Had a lunch for 15 year old Grandson. Party of 9.

First 3 items we tried to order were no longer available on the menu. Waitress never came back after taking order and just sort of "left". Other team members delivered food and 1 asked if we had problem and the sauces weren't right, the chicken was overcooked (fried) - we had tenders and voodoo pasta, buttered noodles for kids weren't edible - too starch, stuck together.

Wings go cold waiting on waitress to be told she was gone, no one knew where. Manager would not remedy anything. I cried when I got to the car because our party was so unhappy that I did not tip AT ALL.

Manager should have comped the wings since they had to be redone and sauce wasn't right. He/she (Manager) wouldn't even speak with me. Our waitress showed back up as we…

hey i came to dave and busters yesterday with my family and i’m just now looking at the receipt and it says i ordered 300 points worth of pistachios but one i didn’t even buy any pistachios and two they weren’t in my bag and the only thing ordered was 2 pink starburst lollipops (for 200 points) one mini gummy bear (for 100 points) a tripod camera stand (for 650 points) and

a mini burger candy (for 50 points) so i wrote this review because y’all took a extra 300 off my card and i would like them back please and thank you

My family visited D&B on Friday 7/14 at the location in Ontario CA. We accidentally left our credit card and was not able to come back yesterday to pick it up. We noticed our account was withdrawn $300 from D&B on 7/15.

We stopped by today to pick up our card and speak to someone. We were told the card wasn’t there. We didn’t drop our credit card it was given to the staff. Very unprofessional and disheartening. We work really hard for what we have and it’s very unfortunate.

The arcade experience was great. Me and my family enjoyed that experience of Dave and Busters. We was hungry so we went to the dining hall of Dave and Busters. We was told seating was self serve. Unfortunately we waited 40 minutes.

No sever greeted us or told us they will help us in a minute. So we decided to leave.

I went to Dave and busters with my family for my daughters 8th birthday in Bakersfield California because she had never been there and that was her birthday wish ! and we received the poorest costumer service we have ever experienced, so poor that the employees even forgot about our order !!

Not to mention the silverware was disgustingly dirty but the worst part about it all was that there was NO APOLOGY MADE TO MY FAMILY FROM MANAGER OR EMPLOYEES ! 00 just on food alone and had the worst experience at Dave and busters ever

I contacted guest service about the rewards program the lady didn't want to do her job and told me to contact my local manager at Dave and busters and when I did I followed the prompts to get sent back to guest service to where they hung up on me I tried to call back they hung up again I finally got my store manager on phone to where he can't help the issue can only be resolved with guest service.

No one is able to help with the rewards program so why have it I will be deleting and I will not give Dave and busters no more of my business.

I live in Oklahoma city and did an online order yesterday 3/29/2023 to be delivered to a friend whom is in El Paso Texas staying in a hotel for the last month due to her husband was in a semi accident and in critical condition on life support. She wanted a nice hot meal so we got online and picked dinner to be delivered to her hotel.

Under special instructions in capital letters I wrote to take to the front desk of the hotel with the name JUDY REED/SCOTT WHITMORE so that they could make sure she got the food. Well, they delivered it and put it in my name and walked off so the food sat there over an hour because they had no idea who I was.

My friend finally went down and seen my name and got the food but by then was ice cold, they didn't bring some of the food and the dessert wasn't there…

Instead of poor food service the correct description would be no food service. After waiting over 10 mins at a booth in the game room I approached the bartender inquiring how do I go about getting food service his reply was they just come around periodically.

I was so disappointed by the lack of service because my son and don't get to have a night out together this rare opportunity was spoiled. com

To whom this may concern: On 3/19/23 a group of friends went to visit the D&B in Woburn MA. I wanted to share the experience as it was terrible. (I am not trying to be one of those Karens though lol).

We had a group of 10, had to put the tables together, get our own silverware/plates, and after 27 minutes of no drinks - had to get them ourselves too. I understand the waiter is new, but it was bad.

We were denied a booth and with the tvs flashing above our friend who has autism was at risk with all the flashy lights so we had her turn her back. The new waiter forgot to put our french fries and churros in.

Staff gave us the fries for free. The nachos were forgotten for the sour cream too. Food was good, service was not. When approaching the bar everyone scattered away rather than went to…

My party of 5 visited your facility in New Orleans on Wed, March 8th after a Pelican basketball game. I ordered a 9 Oz glass of Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio. When I got my bill, I was charged $29 for the glass of wine.

I brought it to the waitress attention and she insisted the charge was correct. Not wanting to argue or make a scene, I reluctantly paid my ticket and left. I have a friend who is a Manager with Dave and Busters in Hawaii and sent her a copy of my receipt to see if the charge was legit.

She informed me that I was charged for a bottle of wine, that the B on the ticket stands for bottle and that whoever rang it up entered it incorrectly . I feel the waitress lied to me about the charge because she didn’t want to take the time to make the correction or she didn’t know how to.

We were told that we needed to have every person present to get a table for my reservation. (12) Not everyone was there and on their way. They canceled my reservation… so I sat in line and waited another hour.

I was told yet again I needed every person present and off the game floor in person at the hostess stand to seat us.

Finally when everyone came (playing games:late:etc) We literally got THROWN OUR MENUS and YELLED AT “we were done” by the hostess. (Nothing came of this so it must be a thing with her) She was SO RUDE SOOOOO RUDE and honestly we all spent so much money there… it was disappointing… No restaurant/gaming place ever I’ve ever been to needs all the heads there to be seated.

Last night I was at the Dave and Busters Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax Virginia. Service was terrible, It took me 20 minutes to be weighted on, Then I ordered it took 10 to 15 minutes for the flu another 20 minutes or to get my drinks.

My girlfriend decided that she wanted another Margarita So I told the person who was waiting Us To get an elegant Margarita and I would check out. I gave him my capital one credit card. He comes back later and tells me he can't scan my credit card and do I have an alternative source of payment.

I knew the car was good I said no. I said I tell you what you have a ATM here I can just draw the money off the garden you get a team in your hand. He said he didn't know of an ATM and that I should Google it.

We went in the store to play in the arcade they were short staffed which I understand that completely but to start off the money I deposited from my card never went thru onto the play card I asked them but being they were busy they told me to call the number on the machine and it wohkr have to be done that way my daughter didn't get to play but few games and

then we went to cash in tickets and stood there atlesst 15 min and nobody ever came to help us I could have walked out with anything I wanted honestly but I'm not that person so we finally just left and not one person did we pass to even ask about helping so needless to say my 40 dollars was wasted and

we still left with nothing any help would be greatly appreciated

Apparently Dave and busters on Hollywood store eight employee 997028 Diego decides to get upset and sling my food to me and throw the receipt at me because he didn’t get a $13 tip on a pick up order. It’s ridiculous how Dave and busters allow their employees to treat their customers.

They need to evaluate their employees more closely. That’s how you lose customers.

My name is Angelo Wages. I was trying to make a complaint about Dave and Buster and that was only for me to make one of the ex-employee that planned to fight on 10-02-2022 steal my phone so I don't have a phone.

50 a hour but it still doesn't chance the fact the busser boy and server can glab cash of the table but Dave and Buster's at White Marsh have their own inside owe rules the GM Manager and the other Manager let the server be in each other faces while customer looking for their server it not right that Manager let the server employee walk out the builded with $300 to $500 hundred dollar.

my service did not care at all she messed my order up several times not once did she apologize or did she take care of anything I had to call the manager to do her job it’s just really sad how you come to an establishment and servers don’t care about you but want you to pay them good tips just sad. NEVER GO TO DAVE AND BUSTER IN WAYNE NJ

Galleria Mall location. Took my family 6/22 for a special graduation gift. Food was non edible, 1 burger raw, 1 burger burnt, fish and chips was nothing but batter. Pop was either watered down or machine but working properly. The worst was food was served with flying insects on the food and plates.

This created a table surrounded with flying bugs!! Asked for a manager and he/she never even showed up to table after waiting 30 min. Paid the bill of almost $300 because waitress was kind and on verge of tears. She kept apologizing and I felt terrible for her.

I also did not want to make it worse for our family celebrating a special occasion. I want a full reimbursement for ruing my daughters celebration. I have photos and my receipt that I will gladly send.
