On August first 2022, I put an ad on Facebook saying that I was looking for a condo in Daytona Beach. I immediately received a reply from Grace Nicole who offered me two condos. I consulted Facebook and I found the profile of Grace Nicole born in 1948 and saying that she was in real estate since March 2022.

I contacted this person by email to reserve the condo located at 4454 S Ave Ponce Inlet, Fl 32127. A few days later her Facebook page was no longer available. She told me that her grandson had deleted by mistake.

From August 20th I only communicated by email and our requests to speak to her in person remained unanswered. On August 20th I received the contract by again by email which I completed. I arranged for a bank transfer of 1000us$ on August 30th to Marcus Fielding as instructed…
