I am not complaining directly about credit karma but your affiliate universal credit. I am happy they approved my loan what I’m not happy about is the false statements on how long it takes to get the funds. In the text message they sent for approval it states you will receive funds in 1 business day and it is repeated 3 times in the text message and I needed the money that soon but

I found out the hard way that it could take 3 to 4 business days and may take up to 2 weeks. If I knew it took that long I would have applied elsewhere I needed the money before Friday but I don’t have time or the credit rating now that I have hard inquiries on my credit report.

Needless to say I am not happy with your clients that you back up on Credit Karma.

Credit Karma has been suggesting credit cards and loan offers for years, but I never really looked into anything. I finally applied for a credit card that they had listed as me having a great chance of getting. I was declined so now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report.

I went off of their site so that I could write a review. When I tried to go back into my account I was locked out. I have been using the same username and password for years, but the the message said they didn't match. Hmmmm... strange huh?

They suggested opportun loans and they pre approved me and every time I call this company they say I have to wait 72 hours. My question to them was how many 72 hours do I have to wait? I'm on my 3rd and it been over a week and still nothing.

You need to stop recommending this company to your credit Karma customers they're horrible. I just wish I hadn't of applied with this company. It wasn't worth the points I'll lose on my credit report

Credit Karma locked my account for a bogus reason and are making me go through hell and high water just to access my own funds. They decided to lock my account after disputing my postal service job deposit and this is the 12th deposit I have received on that very same card. I've sent the information they asked for 2 or 3 times to verify my account and the deposit and my account is still locked and customer reps keep telling me that they are escalating my case to a higher dept.

I have tried to update my email address and password to no avail. I click on forgot my password and it brings up an old email address I haven't used in over 10 years. And we go back and forth, I've tried to update my name. Oops!

I might have an account on file. Are you doing this on purpose? Sorry customer service.

Your company is incompetent of handling accounts your company has held my money from me well over months they ignore my email they keep me in the dark about when I can have my money after the fact that they failed to protect my account twice and now I'm the one having to wait to get my money back even tho it's available in my account

My accoumt is frozen and has been for 2 weeks!! Pending a "review" all email respinses say "up to 10 business days" well its over 10 business days so, why is my account frozen. Customer swrvice and support is A JOKE and the most unhelpful useless department.

They keep walking my account because they say that the name on the account does not match a deposit. This is the third time they have locked my account and when I call the customer line it is a run around of epic proportions.

When you ask to speak to someone higher than anyone at the thing you might get a supervisor that has no more Authority or any way to tell you anything more then the customer service agent all they keep telling me is we have forwarded your information to the person who needs to see it and you'll be contacted when a decision has been made.

When me and my wife first started this account it was in both of our names the only names that have been deposited into this account is mine and my wife's name. We've had this account for a little over two years.

We don't know why…

I submitted a fraud case when my credit card was stolen and had a police report and everything they needed to fix my account. And credit karma did nothing about it they just let my money be stolen. Over 10,000 dollars all my tax refund.

after i changed my legal name over six months ago i have tried multiile times to update my personal information on the mobil app but it rejects it every time. i sent all my legal documents to credit karma corporate to proove my legal name change and they still have not updated my information and i cannot access my credit info

I have had my @creditkarma account locked since receiving my IRS refund check. I have emailed and called @creditkarma multiple times and I get no help. They say that the group that can help me is only available by email (how stupid is that) I have provided proof to them multiple times that this is my account and my payment.

No help what so ever. Do not bank with @creditkarma

I have continually requested for credit karma to delete all of my information and my account and they keep giving me the runaround this is the legal notice to do that I am legally notifying credit karma to delete my account immediately I have documentation through emails that I've been requesting for over a week now and all I keep getting is a run around they're a bunch of Jack offs I'm going to file a complaint with the federal regulatory board that oversees them as well

The complaint is I have been given over 25 different messages about delays lies different messages about the $150 promotion for switching my direct deposit by December 31st then it would be in my account by January 6th 2022 I want to know what the problem is and why now is there another countdown of 7 to 14 days we're going into February

00 deposited into my Credit Karma Spend account. 00. 00 on November 11, 2021 deposited into my spend account from the Credit Karma membership team. I spoke with one of their customer service reps on Sunday, 11/07/2021 who assured me that I would definitely receive the money on 11/11/2021 because he saw the written email that the membership team sent to me.

I made the phone call on Sunday because I wanted some confirmation that the money would be deposited into my account. On 11/11/2021, I was in a store and found myself embarrassed because when I tried to use my Credit Karma Visa Spend Card it showed there was no money in the account.

The company lied to me and I feel scammed by them. They lied about their promotion. Their word means nothing and customers should be treated better than…

I've never seen a company like this before my life they canceled my debit card because of a complaint that I had then they locked my whole entire account where I can access my money I can't link another bank to my account because my account is locked I've submitted ticket after ticket escalated after escalated and nobody will ever follow through all I keep getting told is that I have to just wait well I would like them to tell that to my bill collectors pitiful

I have two complaints as one I just opened the CK money spend account and because of thought fraud (which I know is not), they have froze my account and funds .. I reached out for help, but it has been 3 days and I have no money and no one is helping me .

I have a child to take care of and am a single mother , I need my money.. They tell you they will put your case at "high priority" and just contact you through email but now it is the weekend and nothing is happening, no returned email yet.

Also their customer service reps are all not very well speaking english so I asked for someone I could understand better and the service rep lady hung up on me !? Really horrible customer service credit karma !

Both my wife and I have an account that we cannot access due to old email addresses, they keep sending email telling us to log into account which we cant due to old email addresses and there is not other solution to login in. They do not have a customer service support number and is impossible to do online.

I'm literally just trying to update my phone number on credit karma so I can access my taxes. It has taken me about a week to get through to customer support. When I finally did reach someone they just gave me information I already had and wasted more of my time.

I have been trying to download my Pdf! I filed with this company 2/17/19 and 3/01/2019 they claim to still see an error for download or printing pdf. I have got in contact with the "help center", where I am constantly ask the same questions and sent the same link for download several times over the past mouth.

I have had several people including Detroit library try and help me download these files.

However, the file continuously says, "0 kgigabytes no file available". The IRS wants me to identify myself. to receive refund back and I won't be able to do that without this paperwork. Credit Karma although I filed with is company are not helping me what so ever.

We Reynaldo and Rosa Munoz submitted our 2018 taxes on 1-28 -19 we kept reaching out to them to see if the IRS had accepted our forms on feb 8th they told us that there was a problem with our AGI number which they handled for the past 3 years I did not even know where to look for it so I looked in the 2017 files line 37 and it was blank to make a long story short we fixed it and they gave us the thumbs up Now 17 days later we still do not know what is going on accepted not accepted by the IRS ?

and we get nothing back please try to contact them because my only other remedy would be a legal investigation

My social security number was stolen, tried to go on credit karma to look at my score, and see if i could find anything purchased. the person whom stole my information, had set up a page under my name and social, could not access my information due to this, i would like some one to give me a call at 901-326-7557, to get this handled. i am totally upset that your system can allow a thief to set up a page on my social. this is urgent i need this fixed as soon as possible. i will be waiting to speak to you since a phone number is not available...go figure.. maybe your company was where this theft occurred.

000 dollars -i could have done this for free myself and applied the money to my tax burden--payment was eight hundred a month-they tried to debit 1100. told them to stop, i wanted a refund over four months and had to call them and ask again --extremley poor service terrible company for u to recommend to your users considering company other than ck to use very un satisifed

on my credit report is a company named creditcorp....something about numerous agencies but no contact. it is a hard inquiry put on there by credit karma but no info and you will not take it off.not fair.so how do you dispute something with no info and put it on my hard inquiries.....something is not right there.t.

I keep trying to contact a live person at credit karma to resolve some billing issues, but there is no phone number anywhere to be found. Shouldn't companies be required to staff live people to answers phones, or is this another part of being a technology company.

Credit karma gives out my information to people that have no business asking about it. It happened numerous times. I want to know if my info is given out. I should be notified or asked if this is me asking for it, or if I want my info given out.

There is no way to stop these jerks from accessing my info. There is no way to remove or block access to my info. This is a potential for id theft and I just wanted potential consumers to understand what karma is all about it.

I have made a transaction selecting Credit Karma, but due to some technical issue it is reflecting credit card on their system. Regarding this, I raised a complaint request on 5th April and asking them to get this rectified by 10th of April as 10th April being my credit card bill generation date.

Waited till 8th April and not action was taken and even when i called to 8th April and spoke to supervisor they did not respond well and told that least they can do is they will forward it to their backend team but can not comment on the response. This is totally unacceptable.

Checked credit karma website today and I have Comcast on my credit report which does not belong there i have never had Comcast or bought any of their services it was in my fathers name they got it mixed up saying i owe them $163ish dollars from collections. This a very costly mistake and at the risk of my credit begin ruined they have the wrong person. Yes i did live with him at the same address we have the same names only difference is last name.

So the billing department obviously make a grave mistake and they didn't even care to even check our SS if they matched up. I just want this off my credit for good and they need to make amends to me and do what is right and just.
