I ordered a avocado chicken tostada salad. This is what i received in exchange for my hard worked money. Cracked shell thin slice of avocado and old lettuce with the core. Old saggy pico de gallo. So wrong. I am very disappointed i was looking forward to enjoying my meal instead i lost my appetite.

00. On September 28, 2023 I printed out a copy of the ad for my daughter, Deborah Cummins to buy for our family, which includes myself, my daughter, her youngest daughter, and her daughter's two children, who have Autism and ADHD.

She went to the 8428 Elk Grove Florin Road, Sacramento, CA, 95624, Restaurant Number 3875 she was told they did not 'know anything about the ad. 12, order # 347. Why do you advertise something, then do not let your Restuarants know about the ad. This is bad practice.

I asked for some nachos. She asked if I wanted a combo. I said no clearly. I then said I wanted some rice. She asked me what size and I told her the large. She then asked me again if I wanted the combo when I clearly told her no.

” She then proceeded to give me the wrong size of rice. I spoke clearly and still got the order wrong. This isn’t the first time the employees got my order wrong. How many times do I have to go through this.

The employees shouldn’t be giving the wrong order to the customer. this isn’t the first time this has happened.

My complaint is as you walk up to enter the doors are disgusting filth as you walk in the floors are just as nasty... This particular location was out of chicken thighs and breast, was told they were out of salsa but when another customer asked for salsa they gave it to them and to me they cant give alot out and

have to save what they have left cause they were running out, they were also out of more than one flavor of soda, also could barely give change to another customer that was paying cash.. just because it's not in the best of areas doesn't mean it has to be dirty and unstocked for paying customers..

Processed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 12:09pm today, unfortunately the drive thru was not moving at all and myself and many cars were stuck in the line for more than 40 plus minutes resulting in my food not being fresh. Once I arrived at the window I asked the lady (who was very nice and professional) if she could provide me with fresh food.

The food that I was provided was not warm at all and it appears that it was just simply placed in another bag. I am highly disappointed as I frequent this location a lot and I also tried calling the store several times while in the drive thru and no one answered.

I was not able to get out of line but the inside was not busy as not many cars were in the parking lot.

Been here 5 or 6 times and no more. The chicken was so dry you could not get it off the bone. Chicken wings forget it no meat and looks like it came off a hummingbird. That small. Pieces of chicken breast looks like it came off somebody’s plate. Into pieces.

Had to ask again for salsa. Chicken was SO DRY! They should not own one of these restaurants. The Manager told me it could be the time I ordered. It shouldn’t matter what time it should always be consistent. How could it be so bad for lunch and dinner around 5pm. What’s the excuse then. I never order late.

Please have this place checked out. Another thing the manager said she checks and it’s always juicy the chicken. Not possible at all. This place is 274 W. Lake Mead Blvd/ Henderson, Nv 89015.

This happened on 2/25/2023. I Sandra Bradford have a grand daughter named Elayjah Prince, who works at one of you restaurants in Los Alamitos calif. 3502 cerritos . los alamitos ca 90720. my grand daughter has be a honor roll student all of her school years.

she has been excepted in 6 different colleges. we are very proud of her an will go out of the way to make sure she is treated fair. this is her first job, an she likes it . on saturday 2/25/2023 she was told to be at work at 1-30pm and get off at 9pm.

she got to work at 1-15, went to clock in at 1-28, and was told to clock in at 2pm. she asked her why an was told to just clock in at 2pm. that was done to make it look like she was late.

Terrible customer service. Broadway and Craycroft The girl taking drive through orders Thursday afternoon either could not hear through her headset or was just plain rude. I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal. She said they were out of thighs.

I asked to pay the difference if they would substitute a breast. She asks me what did I say as if her mind was occupied by someone or something else. I repeated my request and without answering my first question She asked me if I wanted anything else.

I asked her for a punch drink. She yelled back, WHAT? So thinking she couldn't hear me I raised my voice and repeated my request. " which at this time sounded like she wasn't paying attention. I said to cancel the order and drove off.

As our family tries to be as healthy as possible, we don't eat out many places. As your double chicken tostada salad is an excellent meal that we enjoyed 2-3 times a week. When about 2 ago we started receiving salads with rice and beans that don't cover the bottom mostly just lettuce as it has never been this way before.

Specifically this restaurant went to the drive thru at 1000 am wait 15 minutes to be told the drive thru is closed. Went inside and asked if drive thru was open and was told yes it was open then ordered and was given like even to cover the bottom of the tostada with one layer of grains of rice.

00 at the El Pollo Loco in Sherman Oaks, CA, he was not given a receipt so there would be no proof that the money is missing from the cash register. I went back to the drive-through and told them the person who sold him the Pollo bowl combo, did not even give him the soda at the window, he had to go inside to get it.

The customer service has become very disappointing at this location store # 5861. I notice that customer service is very bad lately and I will not tolerate being cheated out of my hard earn money. The manager refuse to compensate because of no receipt, and the guy at the window with blonde and black hair had left.

I asked for the manager's name and was given a receipt with her name on it. I requested that when she balances her register tonight to please check for the overage…

I’ve been buying from this location for years. The last 3 times, I ordered on line. Each time I order pico de gallo and salsa for each person, between 4 and 6. Each time I pick up I NEVER EVER get what I ordered.

Tonight I went to pick up my order and they had sealed my order as in sealed the plastic bag together so I couldn’t see what they put in my bag. I ripped it open in front of them and instead of getting pico and red salsa, they gave me 6 green salsas and a couple red salsa.

It beyond ridiculous at this point. Should I stop going to el pollo all together or can something be done. I buying family meals which are not cheap. I’m so disappointed!

I made a purchase on 10/14/2022 through the Pollo Loco app. I requested a refund for my order because it was not picked up. I had to personally go to a different Pollo Loco restaurant to submit a new order.

I called the number to get a refund and they told me I needed to to call corporate. I called corporate to submit my refund. It has been over a month and I still haven't seen my refund in my bank.

VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! I am very disappointed in El Pollo Loco management at the San Antonio Texas franchise on San Pedro Ave. I ordered an online order of the 16 piece chicken meal mixed.

I also ordered the new shredded beef Quesadilla. When it was delivered I noticed I did not receive the quesadilla and non of the sauces I had requested which makes the entire meal so much tastier in my opinion. I called several times before anyone answered.

I understood that it could be busy so I was very patient. A male answered the phone and I politely explained that I orded online and my order was missing some items. Before I could even finish my sentence he just handed over the phone to which I believe was the manager, a woman.

I ordered curbside I waited 35 min for my order until I got tired of waiting I went inside and my order was just sitting there. The girl said they were too busy to take it out and couldn’t give me a new order my food was cold when I opened it I was embarrassed for my team .

This is so unprofessional and she was just standing there.. why would you not compliment an order if the order is just sitting there and you did not want to walk it to curbside? I threw away my food since I have no microwave at work..

I work at a office with no kitchen the sticker had bo check mark that it was curbside on yellow sticker so someone doing their job I will my money back or a free two meals same amount of my purchase on Friday.

At the pollo loco on 5th Ave and Victoria Blvd In Oxnard,I order in the drive through a chicken burrito for my daughter,because that’s the only thing she likes from pollo loco and a chicken bowl for me I didn’t check the meal when they handed it to me until I got home and instead of a burrito there was a salad in a tostada bowl tortilla! My daughter was very upset and I couldn’t go back because I was to tired coming from work!

Ordered 3 price meal with breast and wing option and received 2 backs and a drumstick. There was also the most watered down soft drink I have tried to drink. Store in Phoenix on far west McDowell.

Hello,

I purchased a $50 Gift card which gave me 12 Tacos Al Carbon for FREE as a bonus gift. However, when I tried to order within my app with the code ZLEB5C2, it did not work and gave me an error.

I also tried to order those 12x FREE Tacos Al Carbon with the code you sent to my email and the cashier Miguel was unable to get the code to work. This is the 2nd time I have had this problem. I also had this problem the 1st time I purchased the $50 Gift card last year. I think this will be the last time I purchase a gift card offer from El Pollo Loco. I am very disappointed.

Please make sure I get my 12x FREE Tacos al Carbon as advertised or I will have to dispute this with my credit card company.

Today I was at my local Pollo Loco #6122, I ordered my Original Pollo bowl, with a side salad, I wanted tortillas, so the gentleman said do you want a combo I replied yes. Ultimately, my food was given to me with the salsas I asked for.

( by the guy cooking chicken) I said I'm missing my tortillas then the guy who took my order said I didn't order the combo. I replied yes I did. He replied No you didn't. I asked him for his name he replied Julio.

Hi, I visited your store today in Hayward Ca located on the corner of Mission Blvd and Watkins St..

I went through your drive thru and ordered a 3 piece meal with a large coke and a chicken avocado with no beans, no pico, easy cabbage and extra cheese. When I paid and received my order I drove out, however I took a sip of my coke and it was watered down so I returned to the drive thru to get a different drink. As I was waiting to get to the window I took a bite of my burrito and it was not what I ordered. There was a ton of cabbage in there and no extra cheese and it was so dry. 55. One of the items contained a shrimp tostada with chicken, which I had to pay extra for. The shrimp was raw, and this was discovered until after I ate one. I looked at the remaining shrimp and they were all cold and raw. I have a video.

I order from the one in South Gate on Imperial. We went back and ask for a refund for the entire meal and they only refunded the shrimp tostada. I didn’t even get the refunded for the extra chicken. I shouldn’t have to check if thee food is cooked.

Food quality is horrible. I ordered a salad and the avocado was terrible, just by looking at it I lost my appetited. Is better your company to avoid putting a rotten avocado in your food because it shows you are so careless for the product you guys sale.

The last two visits were very disappointing. This time, half the order was missing and we only received three salsas for three separate orders. The associate even checked everything and still several items missing. I may not go back because this is the second time in a row this has happened to me.

We had to go back and pick up the missing items, on a timed lunch break.

My chicken was greasy, and very dry, I did not get a receipt, The Mac and cheese had no taste, lots of canned cheese, No Taste! Not very good dinner SCALE 1-10. I would give it a 4 maximum!
