Always none responds and products didn't works
My dlink failed after 4 years. I contacted dlink for help and they said they no longer support my webcam. This is way I give it 1 star. I hate companies that do not support their products.
Purchased camera 2132L and never worked from day one. Had to call in several times for some added link to get it to work. several calls later now that warrantee is up they want to charge me for call. what should have happened was I should have received a new camera but they kept band aiding me.
now they want to charge me when I call in Horrible product. go with Nest. for cameras.
Beware - buying D-Link products on eBay-USA, Canadian customers. I bought this new D-Link Komfy on eBay-USA in the end of September, 2016, found out few days later D-Link announcing the discontinuation of its Komfy Switch/Camera (201S) and support after December 30th, 2016.
Refunds will be available to customers who can show proof of purchase. I contacted D-Link both US customer support and Canadian customer support, according to the D-Link US customer support "eBay is not an authorized D-Link reseller" no refund for Canadian customer bought the Komfy from eBay. I will never buy D-Link product again.
Poor unresponsive support. 2 weeks in obtaining an RMA.
20+ minutes on hold after punching dozen buttons in during "recently has changed" menu. Followed by another 20 mins with a dull individual with thick accent.
Followed by half a dozen emails.
