The implant that your Dr. Sweeting (now retired) installed in 2017 fell out on Sunday. 2 Dental One dentists and 1 non Dental One dentist said that apparently the material from the lab was defective, but have not offered to make the repair.

I am very upset because Renee at Dental one Oxon Hill failed to turn my claims properly and is trying to do insurance fraud. It has been over 6 months now since i asked her to fix it and she failed to turn my claim to my old insurance Aetna.

She improperly billed my new insurance Delta for services when I didn't have Delta USA insurance. And when I tried to explain to her she is insisting that I had delta in October 2022 but infact i didnt get them until January 1st, 2023 which is when my new dental insurance becme effective.

She lied to me and stated that delta insurance denied my claim because my braces are pre existing and delta insurance told me that it will be covered had she put in the correct date of January the 1st which is when my job switched insurance. She put October 2022…

My family and I have been patients at Dental One for several years.

Today I had a 1:30 pm appointment and your company’s grace period policy (as I know it) was NOT honored!

The day before my appointment at 1:05 pm I responded to an automated text to confirm my appointment.

On the day of my appointment at 1:18 pm I received a missed phone call followed by a voicemail asking if I would still be at my appointment.

At 1:26 pm, I responded and called the dental office back to let them know that I was on my way, but no one answered and I was sent directly to an automated message.

At 1:38 pm, I arrived at my appointment to several cars in the parking lot, and a LOCKED office building door.

There was no one at the counter and No one responded to me ringing the door bell.

I've made numerous calls requesting Dominique to return my call pertaining to a bill received and also a Final Bill received with a threat for the account to go to collections. I was told by Raquel on Thursday, July 20, 2023 that Dominique had someone in her office and that she would call me back. To date, 7/27/23, no call has ever been received from her. I had a complete text thread from yesterday stating she is out until August 1, 2023. I asked to speak to her superior, I was told there was no one in the office.

If you want the text thread, let me know. I can certainly provide it. I've been going to this dental office since before 1987 and there is a problem when it comes to getting in touch with Dominique to question bills received. My secondary insurance (CareFirst) has not received…

I have never EVER such horrible and consistently unprofessional service as I have over the past few months with the Stockbridge. The front office staff and the the so called supervisor is a complete disgrace to your organization. O has gone and paid out of pocket in pain as a result of such poor service.

From cancellation of appointments without communication to rude communication, hanging up abruptly!!! Jennifer Malin and Logan are the absolute best and are excellent representations of helpful and caring employees! The from office is from HELL!

I went to Dental One Associates Beltway, last year, gave them my insurance card in which they made a copy. All of a sudden this year Alexis who just became the office manager told me I owe the $600 the insurance is supposed to pay.

I was informed at the time there’re office did accept my insurance. If Alexis is the office manager do not go to Dental One Associates Beltway. I just found out today she canceled my perio appointment without telling me. The office management is very unstable, very fast turnover because employees leave.

I had my dentures done here and the bottoms were too big! I have gone back several times to just be disappointed and told different stories. It is very disheartening as the Dr Falaiye tells me one thing and Tiffanie who wouldn’t give last name tells me another!

I paid $4000 with insurance for top and bottom dentures where the bottom never fit not my fault but they say I need to pay for another bottom. The dental assistants and front office very apologetic and see my bottom is a hot mess but I am told by my dentist they’re beautiful.

This process is emotional enough without me getting product I paid for. This is the first of many complaints on all platforms BBB, Board of Dentistry, my Lawyer and who ever else I think of. This is unacceptable.

After scheduling an appointment, being notified via text message. I arrive for appointment and am told the doctor(Blissett) left 5 minutes before I arrived. Would not allow me to see another doctor. Dentures broke for the 3 time, I'm left with no upper dentures.

had my teeth pulled in december of 2019 with the promise of hybrid implants in a few months after my mouth healed from the implants. 2 years later and i am still toothless. in those two years i had tons of appointments canceled by their office, went months without being seen, told they don’t have the parts to finish my teeth, when i got the (finished product) they had to be cut out of my mouth cause the dentist got them basically glued in, so

now they are broken and do t work and still do t have all the parts. i had a appointment today that they changed the time on and then never saw me after an hour wait. all the lady at the desk could say was sorry i forgot you were waiting.

I have bin a patient for over 20 years until now. When I get my teeth cleaned , I get a deep cleaning witch runs me 30 dollars because my insurance doesn't cover it so I pay when I'm there allways.

I received a bill for 20 dollars a month later so I called to see what's going on. Come to find out they took x- rays when they wert suppose to. My insurance only covers them once per year. 5% charge and collection fees This is all over 20 DOLLARS.

customers that way, I'd be out of business witch is the way your heading. But don't worry, the check is in the mail and I won't be needing your services any longer

The dentist themselves are great. The billing is a nightmare. I have overpaid on EVERY claim they have made me prepay for and when I call to speak to someone about getting the difference back they say they will look into it and call me and no one EVER done.

This has been going on for 6 months and I am owed over 1,000 dollars which is sitting on my credit card because they charged so much for my dental procedures even though I have great insurance.

Experiencing ongoing dissatisfaction and ongoing issues for several years due to a bad bridge, TMJ, and other problems my office won't address, I was finally told by a general dentist that treatment is beyond his scope of experience. He gave me a letter and names of a prosthodontist and a TMJ dentist who should be able to help me.

Does Dental One not have prosthodontist and/or TMJ dentists? Why am I being referred to people outside of the practice where I would have to pay big bucks out of pocket?

My last appointment was scheduled for February 8th at 11:00 am. I waited 45 minutes to be told that the technician was running behind schedule and there was 3 people ahead of me. So, I opted to reschedule, only to find out later that they MOVED and no one mentioned that to me at that time. But my concern is, the last 2 visit, I complained about sensitivity to both hot and cold on my teeth on the top right side and was told that I was "brushing too hard" and to use sensitive toothpaste.

The new location where the office moved to was not convenient to me so I found another dental office and on my initial visit the Xrays showed that a had a large cavity exactly where I had informed DentalOne about my concerns. I have a value replacement and usually I would take antibiotics before and after work being done in my mouth. Dr. Stephen Gant, in Oxon Hill Md, told his assistant to go ahead and clean my teeth without my antibiotics being taken. Last week he states to me that you don't need your antibiotics because, she's not going into your mouth with a scale. I was surprised at him I have never received cleaning or anything else with out antibiotics. The assistant came to me and stated I can't do the cleaning because, I can get my license taken if I clean your teeth.

This twice before going to Dental One Associates of Manassas If I could write this as a negative stars, I would. Generally I don't take the time to write negative reviews, but with this dental office, I wanted to warn everyone. DO NOT GO HERE. I have been going to this location for 15 + years and they have been great. However, this round of employee/management switch has been horrible.
