As a new Disneyland annual pass holder, I was expecting to get a collectible key magnet with my purchase. It is listed under perks as pictured. I purchased a pass the day it launched for new buyers in November and never received it.
Friends who purchased it later in the year did receive it. I sent out emails without a response and contacted customer service via phone. After a long hold, they explained my email preference over mail settings may have caused the issue.
Their only resolution was that I will maybe get a magnet when I renew a pass. Telling someone they need to spend another $1,099 to maybe get something I am supposed to get with the pass doesn't seem like a great answer.
