tires. The 4th tire on the right front was in almost new condition, as it was replaced few months prior at the same location and did not need to be changed.

After patiently waiting for few hours, I was told that that the tires cannot be replaced because my hub/ knuckles are broken. The car wheels have anti- theft lug bolts and there was a special tool in the car to unscrew the tires but instead the technician used the power tools forcing it to unscrew damaging the car.

The car had to be towed to a local Volvo Dealer across the street. 45 and on top of that Sam’s replaced the one good tire (right front) with a brand new one and did not replace the one of the three that needed…

I just left your Marion IL store ( 12:45 pm) today after being treated very rudely by one of your store employees. He was a bearded male approx 30-35 years old working one of the check-out lanes. I left my items and just walked out as he totally unprofessional and as stated previously extremely rude.

He basically shoved me aside stating loudly these other customers were ahead of me when I was clearly first in line when a new check-out lane opened up. Its is extremely doubtful whether I will ever shop in your stores again.

My comments are very negative but actually should be a lot more severe to accurately describe my experience. Call me 618-579-8491

Poor customer service, terrible interaction with both cashier and manager, couldn't answer simple questions, store never clean or stocked properly.. bagged 14 items in 2 bags, 3 items in one and rest in other, threw receipt at me had very poor attitude.

I won't be giving them my business again any time soon. Very offended at my treatment overall. Dollar general #13896 Conowingo, Maryland

I was going to travel to my country COLOMBIA on 02/22/19 from Nashville TN, so I arrived to the airport at 10:35 AM, and the flight American Airline AA 4604 was at 1:33 PM. The Airplane left about more than an hour LATER, so the fly got LATE at the Miami airport, where I had to make the transfer to continue to my country. So when I went to reschedule my next flight, I found that the next flight AA921 was for next day 02/23/19 at 5:39 PM, which was not problem with me. The problem was that the AA customer service people told me, that because the plane got late to Miami because of the weather condition, they COULD NOT PAY THE HOTEL NEITHER THE FOOD, so I had to pay from my own pocket, even thought it wasn't raining when we left Nashville.

Ford Motor Co. 5L Eco Boost engine which has a previous history of manufacture forging problems with pistons and connecting rods on 2012-2015 models. Why has there not been a recall? What actions can I take to recover some of the cost?

My 2014 F-150 truck has been cared for with regular maintenance per the Ford recommendations, street driving only, no heavy hauling, piston and connecting rod broke without any warnings. Where can I find DOCUMENTED information on this problem that has left many other consumers between a rock and a hard place with no means of assistance?

I am stuck because Ford has swept this 3+ year matter under the rug.

Liquidation.com auction 12341648 Refurbished Apple Mac Book Pro Laptop suppost to be working out of box when we called found out that it was second or third party vendor and the computer would not boot up and does not work and they won't give our money back and we are not happy and not fair.
