My family and I have been patients at Dental One for several years.
Today I had a 1:30 pm appointment and your company’s grace period policy (as I know it) was NOT honored!
The day before my appointment at 1:05 pm I responded to an automated text to confirm my appointment.
On the day of my appointment at 1:18 pm I received a missed phone call followed by a voicemail asking if I would still be at my appointment.
At 1:26 pm, I responded and called the dental office back to let them know that I was on my way, but no one answered and I was sent directly to an automated message.
At 1:38 pm, I arrived at my appointment to several cars in the parking lot, and a LOCKED office building door.
There was no one at the counter and No one responded to me ringing the door bell.
