I ordered espresso machine from there it is lost or stollen i contacted them they asked me to provide them police report and they will refund me . I did what they told me to do but now they are refusing to help me or refund me.

Please help me with this since i didn’t get anything from them and i didn’t sign for the package. I am not responsible for this i am a victim here. Please help me with this. Thank you, Respectfully, Vahik Abram

Item was delivered with missing parts (two doors with hardware missing). I requested a replacement which C & B was going to do. The itenm went on clearance since it was ordered a mere 10 days ago. I asked for a discount off of the sale price as I was afforded in the first transaction but Crate an Barrel declined. This was approximately $250.

I took off work for delivery which was incomplete and would need to take another day for them to replace. As a teacger as I told customer service I was on hold through my entire lunch period. I will never purchase a product from Crate and Barrel again and will tell everyone (friends, family and work associates) about the poor customer service.

We are writing about the false advertising on your website. We are a company offering interior design services with certified interior designers. We are insulted that your website claims to offer design services with interior designers, which is false. We know a few of your employees, and they are not interior designers and do not have the education required for this profession (interior designer education takes three years).

Your company is a furniture company that offers decorating services. You train your salespeople to use an app to click and drag furniture and learn how to decorate, which is not the same as being an interior designer. We are insulted that your company suggests such a thing.

Me and my wife bought a piece of furniture, order number 343087297 back on Dec 10, 2022 and it has not been delivered yet to our home. Every time I call to obtain a status, the CS Rep keeps rescheduling the delivery date.

It's been well over 4 months. We request to have this furniture delivered ASAP.

I was in your store at Avalon in Alpharetta GA. I purchased 4,000 and some dollars worth of merchandise. I had transferred it to my account from another account cleared it with my credit Union when I got to the register my card declined several times Susan J was the associate she was polite two male managers came to register and

said I could not do a signature had to do a pin is this your policy. I had to call my credit union and have them change the transaction to pin very humiliating was in there a long time .

00 more in order for them to release my sofa on the 25 th I refused and eventually they said it was not necessary I am black American was I discriminated against. I am also a disabled veteran and was kept in your store a long time back, leg and hip hurting

22 for a recliner order #6023695458 which I ordered for my 95 year old mother who is in an assisted living home. 30 more. I called the number to confirm some delivery details since it is an assisted living home.

I conveyed some information to IVETH your out of the country contact regarding deliveries. The delivery was scheduled for between 12-2 pm. It was important for ME to be there for the delivery to see if my mother could utilize the chair.

I drove to the assisted living community and the chair had already been delivered and the driver gone. I helped my mother to get into the chair. She said it was too dangerous for her to use it. I called the driver and asked why he delivered it early and he said because two people cancelled.

The website is completely unusable. After browsing for a few seconds, it said my access was denied and I wasn't able to checkout. Horrid business strategy to kick people off your website after seconds of browsing. Bullet dodged, after reading reviews, I see their quality sucks.

When I placed the order, date shown wedding package arrival should have been TODAY, Friday 09/ 09, 2022. Just received notice the package was not delivered and unknown date of arrival. Wedding is Saturday, 09/10/22. Not good:(

Hi, I placed order# 60229924192 on April 1st.

1. Every 2 weeks, the expected date gets pushed out for the sofa(357525 Lf Hugger Sofa White) to be ready on the online status without any explanation or communication. This has happened multiple times since May end.

2. Your customer service has no information on why this is happening. They don't try to find out either.

My mother and I decided to go to Crate and Barrel yesterday.. I recently had my home renovated and want purchase new furniture. I perused the store with my mother for about 40 minutes looking at all areas from cookware to bedroom dressers.

While I’m the store not one single person asked me if I needed help… I walked near staff and they just completely ignored me… before leaving I went up to a staff worker and told her “my mother and I have been in this store for at least 30 minutes and not one single person has greeted us or asked if we needed help”. ” No apologies.

No genuine interest to actually help. I came in the store prepare to spend a couple thousand dollars on furniture but I refuse to be treated like I’m invisible or worse yet an inconvenience. I will never go back to that store…

I ordered 2 leather chairs a few weeks ago. I am hosting an event in my new home and am in need of more seating. I opted to pick the furniture up at the Tampa warehouse as that was going to be faster than having it delivered.

My husband and I took the day off of work and rented a truck but when we got to the warehouse there was only one chair. Although customer service was very nice the best they could do was to schedule a delivery a week from now.

This means I will be short a chair when I really need it this week. I am very disappointed right now.

I was charged more than it should and when I contacted them, the supervisor never said anything to apologize. The way she was talking to makes you feel that you are the one who made the mistakes. " the reply from the supervisor is "You are the one who requested the call back.

If the time dose not work for you, I can contact you later". Very terrible shopping experience. Cannot believe that is the customer service from CRATE and BARREL.

I placed an order for 3 items from wedding registry. One of the items was never delivered and I was not notified. If the recipient has not mentioned in conversation that they never received it I would have never know and would have been out of the money that I paid.

Upon calling customer service I was told that the item was lost due to holidays. The young lady offered me a replacement which is fine but not being contacted is unacceptable. Please do better.

I visited a Crate & Barrel store yesterday, 5/16, at 5901 E Galbraith Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236. I had an order started online, but decided to go into the store since I was in the area. A Kitchen Aid mixer bowl that was listed as having a sale price, was not showing that price in the store. I asked an associate about it and was treated with attitude. I asked to speak with the manager and was given equal attitude from that manager.

I had approximately $150 of items I wanted to purchase, but after being treated so unprofessionally, I left with no purchase and decided to spend my money elsewhere. It is not surprising that many are choosing to shop online if this is what people are dealing with.

This is my purchase Order Number: 60212520988 Order Date: Nov. 01, 2020. An order for 6 chairs. I've already been charged half the price of the entire order. The initial delivery date was Feb 2021. Every 2 weeks since then, Crate & Barrel sends me an email saying, "your delivery is delayed" with a new delivery date.

It began with Mid March going on to Late March, Early April, Late April and now it is Mid May. I spoke to a local manager and she had no way of finding any information and wanted to know if i wanted to cancel my order.

I've already passed up on many other dining chair opportunities, besides ya'll have held up half my budget funds. The least you can do is research the issue and get back to me with a real answer. "Rest assured, your order is on its way" doesn't cut it.

I always thought that is nothing wrong to ask questions if you don't understand or don't know about something. The store was almost empty. I saw only few people so I thought that will be no problem to give me correct answer and explain if is mistake on my receipt or not?

I purchased an 8x10 area rug order #60200283313, and paid for FedEx delivery. k. I happened to be home on the day of the delivery, no one rang my bell, the rug was simply left downstairs in the Lobby area.

I am lucky that our Porter happened to see it and brought it up my Fifth floor apartment and we do have an elevator. I tried Crate & Barrel’s customer service number to complain, but it’s impossible to get through and the “call back” that I eventually opted for did work either, no one called me back.

This is probably my last purchase from Crate&Barrel.

I went in to crate and barrel union sq. sf ca this afternoon fully intending to spend money on new flatware and plates, etc. No one greeted me at the door and no one inquired if I needed help on the second floor.

When a salesperson finally approached me I asked about my purchase being shipped as it would be heavy. " I wandered further in the store to look at the sale merch. Not one sales associate paid any attention to me.

You may have good products but you should hire someone like me to assess your staff on a random basis. -200. which may not seem like much but it's lot to many people. I would like to add this is not the first time I have encountered this behavior, in particular on the second floor.

I purchased Wyatt Grey 72" Media Console on August 7th along with another piece of furniture (Order 322999947). I was scheduled to pick up in warehouse when available.

I called a few times to check the status of the order and was told it was still unavailable.

On or about October 25th, I received an email that the item was available for pickup. I called in and basically asked for free delivery since it had been almost 3 months waiting for this item to arrive.

The CSR agreeded and told me she would waive the delivery fee. She gave me a delivery date of October 31st.

I took the day off, and around 9 am I didn't receive any confirmation of delivery, I called in and I was told there was a mistake, the item was never confirmed. The Escalation Agent basically told me it was my fault because…

My wife and I ordered this sofa from the Lenox Mall Atlanta, Crate & Barrel store and recently discovered that the order is going to be delivered late. I want to emphasize that we discovered the lateness when we called to check as we had not heard anything for over four weeks! We discovered through painful phone calls over three days that the store was notified within a week of the delay and did not notify us.

When we tried to discover the reason, we were palmed off with several "probable" reasons that all involved the manufacturer and the material we chose for this "semi-custom" sofa.
