I have been using Crest Whitening 3D toothpaste for years, the last few large tubes of paste that I have been using has been filled with more air than paste, very disappointing. Since this is the case I will have no alternative but to change toothpaste since a large tube would last for approximately 1 to 2 months; using/brushing my teeth 2x - 3x a day, very sad.

Your teeth whitening strips have changed. They used to be easy to keep on come but now fall off almost immediately.
I bought the white strips and the bottom fell off each time I tried to use it.
Also it didn't whiten the teeth. I've previously used it with good success. This time it never worked and I've used Crest products for years. I called and sent in pictures 5 times being sent from department to department with no success.

I had been going to Crest for several years now with my ESA. No one had ever told me I could not bring her in the store. Yet on March 22, 2023 I was stopped at the door and told I was not allowed to bring her in their store.
Then I was questioned as to why I needed an ESA. I told this man that Fedreal Law states they are not allowed to ask these kind of health questions of people. I was then told they did not want me to come in with my ESA! Rudely.
I asked if this was something new because I had been shopping here for years. I was told no it was not new. So I am asking why am I not allowed to bring my ESA into your store on Douglas street in Midwest City Oklahoma?

I purchased your Gum Detoxify toothpaste in a 4 pack from our local Sam's. On of the tube split open at the seam. I had to scoop out the toothpaste and put it in another container. I didn't know if anyone else had this happen.

I bought this toothpaste on 1/31/2023 and opened 2/1/2023 to use it. And after I used it once I noticed that it was open on the end. My husband and I both used it. I’ve been using Crest since I was a kid.

The vivid crest whitening strips didn’t work disappointed that I couldn’t get a different product that’s maybe better I wasn’t necessarily calling for a product refund and I made that clear to the rep but they didn’t care. You are out of your money and if you don’t use them from the time they come and see results immediately return immediately unfortunately I gave it time to work.

I purchased a family pack of Crest toothpaste and the toothpaste was very watery when I tried to use it. How would I get a replacement for the two tubes? I am a dedicated crest buyer; this is my first bad experience. Thank you
We have been using Crest toothpaste for a number of years. 8oz tube of Radiant Mint and it seems to have more air in it than toothpaste. So I think you need to check into this in your manufacturing process and see if there needs to be some adjustments in filling your toothpaste tubes.

Hello I bought your whitening strips, The level 8 ones at my local CVS. They just came apperantly and we're very far from the date I should not use them by. I was excited and ready to use them. My teeth starting we're not very yellow at all, a little bit but kind of white, not shiny though and not very white like other people I see.
When using them I saw NO difference what so ever. After using them for 10 days I did not see any difference and was using them exactly as the box said, I even watched youtube tutorials to see if I was doing something wrong.
The only thing I got were white splotches that barely have gone away after a week and no difference. I wasted 50 dollars, which I do not have because I am not rich I just wanted to whiten my teeth.
Is there anything you can do to help me…
I have an order from 13th July 22 to which I have had no product as yet. I have sent other emails to no avail. Not a very good service although I do keep getting emails telling me how to use the strips, which would be nice if I had them.
I buy your $ 50 plus #8 white strips .. I’m tired of always getting empty strips and the ones that don’t come off the plastic strips. It’s a lot of money for the product .. if I’m going to pay it ..

Hi … I only use crest toothpaste, but may now change due to my recent findings: each tube of paste I buy, there is a noted air pocket, the tubes are not filled as they were in the past. I found a shard of glass in my toothpaste. My daughter almost swallowed it. I was petrified. I'm so scared about what is going to happen the next time I brush my teeth. This is unacceptable. Attached is a picture of my young daughter holding the shard

I have used Crest all my life. I'll soon be 56. No complaints till now. I bought a tube of Crest cavity cool mint jell. It is bubble gum for kids that's in a big tube of toothpaste. My husband doesn't even like it.

I have been using your cinnamon toothpaste and after about a week and a half of my tongue hurting horribly i went to the doctor. I figured out the only thing different was using your toothpaste. I researched online about the toothpaste and there are alot of reviews complaining of the same pain.
I hope that there is something you can do for me to resolve this issue. I have spent money going to the doctor because of your toothpaste. I would be glad to show you the other reviews of the exact same symptoms that i have.

How bout a minus 25?? Crest with Baking Soda and Peroxide is beyond horrible. Though I am diligent about trying to wash off any remaining toothpaste from mouth and lips, I taste horrible peroxide and baking soda ALL DAY AND NIGHT.
It makes me feel as if I'm eating something poisonous. I would like my money back, but I do not have a receipt. I never dreamed a Crest toothpaste would be this awful!
I used the duo products twice a day until I had finished both tubes. Then I developed dry mouth, inside and out and its continued since March, 2019. My lips and skin around the outside of my mouth stay chapped and scaly night and day.
This has never happened until I used these products. I feel the ingredients in one of the other have caused this. I have seen a dermatologist for this problem and received medication but the problem persists.
I buy the 3D whitening all the time and love the product and have bought crest for years. 7 oz and at the same price. 7 oz now or change back? Thanks!
