Let me warn you about Discover Bank. They will do things ‘their’ way and if you have any suggestions or requests, do not be surprised that it will be left on deaf ears. I have been trying for the past 6 or 7 years to get them to be paperless and they have gotten back to me that they will continue to destroy our planet and there is nothing we can do about it.
Okay, maybe I am exaggerating, but the sentiment is the same. I have been asking that they not send mail but rather use their secure message center. They insist that they will continue to use mail since that will comply with *their* business practices.
They will email when statements are due but that is the only thing that is paperless. We need to get all banks and credit unions to become totally paperless – for those of us who…
