As a new Disneyland annual pass holder, I was expecting to get a collectible key magnet with my purchase. It is listed under perks as pictured. I purchased a pass the day it launched for new buyers in November and never received it.

Friends who purchased it later in the year did receive it. I sent out emails without a response and contacted customer service via phone. After a long hold, they explained my email preference over mail settings may have caused the issue.

Their only resolution was that I will maybe get a magnet when I renew a pass. Telling someone they need to spend another $1,099 to maybe get something I am supposed to get with the pass doesn't seem like a great answer.

I mentioned this and asked if I could talk to someone with a clear answer or if they could get some…

I purchased tickets for me and my sister for April 21, 2023. I forgot I had purchased my sister's ticket and accidentally purchased another ticket for her for April 21. I called Disneyland's customer support and told them I accidentally purchased two tickets for my sister and needed to cancel one.

The rep told me the tickets were not refundable. She was able to see that two tickets were bought for the same person for April 21. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she transferred me to Jaquelin who also told me the tickets were not refundable even thought she could see two tickets were purchased for the same person on the same day.

My sister does not live in California and will not be able to use the ticket. I have lived in California 37 years and have gone to Disneyland almost every year…

28-30. We have 2 rooms booked. My issue is that one of the family members is unable to travel with us now as he is having neck and spine surgery. I have inquired about how I can go about getting my money back for the ticket of the family member who is unable to go.

I would be happy to have it applied to my hotel bill or even my dinner reservation. I was told I can't do that. We will probably never get back to California. I know that Disney World would reimburse me for the tickets.

If you want to put LGBTQ stuff into your movies, parks, or cruises, decency requires that you warn the customer upfront. You need to stop sneaking this content into our children's viewing.

Also, you need to stop destroying parental rights by opposing laws you disagree with. You should be supporting the parent's right to choose.

Walt worked very hard to create Disney as a family-friendly company. It can be destroyed very quickly and the world will lose something very special.

I raised my daughter with Disney movies, parks, memorabilia, and Cruises. I will not continue to support Disney if you continue to pursue this woke philosophy.

I went to Disney on Ice Saturday night In Charlotte, NC and thoroughly enjoyed the show.

However, bringing my Dad (90 , and in Wheelchair) and my Mom (89) was a lot to handle. When I contacted Ticketmaster for tickets, they informed me that there were no more handicap seats left and no isle seats on the floor.

We were given regular seats on the second tier up above. When we arrived, the person helping to seat us was appalled to learn what we were told due to the enormous availability that was there. They took us over one isle and removed a seat for the wheelchair.

I glanced over the arena to find plenty of seats on the floor level, including handicap, that we would have purchased had the choice been given to us by Ticketmaster. My concern for your company is that you are loosing revenue…

I am writing this letter in reference to a negative experience that I had at the Disneyland Resort in Hong Kong on 24 Aug 2021.

First of all, I tried my best to take part in all the Disneyland's activities because I love Disney very much. Although I don't have enough money to go to Disney Resort in US, I will go to HK Disneyland around 2-3 times a week and Tokyo Disneyland around 1-2 time per year.

I received the message for HK Disneyland that is thanks for my support so long time and I can get the special souvenir (Q bus) for celebration of 15th anniversary. I had joined the membership more than 10 years, so that I am really glad and surprise for this message.

Attractions that were constantly breaking down increasing wait times to almost two hours. we arrived at Hollywood Studios to check in on line for the new star wars ride. we were number 77 for seven people in our party. The ride broke down so many times during the day it was shut down at number 68.

The logical thing would be to assign number 69 and the remaining guests for the next day. We were told to come back the next day and try our luck to get on the ride then. You must be having labor relations problems because I have never in all the times I have been to Disney Florida encountered so many rude employees.

What has happened to the happiest place on earth. I understand the Restaurant's in Disney are outside vendors but adding 18% gratuity automatically to the bill on the dining plan…

Disney Plus charged me for a 1 year subscription that I signed up for. One week later I found out that the services could not be streamed on any of my TV's. I canceled as directed on the app and website.

Unfortunately, they went ahead and billed me for the entire year and have yet to refund my money. They have no avenues to contact customer service for Disney Plus. I have had it with Disney! This is the third issue that I have had with them.

They are NOT the happiest place on Earth. Very frustrated. If I could rate them at ZERO (0) stars I would.

I attempted to sign up for my free year of Disney plus service on November 13. I was on the phone with Verizon for 2 hours attempting to register my account. After 2 hours Verizon said the app was Disney's and I need to call them to corrected the glitch that wasn't allowing me to get the Verizon offer.

So, I called Disney but they where overwhelmed with calls for all the problems caused during the roll out. The recording said that there was a greater wait time of an hour. i was offered the opportunity to be placed on a call back list and I wouldn't lose my spot.

For the duration of my trial period, I experienced no issues using Disney+ on my Android phone. The day after my trial expired and I was charged, no playback was possible on phone. I reinstalled the app multiple times, it did not fix the issue.

After searching for similar issues online, I found out that hundreds of thousands people have the same issue and most of them are T-Mobile customers. Turns out Disney+ is blocking T-Mobile IPs, a rival to their best friend Verison. I tried to contact Disney with no luck.

The Live Chat is a cute animation with "Routing you to a live agent" that I watched for days (8+ hours daily) without a live agent ever showing up. I tried to call and was on hold for over an hour without a live person connecting.

My first encounter with the hotel started upon our arrival September 20th, 2019 unlike WDW we were NOT greeted or welcomed by anyone, in fact just the opposite no one smiled, no one said hello and no one seemed like it was "the happiest place on earth". on the 3rd day of our stay I fell over faulty carpet in the lobby of the hotel NO ONE came to my aid, no one seemed to care.

My husband took pictures of the faulty carpet and the impression left by my body on the ground. We asked to see a manager and was handed a guest claims card who finally called on the day of our departure September 28th.

When shopping at Disney store you don't have bags. You can bring the bags or buy one the Disney bags. This is a rip-off, bags should be free like in is in any retail store and it use to be at the Disney stores.

Good Afternoon,

Every year I visit my local arena to enjoy Disney on Ice for my family. This year I was very upset about the numbers of times the members fell during their performance. I also was hit in the head by one of the workers who sell the cotton candy. He did apologize but it was the fact that he couldn't see where he was going and who he hit. I am a single mother who paid for close seats so it could be a great show. I just wasn't very happy I paid for close seats and the girls kept messing up. if there is any compensation you can do to help I would really appreciate that. I purchased the Incredibles 2 Hydrofoil playset boat for my grandson this Christmas. The water slide that is suppose to fold out of the boat is missing. This is mainly the reason he wanted this toy. I went thru Walmart to order it.

I was starting to watch the Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration. And I was very disappointed in what I saw as I felt that it was very disrespectful towards our children as the children performing in the show was in a displeasing matter to the point that I turned it especially when Gwen Stefani performed have naked.

Had Halloween tickets for 8 people which we paid for for October 12,2018. We traveled from Nevada to California on Friday to be there at least by 3:00pm. Disneyland started letting people in at 3:30pm. Started California adventure which we never have been to and it was also our granddaughters first time being there.

Went over to the Disneyland park afterwards and started getting passes we used the wheel chair exits the only good thing about the whole trip. It started pouring we probably went on about 5 rides. At 9:40 decided to leave since all the rides were closing especially small world and all the little kid rides.

Get to the front to take the bus the wait was unbelieveable and the trams were down. We had to walk 2 miles to our parking with my husband in a wheel chair in the pouring…

Went to golf the palms course this morning 7:10 am. Was told nothing about where to go to tee off where the range was.

Finally got to hole 1 with our range ball s and was told we had 3 minutes until we tees off. They explained about the red yellow green system for pace of play. Played the first 12 holes in good time.

Got to hole 13 and realized they had let an entire outing off in front of us. Called clubhouse twice said someone would call and they didn’t. Talked to Ernie in the clubhouse when round was over and told I wanted my money back.

He fast talked me and gave me Bruce Gerlanders card told me he would call me in under an hour it has been 2. Not the way I want to spend my vacation!!!!

Went to Goofy's kitchen for a party of 7, over $300.00 spent, had our parking ticket validated. went to leave and had to pay $36.00. The attendant told us that Disney walk is not affiliated with the disney hotel. How can it have the same name of Disney. Asked to speak with a supervisor and basically was laughed at. Been a Anaheim resident since 1971 and never has this happened. If they do not have any signs posted, why would they not accept a validated ticket from any part of Disney, does not make any sense and no help from the attendants at all.

On July 1st 2018, my grand daughters were visiting your Magic Kingdom resort. 30 to 630 pm my grand daughters Seana Creasey and Emily Smith got onto the ride Splash mountain. They stepped into the first car in the first row they just sat down the ride took off.

Your ride attendant did not check to see if they were in the car and that the bar was down. From failure to check the bar to see if it was down and they were in safely, caused my grand daughters to ride the ride with a broken bar, they were very frighten and afraid for their lives.

I keep getting mail here at my address for a Shekiela Willson. I send it back to return to sender. I don't know anyone by this name and I don't want any mail coming here from disney ever. I believe this is fraud and she is using this address for her benefit.

I have just returned home from a Disney World vacation. We have looked forward to this vacation for nearly a year. The vacation was for my grand daughter's second birthday. My children and i have visited several times before. I first visited Disney World in the summer of 1972 as a nine year old child.

Well, when I was at Disneyland (Anaheim), I purchased a BB-8 (Stars Wars robot) RC toy from the Star Wars store. Shortly after I started to use it one of the two wheels that make it roll and turn, e.t.c., froze up - it now only goes in circles, as does the robot's head. Normally, when purchasing an item from a store near where one lives, you can exercise their return policy when there are any problems with the item/product, however, in this case, being in Sacramento area, not so much an option!

Just wondering if there is something that could be done?

I understand that the Disney Corporation owns a majority share of ESPN and I am totally fed up and disgusted with the liberal bias shown by them. However, this is being written due to the RACIST comments tweeted out by ESPN personality Jemele Hill and to insist that she be immediately fired. I remember when former Chicago Bears Coach, Mike Ditka was fired by ESPN for his comment that only idiots would want the Washington Redskins to change their name. or atleast it was! As it turns out, my 14 year old son, Ethan Mayouhas, got stung by a bee on his finger once we entered the park. I accompanied my son to the medical services area and was helped by a very pleasent nurse.

I'm sorry but I can not remember her name. Although, she did write down all of our information. She must have filed it somewhere. She said the bite looked fine, cleaned and medicated the finger, and we were on our way.

As the day progressed, the swelling intesified. My son got scared, so my husband took him back to the medical services area (really just to calm his fears and anxiety). At this point, another nurse, whose name we think is Tom (but not sure) proceeded to tell my son that the swelling looked like he had Compartment Disease.

Whilst on holiday in New York I brought loads of Disney merchandise from the Times Square branch. I have 4 grandchildren and spent a lot of money in this store. Apart from toys etc I did purchase 4 Disney towels.

One with a mermaid on, one with princesses on, a cars one and an Incredible Hulk one. My grandchildren were overjoyed with these and took them on holiday with us to Majorca. My eldest grandchild 'Oliver' had the Incredible Hulk one which he loves but I've noticed that in several places it has started to fray which is so unusual.

He has Disney towels that are nearly as old as him(10 years) and they are fine and in very good condition.

RE: Disney frozen elsa my size doll 36" -3 feet tall. My four year old granddaughter is a Frozen fan, has all the character dolls, plays Frozen movie, dances to Frozen, had Frozen birthday party etc. She is an only child and an old friend of mine, recently deceased, purchased Kelsea (my granddaughter) a 3 foot Elsa doll for Christmas 2015. She talks to the doll, tells her stories, reads to her, eats dinner with her, shares secrets with her, etc. She even takes her with her in another car seat in her moms car when she goes anywhere.

I wanted to give feedback on the movie Zootopia. My husband and I took our six year old daughter to see the movie and we left feeling very upset. Our daughter cried multiple times throughout the movie because of how scary some of the scenes were.

There were times I even jumped in my seat. I feel like the direction some of the movies are going is too violent. Zootopia also talked about death a little too much as well. When I take my daughter to see a Disney animated movie, I expect it to be tasteful and enjoyable.

My daughter was extremely scared upon leaving the theatre. While there were enjoyable parts to the movie and it had a happy ending, this movie was completely inappropriate for a child.

My 6 year old daughter got a booklet from school today as it is world book day 3/3/16 and in 1 of the songs featuring mickey mouse clubhouse we came across a swear word. I find this really offensive seen as it is a childs tv program and also the word is holy cow.

I know cow may not seem something to complain about but when your child is learning new songs and starts to sing your hot dog song and comes across this word she is obviously going to get wrong off. A parent like myself or her teacher from school so lease could you re word it differently as a lot of parents like myself may not want their 6 year old or maybe even younger children learning words like this.
