My new Supersonic Blow Dryer would quit after 1 minute of use beinning two days after I purchased it. According to the website this is due to a dirty filter, which is impossible after only two days use. I sent my blow dryer back on 12/1/23 and was told by customer service that I would receive a replacement within 7-14 business days.
It is now 1/6/24 (over a month later) and I still have not received my replacement. I've called 8 times, waiting on hold 60 minutes each time and given a different 'excuse' each time as to why I haven't received my replacement.
Today I called and was provided an order number, so that's progress, but I had to get ugly with them for them to do this. It's still going to be a 2-3 week waiting period.
Also, I was told yesterday that the customer service person…
