My husband, daughter and I were guest at the Emabassy Suites in Deerfield Beach from 11/4-11/8, we were so disappointed in our stay. We were never told there was construction going on and every morning and throughout the day we could hear banging and drilling.
They said they couldn’t move our room. Our ceiling fans in the bathroom were leaking water on us while in the bathroom, and even though we requested a room clean they never showed up for the 4 days we were there!
We never received more towels, shampoos, soap etc. when we did call to make a third request they were extremely rude at the front desk. Our water was shut off one if the days we were there too. The elevators seemed like they could break down at any time and I am not surprised due to the certificate hanging in the elevator…
