This company says it does independent investigations regarding fraud or suspicious activity when prompted but i don't feel as though a company that does not call the account holder once can make that claim. The staff they employ cant speak english slowly or clearly. They rush to a unfavorable rendering of an investigation that falks shirt of compitant.

95 fee. It was told it would not be taken out of my bank I would not be charged for a new car today and had to send me another one and it investigation would be done. But since then they did take it out my bank and after half enough turn into the agencies and complain about them they finally stated yes it was unauthorized but all the crazy charges they added on to it they will not take off.

And every time I call to complain they send me another card and charge me $25 for each one. And then all of a sudden I want all sudden 103 Cash App charge on statement July 2nd 2023 and I said well where did that come from is it always found it.

My toe old at the time was 248 so why would credit One let me go $50 over my limit which is $300. This boat was charges lies misinformation and the last one…

Worst customer service experience! Three that's it, credit one bank customer service team need to be re-trained on customer service! Can't understand half of representatives! For years this company use to be good, but now it's a nightmare! Corporate please address this matter, asap!

Your customer service rep Peter I talk to today was very rude, he is not professional, I know I call and I was not very happy just trying to pay my bill but the way he talks me was very disrespectful, I am 60 years old I did not use any foul language he sure knows how to handle unhappy customers I hope you guys have a way to listen to our conversation I have never reported anybody and my life, terrible experience looking for results

They have suspended my credit card cause I have not been able to use it for the past 2 months. I have send all of the bank account verification information they have asked. When I send them what they asked they asked for another piece of verification at this point I have not been ale to use my card.

My name is Mark Nevels Jr. I've been a customer for Credit One bank for eight years. I'm currently in Dubai OUT OF THE COUNTRY on vacation and my Credit Card is not working BECAUSE CREDIT ONE BANK SHUT IT OFF.

On April 30, I told customer service that I will be in Dubai for seven days. There is more than enough money on the card. I'm devastated because the card worked the first two days and then Credit One Bank shut it off the last two days.

I repeatedly call customer service and they are telling me that I need to wait 48 hours to use the card. This is unacceptable. This card is the only card I have. I can not wait 48 hours. I have four more days of vacation left.

I called in about a card that I was offered. No where did it say there was a $95 yearly fee. When I received the card I called 2 weeks ago about the matter and was told as long as I don’t activate the card no fees will be charged.

I go in to my app today to find I have a minimum payment of $30 due may15th. I called again and they kept telling me I was closing an account.. I absolutely didn’t open the account so why would I be closing an account..

They processed a payment through my bank and did not enter correct amount of digits. They sent me notices of returned payment and I tried around the clock for 3 days to reach anyone but every line was a busy signal.

I figured out myself how to fix their mistake and meanwhile they closed my Acount I have paid on time for 3 years. This will hurt my credit I worked so hard to rebuild and they couldn’t fix the problem.

So back in December of 2022 I called them so they can issue me new cards as mine had expired already. Well all December came and went we are in January now so I called them and ask them what’s going on with the cards I was told they had a shortage on cards. I said ok.

So January, February, March and now we are in April of 2023 I called them and asked them hey what is going on with my cards they claim that they have been sent but I never ever received them. I just got this card out of the mail and try to activate this card. I've plenty of cards in the past as now. I never seen a card to where you have to send a copy of your id and utility bill.

The man who l spoke was extremely rude. I asked to speak to someone else and l was told to hold on. It took awhile to transfer the card so l hung up and the same person called me back l ask him directly to allow me talk to someone else.

Is this even a real company and why was l asked for documents. I got approved but this company isn't the credit card company that l even want to deal with

I was in the hospital in October my account was fraud. I was contacted by you all they close that card. I never received another card until December 28 2022 . Because the Card to so long coming they changed my date to pay.

Although you all gave until January 3rd I still got a call so I paid 250 because I didn’t get my grands nothing for Christmas. I do then I was told if I paid and extra 4 dollars I will get to use all of my credit is I used it I got 90 dollars off and went to dinner with my bill came it was declined. O. O.

Will not let me make a payment using another card. I currently do not have a bank account open due to fraudulent transactions. I absolutely cannot get any live person to help me with this issue therefore it will effect my credit and what I owe will continue to go up.

I recently had my bank ( checking and savings). So I closed them and am working to clear up these problems. I am late on a payment and have offered to pay with a different card which they refuse. Because it's not tied to a bank account.

They literally act like they do not hear me. Yet they literally call at least 15-20 times a day. That is harassment! And of course there is no one you can actually speak with concerning an issue of that nature.

I am at a complete loss as to what to do. I will never do business with them again .

I was approved on 1/14 didn't receive my card was told the actual approval date was 1/22 didn't receive the card. Called again was told shipping delays. Get an email it was shipped on 2/6 should've received by 2/17. Today is 2/21 no card again.

Spoke to 3 different people one of which a "supervisor". Can't track the card dont know where it is.... told to wait another "few days" terrible customer service, rude, they speak over you, and repeat the same script over and over without answering questions.

I'm in customer service management and if any of my employees or myself treated customers or clients this way we would be fired.

I wish I could screenshot my phone's call log and post it. 98% of my call log is JUST Credit One. This is every day, Mon-Sun. This is truly harassment at this point. I do not know what to do!

I called to cancel my credit card with Credit One has I was wishing to get out of debt. I spoke with a representative that told me if I stayed with them she would waive my annual fee. I had paid the card off so I did not have a balance.

Now I am receiving calls, emails and mail stating I owe almost $80 I’m annual fees. I would not recommend this company. I have tried emailing the customer service. address that was provide but keeps coming back not valid.

I'm am filing a complaint on Psy, Jordan, and their supervisor William. They all provided me with 3 different bits of information for the same topic. When I asked William to speak with someone higher up than him he blind transferred me.

Hoping this reaches the necessary individual so the proper corrections can be made. Terrible Terrible customer service. They rush you on the phone, don't take their time to explain things. I mean just horrible.

Worse company I ever tried to deal with. Cost me more in fees and never used the card. I called to inquire why there was an amount due on my card and found someone had made a purchase but was not me.

I stated I was disputing the charge and wanted the card closed and the negative remark placed against my credit report. They refused and continue to bill me for something I never made.

Every time I try to sign in, it sends me a verification code. When I put the code in, it does nothing. So I try again, then it says my account is suspended because it is the wrong code. Well you sent me the code so how is it wrong?

or it might say can't process requests now, try later. Is this a way to make peoples payment late so you can charge more? This has happened every time I try to sign in. This is crazy!! When I have called customer service, you can't even understand what they are saying.

And they say we can't do anything, just wait a day or two and see if it works later. What the heck is that??? Really? I plan on getting another card and getting rid of this one. Your online service is horrible.

I have been trying to unlock my credit One credit card for nearly 2 months now. My complaint is there customer service and support. I have tried to loginto my account for a month talked to them on the phone and tryed tech support and still they cant fix the issue. So one of there tech support called me back to try it again .

In the last six months I have received an offer (per-approved) for a Credit One American Express credit card. When I go to accept and fill in my information, I receive a message stating that my application can not be approved because my existing account was delinquent or had a returned check within the 60 days prior to my application.

First of all, I have not used my Credit One Card since March 2022. 00 on my April 2022 statement, which I paid in full by May 5, 2022. If you would take the time to check my account you would see I am right and it is Credit One that is in error.

I'm getting tired of having my credit score lowered and not receiving a card I should be getting.

I have had nothing but problems with this card since I got it. It all started because I tried to pay my PHONE BILL! I was told so many different things by customer service it is hard to keep up with it all.

When I started having problems I did everything that I was told to do by your untrained customer service agents. If they said not to use the card I didn't. When they said I could use it I would and still get declined.

I ran out of gas and had to sit on the side of the road with a 2-year-old all because I was told I could use it so I left and went to get gas. After getting there the card was declined again.

Then I stayed on hold waiting for 45 minutes for a supervisor that never got on the phone. My phone goes dead and I was stuck now with no phone. It is now 5 days later and I still…

and could not give me a supervisor, to help out... I payed off my accounts in February this years in full... after my account was payed off... no ur company throws me under the bus, over a small late fee.

I paid off my credit card in full on 3/19/22. I used a new bank account. They took the money out right away but put a hold on my card. After awhile I called, and they said they need my back statement with my name and account info and show they took out the $$.

I did that on 4/2/22. I had to call Again and ask why my card isn't working and they said I need to send the Same info and it'll be another 7-10 Business days. Now it's been well over a month and still not able to use my card.

My business truck has been in the shop Waiting to be paid for services and Credit One just keeps letting me down

I diligently check my account online every month, maintain a zero balance and pay my annual fee of $99 with no complaints. They have a terrible interest rate compared to other cc companies and charge all kind of bogus fees and then claim they never charged it.

I still paid and stayed in good standing. Today, when I went to check for this month, I could not login online and was directed to a customer service number, who told me my account from 2015 had been closed due to inactivity.

This is very upsetting to me; I opened this account in 2015 not because I needed a CC but to increase my credit score. I paid $200 to open this account, they are now claiming I did not, very untrue this is the only CC I ever had to pay to open and same with my spouse's cards, credit one is the only one…

I am very dissatisfied with this credit card company. They systems are not updated! I’ve been calling since Monday to get a balance status letter. It’s Thursday and yet I have not received anything! I’ve been hung up on, or representatives just stop talking and click on buttons.

Every time I call I get a different response. All just for a piece of paper!

I called to close my account for a card not activated. Lady could not comprehend I had cut up the card. I gave all my info. SSN, DOB, etc. Yet she continued to ask for card information. I simply want the account closed.

After all that she wanted to transfer me to someone else. I advised her to close account. A account never used. Im not sitting on the phone while someone outside the US can not handle a simple request.

I have never seen a company that you cannot make a payment to. I have had the worst time with be your company, and I'm tired of trying to make my payments. I have tryed to set up my online account so making my payments would be pretty simple, but every time I have tryed they kick me out, it tells me that My Information is wrong, when it's not.

I was checking online to make sure my payment was processed. To my surprise my payment was returned. Upon contacting Capital One to find out why my payment didn't go through I was informed it was because my account was closed.

I assured the woman i was speaking to that my checking account is very much intact and active. She asked me if the bank was BB&T and told her no that my account information I entered when setting up my ACH payment was with SunTrust bank.

She had my correct account number my correct routing number yet Capital One manages to somehow apply my payment to a bank account which I haven't had in some time. The routing number tells what bank its from and my account number tells them where to take the funds from.

I asked for Credit Line increase to $35K and received rejection because: "Credit limit increase is currently not availability because Capital One is evaluating account activity at assigned credit limits."

I have a credit limit with American Express & CITI of $35K, a yearly income of $190K, a credit score of 820, no mortgages/rent on two homes, a 360 Capital Money Market of $114,253.86 (and about to deposit additional $90k within 3 weeks).

I've made numerous calls and nobody can give me a definitive answer as to why my credit line increase was denied. Asked to talk to somebody in the back office (or a computed) that I cant talk to). Response was try again in the future and see what happens.

I spoke to a real person at American Express and received a $5K increase in 24 hours.
