My new Supersonic Blow Dryer would quit after 1 minute of use beinning two days after I purchased it. According to the website this is due to a dirty filter, which is impossible after only two days use. I sent my blow dryer back on 12/1/23 and was told by customer service that I would receive a replacement within 7-14 business days.

It is now 1/6/24 (over a month later) and I still have not received my replacement. I've called 8 times, waiting on hold 60 minutes each time and given a different 'excuse' each time as to why I haven't received my replacement.

Today I called and was provided an order number, so that's progress, but I had to get ugly with them for them to do this. It's still going to be a 2-3 week waiting period.

My Dyson has no suction. Won't turn on; has all kinds of problems. I've called twice - once on 20Jan2023 and again in Feb. The first time I contacted the Dallas Texas Service Center and was told it was under warranty and gave me Authorization #8144600987. Said they were authorizing UPS to return it to the Service Center. Take it to the USP Store. UPS had no record; Dyson had not authorized anything. I waited a few days and tried again but UPS still did not have any authorization from Dyson.

I called again and was given the Creve Coeur, Missouri Service Center and spoke with someone named "Phillip". I had to go through the whole spiel all over again. He found the authorization # that Dallas had issued; they said that UPS would come to my house in the next few days (they would call first).…

I bought 600 hairdryer and they want me to send back the one I have before they send me a new one. So I said no, then I would have to go out and buy a temporary hairdryer? They got me a supervisor and he was rude, refused to give his name, he said well that's your choice not ours.

I was like really 600 Hairdryer and you want me to mail it back before you send me the new one. I went on the site to file or mail a formal complaint and there is no way of doing that, you just get routed back to the call center in India

I would love to give them a lower star rating if possible. I have contacted Dyson at least times regarding a simple refund of a return. Every time they ask if you would like the transcript emailed. Ive never received an email. Not one. Uh, excuse me? A refund in payments?

I didn't give you the return in pieces, so why am I getting payments?? I've never had to deal with such a ridiculous company

My Dyson V7 ANIMAL handheld vacuum cleaner charger stopped working after less than 6 months. On 24th January'22 Dyson agreed to replace the charger foc, but it took until 23rd February for the part to arrive and the machine worked ok.

However, just over a year after I bought the unit, it stopped working on high power, but was ok on low power. If I switched it on at the high power setting, it ran for just 10 seconds before cutting out.

It would not work on low power then until it had been charged for hours. I tried contacting the published Dyson email helpline, but an automatic reply said that inbox is not monitored. 21. 33 next morning, even though they publicise their operational hours as 8am - 8pm.

I have a new Dyson Big Ball machine that, after one month, has a broken plastic part. When I called for warranty support I spoke with a young man who barley spoke English. I wasted an hour of my time addressing a very simple problem with someone who couldn't help me for a long time simply because he didn't understand half of what I was saying.

Once he figured out what was wrong he proceeded to tell me that I couldn't use the warranty because even though I purchased it directly from Dyson I purchased it through eBay. That was the first of many errors on his part. Maybe this young man simply needs more training but I blame Dyson itself for the horrible day I am having. They do not provide easy access for their customers to address issues. For the price they charge their customer support…

We have two dyson machines. Tried to repair one and after 4 months nothing is being done. Horrible customer service. We bought one Bissell and after one machine stopped working we call and few minutes talk I just received new machine At home. Stress free.

Definitely will Never buy Dyson again.

I emailed customer service to enquire about a part for my hoover I require, I included the model number and product code from under the hoover and sent it to have a response of “That doesn’t mean anything to me” I responded that I will be taking my custom somewhere else and received the most rude worse response I have ever heard! Friends and family are also appalled. Asking me if it was my time of the month, thank god I’m not using them.

It’s ridiculous and I am still in shock! I have never in my life had any sort of response to a genuine enquiry I was making regarding parts! If there was a problem with the number I had sent there is surely a kind nice response that should have been sent! I have posted this on social media and it has gone wild!

Got this dyson as a mothers day gift 2 yrs ago. Cannot open basket, phoned customer sevice and was told pull harder, pull harder, pull harder!!! I am not an idiot and was treated like i am. He.. then told me its a pin which he has none in stock. SO I GUESS WE HAVE THE WORLD MOST EXPENSIVE VACUME AND WHEN IT BREAKS IM ON MY OWN.

5 years ago. Since then I have had to return it to the company for burning rubber smell, received a new head several weeks ago and now I have to send it again back for repairs because it has no suction.

I have never in the 50 some odd years that I have been vacuuming had so many problems with a machine! Your customer service people are wonderful but your product is absolutely horrible! I was told that I could receive a 20 % discount on Dyson Products.

I not only will never buy a dyson again, I will make sure all my friends and family are aware of this products performance! I'd give it a 0 rating! I have 2 dyson's which I am now disappointed in there performance.

I bought the 2nd one thinking I needed a higher end…

My Dyson ID is 873245254. My hand held cordless was bought about 5 years ago. The Serial # is JX-US-GAA3448A. I ordered a replacement for the Cyclone (Order # 1148223618). A week later I got an email saying that the cyclone was out of stock, and my order had been cancelled.

There was no offer of any further assistance. It appears that I now own an expensive piece of junk that I should just throw out. Disgusted.

I bought a vacuum two weeks ago and after one use, it is not working anymore. The customer service told me it’s likely the battery or the charger problem and to bring it to store to check. I went there thinking they will check immediately, but realized that I could only drop off and need to come back a week or more later to pick it up. Excuse me?

I spent $$$ to buy your product but your product is not as described, broken after one use. But you expect me to spend more money and time to travel to your store to drop off and pick up the vacuum?

If you charge customer so much money for your product, you should provide service that’s worth the amount you charged!

Im trying to make an official complain. I thought dyson is a serious and big company. I own three different Dysons at the moment and think highly of them, but customer service is horrible. i dont have the representative name here with me at the moment, but i will make a detail complain with BBB soon.

also i will return the last V Dyson i purchased as i dont think they deserve my business if they dont contact me and show that at least corporate care about their loyal customers. Beside being unprofessional over the phone, i had to wait over an hour on the phone to talk to a supervisor and finally they just hang up and never call back...

I purchased my Tyson in 2016 and a year ago I needed to replace the battery which I did the battery is not gone again most I’m getting is 3 seconds of use from my dyson . I rang you customers service department that told me I wasn’t registered the staff member was not helpful and wanted me to pay 79 euro for a new battery if I hadn’t replaced this battery a year ago this would not be a problem .

I ordered vacuum Feb 4th. Received the wrong vacuum. Called on Feb 11th to let them know. They ordered the right one and charged me again.! It should have been an even exchange. So I received the 2nd vacuum Thst was right.

And then later they sent yet, another vacuum! I have returned two vacuums and I want my refund, now. I e spent hrs on the phone and have been told all sorts of things but haven’t got my refund. Please help me

00 dollars for this machine and it last 2 year and 3 months. 3 months out of warranty. I understand that there is a voluntary recall on the power trigger and Dyson will not work with me. I have to pay for a replacement part.

I could have gotten at least 3 other machines that would cover more than the time I had this machine. I had to speak to 4 different representative before they ever gave me a option to pay for the part.

Totally disappointed in the customer service of Dyson. Will find it hard to purchase any other products from Dyson.

I cannot begin to express the disappointment I feel right now. I have been a raving fan of Dyson for decades. I have an “Animal” vacuum that I have had for at least a decade and still recommend to anyone who will listen. I also purchased a cordless animal that I have been less than impressed with but gave it a pass.

I purchased an AirWrap machine in February of 2020 that I adored. I told anyone who would listen that it was “the 8th wonder of the world.” And I meant it. Huge fan. Loved it.

Then in September of 2021 it started malfunctioning. It would shut off periodically while in use. The problem got worse and eventually, I was unable to style my hair without 10-15 shut-offs during the process.

I bought a humdinger form Dyson July 23, 2021. It broke after only 2 months. I promptly called Dyson and spoke to a person with such a strong foreign accent I could not understand him. After an hour on the phone with him he finally agreed to replace my humdinger.

Well, a month went by and nothing. I emailed Dyson, still nothing!! So, I called customer service again. The Dyson rep was the same, could not understand him. He had no clue what he was doing. I spend 4 hours on the phone with him and he was trying to figure how to make a replacement order.

I need someone to call me ASAP. (865-235-6833), I have been on the phone with Dyson, approximately 4 times over the past 6 months trying to get my Dyson to work. They first sent the wrong battery. After waiting 6 months I had to call to have another again to get the right one.

It still doesn't work and is under warranty. The representatives on the phone DO NOT set a standard for this expensive vacuum cleaner. A very dissatisfied customer.

More than two years ago I purchased a Dyson V7. I had it for some time and then a red light came on. I called the help number and they told me that it seems to have a problem with the battery.

Apparently there were no replacement batteries available and they send me a new vacuum. I was satisfied as to how they handled the problem. My new V10 vacuum after one year keeps showing the filter and blockage light continuously. I have called the help line probably more than 6 times, but so far I have had no results.

The last time I was told over the phone to remove this and rremove that and when I put it back together the gentleman told me that the vacuum is working fine. Well, needless to say the vacuum is not working fine and the warning lights come on same as before.

I have the misfortune of owning a Dyson rechargeable cleaner. As seems to be a common occurrence, the rechargeable battery stopped holding its charge and only operated for a few minutes. I therefore struggled through the online order system and found the correct battery, placed my order and entered my card details for payment as requested.

I was disappointed although not entirely surprised when I was informed after placing the order that the battery I needed was not available. I had already been told by numerous people I had spoken to that Dyson was no longer the customer friendly reliable company of the past, having become overpriced and renowned for poor customer service.

I have called Dyson 15 times or more for some filters for my cyclone v10. I reordered the same air filters 3-4 days ago, only to be told they will not have a tracking number for a least 5 to 7 days.. There is not a place that I have ordered something that I don't get a tracking number for UPS immediately. if you give the customer the UPS tracking number, not waiting for the postal number. that is ridiculous . do you realize how many more phone call you receive because of it.

Had a vacuum fir a week. It died. They said it was the battery. Sent another battery. Still didn’t work. Dyson said send the whole thing back and they would send me a new vacuum. Did that. Got tracking number.

Gave it to dyson 2 weeks later they sent another battery. So I have a battery and no vacuum. So it’s been 5 weeks now. Still no vacuum. Right now I’m on my 17th call to Dyson. EVERYONE says they will call you back. No one does

I placed an order for a hair dryer to be sent to my mom for her birthday. After placing the order and my card being charged/money held. I received an email stating my order did not go through. I called their customer service line.

Spoke to 2 different support agents. Received a bunch of words and empty promises. I offered to be called to give a review each time but was never given the opportunity to rate them as they were aware it would not be a favorable one.

Should not be allowed as they give false positive reviews this way. They seem to be a company built on poor service and questionable practices. I will not invest nor will I recommend them for anything in the future. Horrible business practice!

Be careful they are worst then a teenager with excuses for poor behavior!

Purchased (and paid in full) a small handheld vacuum on December 5th as a gift for the holidays. The website stated that it was in stock and boasted 2 day delivery. After several weeks of not receiving the item I began calling.

Immediately the “on hold” recording said that they were “outside their 2 day delivery window” . It said they expected to be back within the 2 day window within 72 hours.... that was over a week ago. last week. So here I am out several hundred dollars and countless minutes of my life due to dealing with customer service, and will have to show up without the gift that was ordered plenty of time in advance. I ordered a Dyson vacuum cleaner from Amazon on the 6th November and was told that it would arrive by the 29th November. It still hasn't arrived and despite numerous emails no one has bothered to answer me.I am a Senior Citizen and cannot afford to lose this money but as my emails are being ignored I don't know if Dyson will get delivered. I purchased a Dyson V6 Slim Cordless Vacuum during Black Friday thru Walmart online store. I received a purchase confirmation within minutes after the purchase as well as an email telling me that the item would be ready for pickup at the store within the same day. Wanted to return a dyson animal vacuum that was given as a gift vacuum didn't charge so had no gift receipt a manager by the name of nick in the la quinta office was so rude didn't try to help me I then called corporate they apologized for his behavior and said he had no reason not to return it and give me a gift card.

You should hire people who will work hard and make people come back to the store. I will never shop there or recommend no one there.
