I purchased a 2014 ford Taurus march 18. On March 21st I took it to pep boys to get diagnosed it was then recommended to transmission shop I took it there the same day my payment was due April 4th I paid that.

As of today april 10 I still don’t have this vehicle it is still in the shop. I have spent over $1500 since then just on rentals and the shop has not started any repairs stating they are waiting on silver rock and drive time.

Within the next day I will have to spend more money on a rental out of pocket and my payment is due in three weeks again and I still have not driven this car but two days.. I believe drive time knew there was a transmission problem with this vehicle and sold it anyway.

I am out of pocket so much money and have seen no since of urgency to fix the situation.. I…

I was pre-approved to come in,and bring a pay stub. Person I worked with couldn't dind my payout on the trade in,even with the actual account number to gain exactly that information. Then,he tells me today that my pay stub is not good enough to verify income.

It's good enough for the IRS ro verify income,so why exactly is it not good enough for DriveTime? Wasted 3 days. Will never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

your racist, you really have a commercial with that white lady refusing to acknowledge a black man explaining “and your monthly payment” to the point she said “that’s a lot..” to then having the SAME white lady acknowledging the monthly payment while our boy stood still and quiet?! absolutely not.

My daughter bought an car three months ago and is been in the shop since the first week she bought it , now we have been renting a car for her and her children the problem is that she has no money , and no one is understanding that she has no money to keep waiting for the car to get fixed we contacted drive time in Ga.

and they take no responsibility that they sold her a car that shouldn't have never been sold with all the issues the car has had Insurance company provided by Drive Time is telling us that there is no guarantee that we will even get her money back for the rental I am disgusted by the way they have treated a single mother with no means and all her saving to purchase this car . condition .

On 04/12/2022 I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from the Mobile AL, location. The information and guarantee I was given by the sales team and manager was completely inaccurate and after finalizing my purchase and being home with the car for less than 24 hours I felt completely scammed.

To start the paint on the drivers side door of the car began peeling after a botched patch up job that had been done to fix bubbling paint and chips. I contacted the dealership same day and informed them of the issue and asked what could be done and was given zero help.

Drivetime on Midlothian Turnpike in Virginia sold me a lemon and refused to take it back also overcharged me a lot of money. Every time I tried to return it they refused to deal with me personally. I have filled a complaint against them with the BBB I have called Customer Relations I want them to take this piece of junk (Needs a transmission) got the car on October 8th went to return it on the 17th they refused to take.

I took the car to have it checked out and found out it needs a transmission when I went to take to them on the 17th it was running funny then

I called about my car having electrical issues and because it was the 6th day they didnt really care about the issue. I have coverage to fix the vehicle but this was a huge inconvenience to have to put my car in a shop in less than a week. Management didnt want to hear anything I had to say and hung up on me for asking for solomans supervisors info.

I wish I would have known not to purchase a car from DriveTime I purchased a 2016 Chevy Equinox transmission has been slipping from day one I have evidence I had to take the car to the shop on a number of occasions this card is not pick up any kind of speed when entering on the freeway very unfair the car will not stay in the lane it wants to drive to the left when I am trying to keep it to the right it feels like the car has been hit for instance maybe a salvage title the car is very heavy the car is bouncing like the Springs are the shocks are no good I have only have the car since March here it is December I have to get oil change every single month the red the Rev of the car is very harsh very rough it's a horrible car I tried to return the car shortly after purchasing it they would…

I having been working for several weeks on the purchase of a car from Drivetime on Beechmont Ave in Cincinnati, OH. I have been working with Andrew and Nick. I have jumped through every hoop that was requested of me.

I most recently provided an approval from the bankruptcy trustee in Colorado to make this specific purchase and provided it to Andrew on Monday, June 10th. I was told that as soon as this court document had been verified (Colorado does not file this document on Pacer), I could come in and pay my down payment and sign the loan documents.

It is now Thursday, and even after providing the original email from the Trustee to my attorney to me to Drivetime with the approval attached, they have not contacted me with regarding to completing this transaction. They are also not…

I bought a KIA TELLURIDE 3 weeks ago. Thought I was getting a high-tech suv! I just spent almost 3 weeks to get UVO to work where my home is located! The salesman that sold the TELLURIDE to me never told me about UVO!

I never was told that the Keyfob does not have a remote engine start!!!!! You need a smart phone to start the engine!!!!! It takes me almost 2 mins to start the engine cause of my poor signal with my Verizon!

The dealer Allentown Kia on Leigh St and KIA in CAL. Will not give me a Keyfob with a remote!!!! I bought a highend KIA and very dissapointed! Wish I had my Tahoe back! Kia ripped me off!!!!!!

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu from the DriveTime company a couple of years ago. Last year, my transmission went out. I needed it replaced. I was out of a car for a month and a half. I went through Averex to find out that they do not do loaners or give rentals for the inconvenience. DriveTime does do rental reimbursement which means I would have to pay more to get a car. The rate for the reimbursement was $3000+ for that time frame and they only cover $29/day.

That is another used car that I could have purchased full out from someone else which is ridiculous. The DriveTime dealer recommended that guys get a new transmission from GM and I would have a lifetime warranty on it to these problems.
