I am leaving or trying to sail out of port canaveral as we speak. The disney cruise line has evidently decided they want to try a brand new system today to check people in. Yes to check 5,000+ people onto a Disney cruise where most of the passengers are kids.

We paid to be on the ship by 2:00 and eat lunch and get our vacation started and we’ve been sitting in the terminal for over 3 hours with 3 kids who are now ill and need naps because this process has been horrible. this is our first time on a disney cruise and so far i’m not impressed.

this is only a cruise today-sunday and we get off monday morning so they’ve wasted a half day for us. disney cruise line do better.

August 2022 my husband and I arrived at port on time and were called up to the next holding area with all boarding documents in hand and we were told to stay in this overflowing room. My husband is in need of a wheelchair for his disability but none were available so we were told a porter would take down the road across the street which he did and put us in a screened room for a Corvid test.

We had all documents in order but the volunteer still took nasal samples with out changing her gloves and did the same gloves with other cruisers and sat us down on folding chairs next to each other maskless. Nearly 30 minutes later we were told we have no covid issues and pay $400 Canadian to the cashier.

Oh I am a 70 year old woman with heart problems and Knee problems. This is my first cruise ever and I just want to say I think you need to cater to the elderly. I have a tough time walking although I tried they did get me a wheelchair at customer service, but Pushing it on the carpet is very hard it causes friction and

the sides of the wheelchair where the metal is gets hot and it burned the sides of my butt.

Finally we took the wheelchair back and I stayed in my cabin for the rest of the trip I did not have anything available to get off at your island so I stayed on the ship , I did not get to see the whole shift and I was disappointed in that ice seal that you have enough information that when we register for our trip, you should inform us whether or not you have mobility scooters or…

The dinner service is not very good. Me and my wife have been on several cruises before and Disney Dinner service is by far the worst. There is no sense of urgency. No attention to detail. A total lack of attention as far as how long tables go without attention. The crew is overwhelmed.

Get more staff, or staff that can handle more tables I'm not sure which.

Overall you are in last place for ALL cruise dinner services.

My husband and I purchased three sets of hardcopy portraits through the cruise line in November 2021. We received one set, but not the other two. We have called the cruise line directly, and they said they would send us a layout of our expenses so we could verify. We haven't received it.

Service was great just think it’s crazy that photos are only available for purchase while onboard the ship. The reason why we traveled DCL was because it catered to families with children. And as a family with a toddler and a baby it’s easier to do things in the app and online.

Tried to purchase the photos once we got home to later find out that they’re no longer for sell after your sailing. Way to ruin our first DCL experience.

Was put on hold for an 1 1/2 just to be told that there computers went down 15 minutes before the pick up my call. Sad that Disney is raising prices & there service sucks. Should of been a wsythey could of let me know when they went down.

Booking #29581407 to whom it may concern

I called today at lunchtime and waited for over 2 hours for someone to answer. I spoke to someone about my booking as to COVID rules. This booking I had for 2021 and had to cancel and re book for 8/1/22. I was asking about my 2 grandchildren who have been looking forward to this for 2 years. They are 7 and 9 and live in England,, I was told by your agent that there is no way they can go on the cruise because they have not been fully vaccinated. English children were only told this week that they can now be vaccinated and even if they had it done tomorrow they would not have 12 weeks for 2nd dose. Attn: Guest Communications Disney Cruise Line: I recently went on a seven day Disney cruise with my family and grand children from 01/13 to 01/19/20 and my reservation number was 28770263. The last two days of the cruise the weather was extremely bad which caused the ship not to port in Jamaica which was on my son Marcus Delgado 29th birthday.

I understand that the cruise ship has no control over the weather yet it was very disappointing not to port in Jamaica. I was also charged for the port fee for Jamaica. My daughter Katrina and I also went in half and purchased a massage for my son Marcus birthday and the spa charged my son instead of my daughter.

Basically I drove around for 2:00 looking for parking because all the lots were full. None of the signs even redirected us and we went around all of down town Disney and harbor looking for parking. I wasted my day off of work, my gas and my time to come to Disneyland and I got nothing in return.

This was horrible the absolute worst experience I've ever had and I'm even to the point where I want to cancel my annual pass.

Our Disney cruise was on 7- 29-8-3 on our first day on board no one told us to keep the lights on in the room you had to leave the key inside the switch. When my wife went inside the room she put the key inside the light switch and took it out, the lights came on then as she was going to the bathroom the lights went out and she tripped and fell into the bathroom and hurt her leg and hip. She was stuck in our room the whole time when she did go off the ship she was in so much pain she could barely walk.

To make it worse when she finely did go to the ships doctor they charged her 160.00 to be seen. Now she is still in pain and if that wasn't bad when I went off the ship at Disney island I got bit by something in the water and my foot got infected and when I saw the ships doctor I was…

My trip with family on Disney Cruises is something I would keep as a memory of a lifetime. My kids enjoyed the entire time. Since it was the smaller ship, the island was not crowded at all. Food was fabulous.

The rooms were clean and neat. Room service was on time everyday for the cleaning and if anyone needed anything. Beds have been raised to accommodate empty luggage. Lots of storage and closet space. The room stewards was really pleasant and kind.

I loved the overall trip. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
