I have placed an order on September 24, 2016 .I was told they would honor any returns that was placed before September 30th There are 2 items that I need to return. I've been calling them since and could not get through. Now they are shut down. Please help! Here is a copy of my receipt.

I have been trying to reach Drugstore.com customer service. Every time I am transferred to the operator the call drops after one ring. I called the corporate headquarters 17 times to complain and still no answer.
