Our Granbury El Chico has been going downhill for quite some time! As a prior Restaurant chain CEO, I'm aware of all of the signs! Yesterday, my wife and I had Fajitas (steak & chicken and the steak was very tough and I believe that the chicken was probroild on a dirty broiler grid as there was visible residue on the chicken.
The Hostess attempted to seat us in a torn booth where the vinyl was split and stuffing comimg out. I told the Manager on duty and his respomse was "I'll tell the Hostess not to seat that booth and, not 5 minutes past till dhe seated another couple in the torn booth.
Plenty of empty seat all around.
Lastly, the Manager does not present himself well, umshaved wiyh shirt untucked, etc. Enviorment just generally feels rundown and stale and I can't imagine the business…
