Couche-Tard

Hi,

This was at the Couche-Tard on St Michel Boulvard corner of Robert in Montreal, Qc at around 7:20am.

- I walked in and asked if they can make change for the bus, the cashier was very rude and refused to make change, his attitude was awfull. I proceeded to buy something and he refused to sell me anything because he did not want to make the change.

- I understand that there might not have been change available, that happens, however to refuse my sale of a choclate bar and to talk to me like I am the scum of the Earth is a bit much. I don't believe the employee has any idea of Customer Service and should not be alloweed to do that job untill he is properly trained. I left the store feeling very insulted, not because I didn't get change, but because of the way YOUR employee spoke to me…

This is a follow up to my previous complaint regarding the negative interaction on Friday, November 11th at the 10 Highfield Park Drive, Dartmouth NS location with one of your employees. I spoke with the manager this morning and she apologized. Apparently the employee left a note to say that he shouldn't have said what I said to me.

She was going to check the video footage. She will find out that the interaction is EXACTLY how I described it.

HIGHFIELD PARK DRIVE DARTMOUTH NS LOCATION, HIGHFIELD PARK DRIVE, DARTMOUTH NS LOCATION

On Friday November 11th I went to the Highfield Park Drive Circle K. I went to the cash and asked for 2 packages of cigarettes. While the clerk was getting my cigarettes from the drawer I reached for a chocolate bar. I picked up a kit kat bar and underneath the one I picked up there was a bar with a 4 for $6.00 sticker on it. The clerk rung them in and they came up $2.29 each. She said "they're not on sale anymore." To which I replied that's not what the sticker says. She reiterated "they're not on sale anymore" to which I reiterated "that's not what the sticker says."

She said she would go ask her boss and as she was walking away…
