On dec 22, 2022 I was on the phone with Epson for 2 hours and they trouble shooted me with the worst technical support ever.! They had me doing head cleanings and wasting my precious ink for a very long time. Due to their lack of support I was the victim of extraordinary ink loss. They had me burn through enormous amount of ink which I was told today by Carrie Employee # M19283 in Southern California, in the dept of Customer support, that NO COMPENSATION for this would be offered. I was on hold and transferred to many different people and it took over 1.5 hours… to NO END!!!

My first time calling in December was over 2 hours!!! I have never seen such lask of knowledge for trouble shooting and poor customer service. Not once did any one ask me to check my epson software or ask me any…

I have a non functioning printer due to a defect in the product , covered by warranty . I will be getting a replacement printer from Epson. My complaint is not with the final outcome nor with the personnel on the phone.

My complaint is with the process and script written for the employee on the phone. I have spent at least 5 hours trying to get results. 3 phone calls ,3 different confirm numbers. After 1st long call my confirm # was invalid and the interminable process was repeated.

Every call is punctuated with long waiting periods. More aggravating the phone attendant kept speaking to me every 30 seconds and apologizing. I asked if he could stop interrupting and allow me to read, he would not stop due to the protocol he had to follow.

I contacted Epson by e-mail on January 4 for what printer to use for my purpose. I still had no Reply. On January, 11 I bought a L3250. It took me many hours to install the printer. I contacted the "help" desk. And still no answer. This was due to a glitch in the setup and after I restarted my PC I installed it again. Just to find out that the printer is not suitable for my purpose. I want a printer for quality photos. I eventually got hold of a number I could call to ask for advice. He was not even remotely able to help. In my battle to get help from Epson's webpage I was directed to "JustAsk" The company fraudulently extracted more than R1000 from my account. Up to date not ONE of my emails had been answered

My Epson XP-420 has worked great over the years. Last week I got a message that the ink pad had reached the end of its life and needed replaced. My husband, who is actually an HP printer tech, went through the process on the Epson website to find out what needed to be done.

Was it something where we could order a part and replace it? Did it need to go to a tech? The site is BS and clear as mud. He followed the steps contacting epson via the website, and the site said there would be round trip shipping for the printer.

I am unable to use a reset key for my ET-2760 I replaced the ink pad, but becaus I have an Apple, it will not allow me to rest the counter. I was told to contact the one Epson Service location in the Phoenix area, and the number is not working,... and Google says it is temporarily closed!!!

I purchased Epson (August 9th, 2022) ColorWorks CW-C6500A from TCS digital solutions where a lady by the name of Melissa Strickland talked me into this horrible label printer that I am stuck with now. This printer gets into problems every 10 minutes or so, and then I can't fix it on my own at all does not matter if I follow instructions it just does not work.

It's been two weeks since I tried all possible ways - I changed label rolls from one size label to other, I followed instructions on the screen, and all it tells me is "The paper is not loaded correctly. Reload the paper".

- I DID TENS AND TENS of times that - and this seller - stay away !! you WILL NOT going to get any help. I told them, not once, but many times within this one month that there is something wrong with this printer…

An extremely poor, rude, unreasoning, and execrable company I have never met! Put EPSON on a blacklist.

I experienced how terrible and outrageous the service EPSON provides because of the problem of "recognizing a cartridge"! EPSON totally locks my printer and scanner because one ink cartridge cannot be recognized. I normally use the printer and do not find the problem in other cartridges which I bought together with the so-called “unrecognized ink cartridge”. It is unreasonable and nonsense!

com website (as I did the Epson XP-4100) printer. Ordered ink and received previously, but recently July 25, 2022 ordered color 3 pak. When I changed it out the printer did not recognize valid ink and would not let me out of the notice loop.

I removed "new" ink and put back in the old and was free of the "loop". My many contacts by phone were unproductive in the end but I was told what I wanted to hear which was the replacement ink is on the way, but I have not received it.

Just want some ink so I can print, please

I am a purchaser of two home epson printers. My current printer is an Epson Expression XP-8600. I have purchased ink cartridges from Epson online many times This last time I inadvertently was directed to the wrong ink cartridge number when I tried to purchase a package 5 inks.

Instead of purchasing the Epson 312, I purchased the 277 package of 5 inks by mistake. I opened one of the cartridges before I realized it was the wrong size for my printer. I immediately called customer service to return the package and and believed they would be replaced by the correct cartridges for my printer, Instead I was told if they were open I could not return them.

I was upset by this and asked to be transferred to Corporate Customer Support which I was. I was told the best they could do for me was discount…

Needless to say that I am very upset with my Epson printer experience. I purchase my Epson ET-3760 printer back on February 24th 2021 for two reason.

First I wanted to save money on ink, and second I had to scan a lot of documents medical and lawyer reasons. So didn't use the printer for a while, so the time came to print and scan more documents, I could scan all my documents but couldn't print them, now keep in mind all of the inkwells are full but all the Pages came out blank.

I tried everything I had to do to get it working, such as cleaning the print nozzles and everything else and still nothing. So I called up Epson support and they me that the printer my was no longer under warranty.

15 and had to throw it out because it was an eyesore. So I had to throw it out and get me a band…

so my complaint isn't about the human aspect of this situation. Rather, it is about, what appears to be the piss poor planning/education behind advertising a product to be purchased, then not delivering on that promise. I ordered an Epson D1070, 4 months ago, only to be told every proceeding month, that the shipping date has been moved back 30 days, and moved back 30 days, and moved back 30 days.

Every month that goes by, another 30 days gets added to the ship date. Now, considering I spent over $2000 on a printer, I would greatly appreciate said printer being in my possession, so that I may utilize said printer to make more money.

As of right now, I've spent over $2000 and have yet to be able to recoup any of that money from my investment.

Received no response from local service center at jaipur , despite repeated calls at helpline . They make us pay for the visit and then it's our headache to remind and request. My each reminder call was followed by issuing a fresh complaint number and no follow up later .

I found the warranty expiration date by using the serial number. It was good until August. I have been dealing with support submitting everything they needed for a replacement to be sent and the representative was rude. I asked to be escalated and the next rep said warranty expired and I told her it’s good until August and I can even extend it if I wanted.

While arguing with her she went in and changed information in the system and said my warranty was expired. Now it shows expired and I can no longer extend. This company deserves zero stars. Worst experience ever and I am spreading the word so none of my family and friends will buy from Epson.

Nothing lower than a 1, so cant rate them properly. Can't understand the people on the phone, bad English, Bad phone connection. When I asked for someone I could understand I got another foreign person that could not speak properly.

This printer is only 6 months old and its a piece of JUNK. Only prints in RED, new cartridges, cleaned the print head several times, NOTHING. BAD PRODUCT FOR ANYONE, this is the second EPSON I have had an both were JUNK.

I wish there were people that spoke proper ENGLISH and understood something besides a SCRIPT to read. NEVER BUY EPSOLN PRINTERS< WORK FORCE 2830 IS GARBAGE.

I have an Epson WF-2380 Printer on a ready print contract. My wife died and the bank closed the bank account she used for monthly payment to Epson. The latest payment was rejected by the bank. Without contacting me in any way Epson deactivated my printer so that I can no longer use it. I have spent 2 fruitless days, about 5 hours, trying to sort out the problem without being able to resolve the problem or make contact with a human being. I need the printer to create and or copy documents in resolving matters arising from the death of my wife.

I cannot find strong enough words to state my opinion of Epson without risking a legal suit

I now want nothing further to do with Epson other than to cancel my account, sell or dump the printer, and find another supplier who understands customer…

I ordered ink from the EPSON web site on March 5, 2022. Received confirmation that it was shipped on March 27th. Called 5 days later and was told that the shipment should arrive in 3-5 days. DIDN'T ARRIVE. After many phone calls and assurances that the order would arrive in 2-3 days, it still is not here.

I Bought the Work Force Pro 3820 in June of 2021 and since then I have had nothing but issues. I lost power and the printer would not print when power was restored. Had to call. Had several issues with connection and have spent literally 8-10 hours of my time to resolve these issues.

The printer ran out of black ink today, I bought and replaced with Epson brand, popped it out and in, and it would not print. Called, told to do a nozzle clean (why I do not know, I swapped the cartridge out when I got the new one) and this consumed 1/4 tank of my black 822xl and emptied my Cyan, Magenta and Yellow (all had 1/2 tank when starting).

Please,Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong cause this is very costly.

Also could you forward recommendations of RELIABLE Easy To Use and Maintain…

I have just bought an XP-4155; The printer is working fine but it is IMPOSSIBLE to set up the scan function either to the cloud or computer. I keep getting the message that the destination account info is not set up when I have just done this to install event manager when I have done this.

I texted the help desk and an Indian man basically was asking for 50 bucks to tell me how to print in black white. Your company is awful at taking advantage of people. I told him it’s cheaper for me to drive to town and buy colored ink so my printer can work than get ripped off by him.

I have a screen shot of the site that produces this awful man who you pay to help scam people. I will never buy or recommend an epson printer to anyone and will blast social media about your practices.

A very important concern about this printer. Love the printer but do not like the company stance on using non-Epson ink cartridges. Have had this printer for about 1-1/2yrs using Non-Epson ink bought online. Worked flawlessly. But Epson sent a firmware update and it no longer recognizes the ink cartridges.

Looked online about this and this is one of the Epson printers that has no solution to downgrade the firmware. I called Epson and spoke with multiple people and eventually corporate offices. They told me that using Epson ink is not a recommendation but a requirement. They could do nothing.

At this point I am just going to buy another printer. I cant stomach buying Epson ink for 2-3 times the money just out of principal. They literally ruined my printer which was working fine two hours…

I have 11 Epson wf 7210. I wished I wouldn't have bought so many at one time for my business because they all have been nothing but broken. They work for a few weeks and then stop working for multiple reasons.

I have had replacements sent to me. Half the time the replacements don't work and they have to send me a replacement for my replacement. This last time I got 3 replacement printers. All 3 came out of the box malfunctioning.

I haven't been able to print with any of the 3. I called epson to replace them again (which each time they replace I have to put $110 on hold on my credit card while they send me a new one).

I called to get them replaced and they are requiring proof of purchase because they are saying my ORIGINAL printer is now out of warranty. They will not replace the 3 EPSON…

I had Purchased A Pack of the four 252ink cartridges and the Magenta color was all dried out. The other colors were all filled. Had to go Buy Another pack and again the Magana was all dried out. All the other Colors were. All purchased at Walmart in Joliet. I don't have the receipt because it never happened. I'm hoping you are able to send me Replacements. I can shake the others and hear ink but the Magenta are all out of Ink. They are not cheap that's 40.00 I spent on a pack of four. $80.00

I have an Epson WF 2860 printer which uses 202 printer cartridges. They cost $64 per 4 cartridges and estimated yield is 280 pages for black and 185 for colour.

For the past 2 packs of 4 colour cartridges they’ve printed no more than 50 pages.

I have just purchased a black and cyan cartridge. And it’s appeared to be at 50% after only the test print!!!!!! What is going on???i?

For the second time now I have received a shipment of Epson ink for my XP-15000 printer that has been damaged. This time I purchased 5 ink cartridges and 3 of the 5 were damaged due to inadequate packing by Epson. Your shipping folks seem to believe that putting the ink cartridges in a paper envelope is adequate protection. Well, it isn't. These cartridges cost too much to be treated by your employees in such a manner. Why not ship these items in a cardboard box that offers some crush protection to the items? You certainly charge enough for them so why not protect them. I am considering dumping my epson printer and going with another company that gives a damn. In the future I will buy from cartridges from local merchants since I can see the product before paying for it.

Due to a lot of printing I do for my business, I use remanufactured ink cartridges in my Epson Workforce wf-4740 printer. This worked fine for several months when I bought the printer.. This morning there was a firmware update which blocks out using remanufactured ink cartridges making the printer useless unless you buy Epson Ink.

I spoke with their corporate office who basically told me nothing they can do. This is dishonest by Epson America, Inc. To deceive the consumers into forcing them to buy Epson Ink.. I will never buy a Epson product again and will continue to share my story on social media and alert the consumers of their dishonesty and deceitful actions.

I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

10 days ago This printer cost $1600+ with the ink i purchased with it. this has been documented several times with epson over the past 10 days. epson wants me to pay them $775 MORE to get a replacement sent for the defective item, and said i would only get that money back once they receive the defective item in good shape.

This is kind of ridiculous as i have no control over how the shipping company handles their packages, and i should not have to have a $775 hold placed on my account, or wait 10+ days. this has been the single worst customer service i have received.

I called Epson for help loading the software and spoke with he loaded the drivers and sold me the Norton protection policy, but he could not test the printer as i needed to refill ink, so i did that and called back today to get help as the printer still would not work.

Bought a WF-4833 last week. We do lots of scanning and emailing of documents from where we live in Hawaii. Most practical and economically feasible way of doing things. Tried to set up scan and email features. Used all known server connections, server port numbers plus 4 calls to customer support (I would say customer fail).

My 5th call where I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was hung up on. I’m taking this product if you want to call it that back to Wal-Mart and suggesting they drop Epson completely. How this company stays in business is a mystery.

I’m sure the administrator if he/she even exists or bothers to read this will probably bury it anyway. I will mos definitely relay my miserable experience to everyone I know with not only buyer beware, but buyer turn 180 degrees…

00 at Best Buy and Walmart Dept Stores. The format to be able to Print Out ADDRESS LABELS was Never downloaded during the CD Installation or Manually. The XP6100 Printer would not accept an Ink Cartridge from another company that COST MUCH LESS.

It was extremely difficult to get Epson contact information by telephone without a recording. I have not been able to talk to a human Customer Service Representative. There is Not Nearly Enough Instructions in the small booklet to install or download all the necessary features to function.

I purchased the printer from Best Buy just last month and I've had to buy (2) full boxes of the Very Expensive Ink Cartridges! I am over 70 years of age on only one income trying to live on a stream line budget during these high cost of living times.

On other hand, I also have a Canon iR 2006n/2206 UFRII LT in my office, for which I just make a call and engineers attend and repair it hand to hand. Is needful to mention that this is not the first time when I am facing this scenario, each and every time after, over the warranty, I am facing the same scenario and I have full evidence in emails in support of my statement.

I even don't know that how this email of mine will result, but in a state of frustration I am writing to this, and the main reason behind this frustration is that "I was a big fan of the technology being provided by EPSON, in fact still am. But its service is too poor and irritating and definitely, I'll not prefer to recommend EPSON product in future to anyone.

I have no complaint with the actual projector that I ordered. My complaint is that I have yet to receive my projector that I bought from audio general incorporated. They tell me that you were going to have it ready on the 15th of July.

Then on the 15th I was told it would be the end of July. Now on August 4th I got told that Epson is just give it him the run around. I am Super excited about my projector and it almost like why bother now.

Date and receipt of the time and product I purchased, just to make sure you know how dedicated I’m being to your product right now and hope this will be solved very soon.

My Epson Artisan 1430 started giving me filter errors and I was informed to delete driver and re-download. 5 it stated: "Print queue was not added. " I looked for instructions in the manual but there are none. Then I called customer service and got Juan who did a good job trying to track down the problem but he said he didn't know how to add the print queue manually.

I asked for his supervisor who just told me that the Epson screen (attached) is not Epson and that Epson drivers are apple or some BS that didn't make any sense and told me I had to call Apple about Epson printers! I need the print queue instructions for installing your drivers so my printer will work.

Or send me a new printer. I paid quite a lot for the Artisan 1430 and I need it to work!

Epson Corporations decision to disregard the law that specifically said that it was unlawful to BLOCK printers from using 3rd party ink is a pure, and simple disgrace. I installed the new firmware that disabled my ability to use different inks on my Epson XP 440 printer.

Unless you send me a link to restore my printer to its original settings, I will never buy an Epson product for the rest of my natural life. I will also tell everyone within my sphere of influence about your scheme to disable computers by your nefarious firmware.
