I’m an attractive woman. Other sites show interest from members. So much so that almost all of the men have contacted me and I thought perhaps a new site would have some new people to date. I was wrong…almost zero interest. Other than the nine men interested in me even when my profile was in progress. So I thought I’ll join up to view them. Where are the initial numbers now. Of when I had access to my account. I’m waiting for my day in court!!! The eharmony site keeps asking me to change my criteria, blaming that for no interest. So I changed my criteria. I have been enrolled in a service by the company without my approval, and they are not allowing me to close or cancel my account. The customer service provided by them is of poor quality.

Additionally, I have been a victim of multiple scams through email, and the customer support has been unable to provide any satisfactory explanations for the charges. To my surprise, I recently discovered that they forwarded a payment request, which I do not owe, to a collection agency without giving me any prior notification.

This lack of communication is highly disrespectful. When I reached out to the collection agency, they informed me that my credit score could be negatively affected. It seems that eHarmony is using the agency to intimidate individuals and demand unauthorized payments.

I joined Eharmony on the 15/3/23. My ID No: EH6TCXFL. User name Iveta. Due to false advertising, where there was no matches, no way to search for profiles as there was no one on this site. I sent an email to cancel my subscription and get my money back on the 16/3/23, that's 24 hours after I joined.

I was refused a refund. After 2 months and a handful of visitors to my profile, a profile I have now deactivated as it was pointless as there is no one on the site. I have tried and tried with numerous emails to stop them from taking money out of my account.

They refuse and will continue to take money out of my account until the 6 months subscription is up. I'm a single mum who can't afford this when I'm not provided with absolute nothing from them. How is this fair and allowed? I cancelled 24…

I accidentally purchased their premium and they took £69 out of my account. I read their email which said just contact us within 14 days and we will refund your money. However, now they say in their terms and conditions it says I agreed to get some type of personal statement by their experts with the purchase and due to that I won't get money back because that's worth double the premium.

EHarmony refuses to refund my money. I requested a refund within minutes of signing up, I could obviously see the site was a a toss scam and offered nothing for me. EHarmony has been completely dishonest and deceptive th rough this whole process.

The site is rife with fake profiles and offers nothing of interest to me. Please help me in my quest to shut this business down. Thanks Bruce

I signed up for a eHarmony. I selected the special option which was 24 months for $14.99 with the option of cancelling at any time. I paid using my credit card on October 18, 2022. When I got the billing the same day,, the bill was for $744.81. They billed me for the entire period. This is misleading and false advertising.

I requested to cancel my subscription on the same day, October 18, 2022 and wanted a full refund. There is a 3 day cancellation policy. I also sent them a message that I signed up for 24 months at $14.00 and not two year's worth. They have refused to refund my money.

I signed up to this dating site hoping to find someone to form a connection with and maybe a long term relationship.

However I noticed that although I had created my profile along with photos there was very limited persons that contacted me and whom I felt I could contact. Since using the site I have only messaged 2 people and one of them lives thousands of miles away.

The site was clearly not suited to someone who looks like me. So I contacted eharmony and advised that I was not getting any interest and requested my contract be terminated as was not suited to someone who looks like me.

They refused so I asked, on 4 separate occasions , to be put through their complaints process however I am just been ignored.

I sent them multiple letters and PayPal and my bank favored my case and closed them off from charging me. They cancelled my account which is fair but are still trying to collect money. They have been sued I’ve this and I want them To drop the collections. It’s wrong.

Imagine if I had hardship and had to select food or paying a dating site that I don’t have access to.

There is a major lack of matches. I only get 4 and 3 of them are people without pictures. I got a year subscription thinking it might change things and it hasn't. I'm getting more success from free apps than I am here.

I requested my right to cancel membership which was made in error on Saturday 8th January and I notified you of my intention less than 24hrs later; Sun, 9 Jan at 14:0. I had not even logged into the site or used any of the memberships feature within this 24hr window.

If I could make it zero stars I would. I canceled my subscription in December 2020, several months before it was required in April 2021. In May 2021 eHarmony pulled out over $300 for an annual subscription. I filed a complaint, they said that I may have canceled my membership but I did not cancel my automatic renewal, which makes absolutely no sense.

Now they put me in collections saying that I owe another $150, that I did not pay them enough. I have an email showing that they said there was nothing they could do to refund, I was paid up until May 2022.

I signed up for EHarmony then changed my mind. I then had to pay for 3 months at a higher rate, just to unlock my account. When I had paid this amount I still could not access my account, E Harmony’s Policy is that I can still access and use my account until the end of my subscription.

I have sent various emails, and only got a couple of replies, none of which are at all optimistic in me actually making contact again online. Extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated.

I signed up for eharmony thinking that if I did not like the service I could cancel. After 30 minutes I changed my mind and decided against eharmony at that point the site said that your site was down. Which meant I was not allowed to cancel.

The site also said that you would still be charged for the remaining months even if you did cancel. This was not stated when you joined eharmony because I would not have joined this is a scam.

When I completed the 100 questions on your dating site I really thought eHarmony was a reputable dating site.

However, I now realize that is far from the truth. I am now outraged that your company is attempting to plant a seed for African American women by advertising two black women as partners, since you realize there is a higher percentage of eligible single women than men. It will not work!!!

signed up and purchased a 6 month subscription. After viewing my date options, only 11, I decided to cancel my account. Mind you, my bank is still processing the transaction. I requested the refund and/or cancellation of my subscription, without them taking anymore money from me. They denied my request.

I contacted eharmony a couple of days ago because even though I had cancelled my subscription they have still taken money from my account.

I first cancelled my subscription in November, during my initial 3 month subscription period and ahead of the automatic renewal. Money was still then taken out of my account in December. I thought perhaps I had done it incorrectly or it had not worked, so I didn't say anything and went back on the site to find my automatic renewal was still active, so I cancelled it again. Again now in January money has been taken from my account.

I contacted eharmony to explain the situation and ask for a refund as their cancellation function obviously does not work and I have not sued the site since November. I received a response saying that they would not refund…

Years ago I tried to get on this site and was denied bc I have been married 4 times. I married my high school love we were both virgins we married to have sex. It was annulled in the 70 s when that was allowed.

There was no reason given. This is about one month too late because at that point, I had already been communicating with this woman for about a month, had gotten emotionally involved with her, and sent her money. The location says Dayton, but this lady is from Ghana, Africa.

And, I'm not sure if the photo was really her either. Had I not had this erroneous information, I wouldn't have gotten involved with her, which cost me thousands of dollars. I would like to get my money back. I think this is part of a scam…

eHarmony is giving me nothing but problems. I wanted to cancel my subscription the same day I bought it, that is 28 September 2016. According to the law you can give or take something back the same day and get a full refund. I contacted the consumer helpline immediately to turn the transaction around. According to their own website you have three working days to cancel your subscription and get a full refund.

Firstly, I respect that there is a policy of non-refundable with regard to 'incognito'. However, I would appreciate if you would read why I'm asking for one. Secondly, the first time I noticed 'incognito' was as small icon at the bottom-left-hand-side of my screen, I only click on it because I believed it may have been some one trying to chat, or make contact.

We were talking and getting to know one another this morning on the email and i went back to check to see if he had answered my email to find out i cant email him he is on longer on my eharmony at all. We were just getting to feel about one another and now that has been taken away from both of us.
