I'm was charged 126$ and 26$ trying to use the gas pump at a Exxon location here in Houston at your Exxon store on 249 Access Rd. There was no gas in the wells and no notification was as giving to the customers about this.

It's been 6 days with no refund to my account. I would like to file a grievance and theft charges for the taking of my money without notification that the he store didn't have any gas. I want my money back and compensation for the days my money has been missing . This is theft

Violation of ADA - want to be contacted

Alex at the mobile located in magnolia and Warner in the city of fountain valley blatantly violated the ADA be refusing myself and service dog to enter. Made a scene and embarrassed me. I want him terminated or I intent to file federal lawsuit.

I live in Hattiesburg Ms. As I was checking out at the ExxonMobil on Broadway Drive, the cashier told me to stop bringing change in because it made her drawer heavy and she had to count all the change. It was only 3 dollars in quarters.

I said, Well dang, I've never seen a store not accept change. " She was so rude, this upset me, alot, because I only visit this store once or twice a week and I've never brought in change. I use my card.

She's a very overweight, heavy, miserable, woman and she's always sitting down or leaning over propped up on the counter or register. I have never seen her smile. She's always in a very bad mood and pretty rude. I got crying upset because her attitude yowards me was awful.

Last Friday 7/14 I stopped at station # 885 to get candy and gas with a $20 bill. When I went to the counter the male employee who works there stepped in front of the young woman and completed my transaction.

when I went out to pump the gas it would not work. I once again had to walk back inside to get it fixed. this is the 5th or 6th time he has done this. It has never happened with any other employees.

It was at about 11 am. The male employee has a handicapped hand. I will no longer buy gasoline there because I am tired of being hassled. I will buy candy for my family and skip the gasoline. Perhaps you could train your employee better but he has worked at that station for years.

None of your Mobil pumps ever accept any of my credit cards either to slide in or by the "tap" function. I always have to go inside which wastes my time and makes me think this is being done on purpose to make customers want to buy something inside the store.

I'd like these pumps fixed so that my credit cards work, or I will have to start going to a different gas station. Thank you.

I stopped by the gas station at 10139 Kingston pike in Knoxville Tn yesterday evening to fill my car up with gas. I pre paid at the pump. While I was filling my car up with gas I decided to go into the store and buy a candy bar.

The candy isle in this store is located directly across from the cash register where an older, blond cashier was standing. ” Her tone was very hostile during the entire interaction. I said, “I am just going to go” and left.

I will not be returning to this Exxon gas station again. It’s a shame, since it’s the closet gas station to the medical facility that I work at. quite certain I did not look like I was there to cause trouble.

I was just a the Exxon at 19 E Pine Ave. McBee SC 29101. And the cashier was very unprofessional with a nasty attitude. She throw the cigarettes on the counter and throw my change toward me which I left there.

I should be handed to every customer. No matter was your employees think of someone or if they have any issues with a person, when you are on your job representing a company. Should you not be professional and put your feelings to the side.

I'm sure that is what Exxon wants the employees to represent the company with professionalism and dignity which none of that was shown she also told me that if I saw her car there that I should go to the store across the street; that's not very good customer service and I don't think that's how you want your company to be represented.

Store 29 in Picayune Ms @ 9 am today, I filled my gas tank, then went in to purchase a lottery ticket. D. in with me as I'm 63 years old. The person working said she couldn't sell me a lottery ticket without showing my license. She was extremely rude.

I have had a Mobil gas card since 1985. 26 due 10/4. I EFD'd the payment on 10/3. It was a day late getting to Mobil. They charged me $31 late charge on my November bill. I didn't pay it.

19 PLUS an additional $33 late charge. I sent them a note on my bill that I wasn't going to pay the late fee. 19 charge (on time). I told them to close my account. Got an "Immediate Action Required" letter 3/10/23.

I called them and spoke to two different people who told me they closed my account, but, the late charges would continue - It's "company policy". 95. 20. This is ALL LATE CHARGES.…

I stopped to refuel my vehicle on 3 April 2023 at 5:11 pm at Scott Exxon, 19 South Side Lane, I-81 Exit, Dalton, PA. I paid in cash $30 for gas. As I began the fueling an advertisement screen became visible on the front of the pump along with dialogue through a speaker.

The speaker was extremely loud and I subsequently put my hand over the speaker. It cut the volume a little but it still hurt my ears to such an extent that I ended up with a tremendous earache. On top of that the pump was very slow in pumping out the gas.

I guess that it was 1/3 to 1/4 of any other refueling pump that I have ever used. I assume that that meant more advertising revenue due to the longer time to refuel. If I had used a credit card instead of cash, I would likely stopped refueling before 10 cents worth of…

I have a complaint claim. # 1302233. On march 06 we got gas in prattville Al. Exxon QV. Drove to fairhope Al, on march 07 car would not run, i called wrecker got towed to Tameron Honda in Daphne Al.

i called exxon and filed a complaint, however I gave them then other excon. Told them that when I got my receipt on visa bill I. Informed them that it was the Exxon qv on hgy 14. They reported the change. As in today.

March 18 th i have called exxon several times with no reply from them. Honda billed us nearly $4000 for repairs. Plus wrecker plus rental car for. 10 days. We are waiting from exxon as to what to do .

February 22, 2023 at around 11:30am at the Mobil Gas Station 1900 North State Road 7, Lauderhill, Florida 33313. I have never been so disrespected in all my 65 years as a customer anywhere. I filled my tank and paid at the pump went inside for my receipt.

The clerk was sitting low watching something on his phone with no view of what was going on in the lot where the pumps are and where he’s working. I went in to retrieve my receipt the only one in the store at that time.

He didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever. I stood there with no acknowledgment for nearly 2 minutes until I opened my mouth and requested my receipt. He got up very slowly as if he was annoyed and asked what pump? I didn’t know the pump number but 2 more customers walked in at that time and said it was pump 7.

I arrived to this location southwest freeway houston Texas. Mind you I have happily and comfortable used this store since I’ve moved to Houston and never have been refused the bathroom key. Due to recent wreck it’s harder to hold n heavy I begged to use employers that I’ve been offered multiple times and told no. Well I returned into store to tell cashier I was hurt to be laughed at and taunted others or my humiliation off peeing on myself while trying to use atm and purchase gas (paying customer) on side of very busy freeway and very lighted area.

We have been customers of Exxon Mobil for years without any problems. Ever since the changeover to WEX bank there has been nothing but problems. They are charging $10 for paper invoices even when we are set up for paperless billing.

They were difficult to set up payments and we ended up being charged late fees. We are now going to cancel our Exxon Mobil credit cards due to their incredibly terrible management. Three other businesses that we know are doing the same.

We will not get our fuel primarily from Exxon Mobil any longer. We may be one smaller company but the poor management by WEX reflects poorly on the company

I have called the phone number regarding questions three times and emailed the owner inquiries website and have not received any response from either. After 35 years of being a loyal customer I’m told that Exxon has switched banks handling their payment accounts and I now need to update our information . I previously filled out a form for this and had our cards denied because it was not yet received.

I then spoke with someone via telephone and we we’re able to complete the information required. Our cards were once again approved and things have gone well since .

However, I received the latest statement yesterday , January 17th with a payment due date of January 20th! I then noticed a charge of $39 plus $10 paper fee added. I can only guess that the previous bill was late because of the short time allotted on the due date..

We have an excellent history of our payments over these past years so I called with questions concerning these…

To whom it may concern, On Sunday 08 January 2023 @1510, I went into the Exxon Mobile Store at 228 S Thor St Spokane, Wa 99202 with my 12 yr old son. Both of the male associates were sitting on their chairs and neither one greeted us.

I got about half way down the aisle when the bigger of the two associates with red hair and red beard said to me ( very rudely) “take off your hood”. I didn’t have my hood on all the way.

You have employees in you port clinton perry Street store who are rude and disrespectful to customers. They have friends and relatives hanging out in the store and on the phone with them during there working shift. You guys say 24 hours but close at 10 pm everyday because you can't keep employees.

I've lived here for over 5 years and it's the gas station I prefer to go to but not when a couple of the employees are working as they are rude. Good luck cleaning the trash employees you have. I really hope you can improve the environment there.

The female employee working today around noon on water street in port huron Michigan accused my daughter of steing a lighter on camera when she did not do it. The employee threatened my child with the police and I'm not sure of other threats but the girl was very vulgar towards my child..

she then proceeded to take 9 dollars from a 20 dollar bill my scared daughter gave her to pay for a lighter she did not steal and the employee gave her 11 back. It was ny daughters idiot friend that stole the lighter, NOT my child.

I stopped at Mobil gas station at the Athens and Decatur Exit 49 off I-75 to get gas, a couple of drinks, and a couple of lottery tickets. While I’m waiting in line, I hear one female cashier say to a male cashier that she smelt alcohol on his breath (one worker said to another that they smelt alcohol on the male worker).

I end up in the male cashier’s line. I set my two drinks on the counter, ask for $30 in gas on pump 5, and two #8 lottery tickets, and I ask to pay with $10 in cash and the rest on my card (plenty of cash to pay for my lottery tickets).

The cashier acts confused and says we have to do it as another transaction unless I have the full total in cash. I have gone to other gas stations with similar purchases and have not had to do it this way, but whatever.

Approximately six months ago, I purchase an extra RapidXchange propane tank to keep at the house from the Exxon Gas Station at 1115 Highway 76, Clarksville, TN. I kept the tank in my garage. On Nov 24, 2022, I was going to use the tank to fry a turkey; however, the tank had a defective value (it was frozen).

On Nov 26, I returned the unused/full tank for an exchange. (I'm confident the propane supplier would give the store credit for a defective tank). The supervisor/manager, a short black haired woman, refused to swap out the tank. Since I have no use for a defective propane tank I left the full/unused tank at the store, because that's where I purchased it.

On Nov 4,2022 @ 12:45pm I stopped at Exxon 2 cash my lottery ticket in. I had 3 Bingo and 2Keno. The tix were not torn apart. I gv all 5 to the cashier. I knew 1 Bingo ticket was $100 winner, but I did not state that to the cashier I just asked him to chk them all.

He handed me back 4 tix and stated none of them were winners. I told him yes, 1 of them definitely was a winner. I checked my purse, and was immediately very confused. I am 100% positive I left all my tix still attached, and that 1 of them was $100 winner.

Billing: Your billing service is the pits. They continually DO NOT record payments (verified by bank or credit card statements) then charge late charges. This is an outrage. I have to send them their own verification e-mails, bank statements, copies of checks paid--this is insane. It costs me for all of this, plus time. The new billing service is WORTHLESS!! Can't they get anything right? I have been a customer since 1971 and never had trouble until YOU changed billing companies. This is causing me terrible stress. No need for this: just change gas companies. OK.

What a shame. ExxonMobil has just gone to HADES!!

I would like submit a formal complaint with exxon about this gas station due to damage to my car from contaminated gasoline. On September 18, 2022 around 7pm I got my gas from this gas station. This gas station is right by my house and its the only gas station I was using for the past couple of years.

On September 19, 2022, the next morning I attempted to take my daughters to school and when the car turned on it started my a sputtering noise. When I stepped on the gas the car was not moving like it was supposed to you and half way to school car stalled out. I had to get it towed to dealership and have them take a look at the issue. I was just in your store at 10724 West Markham in Little Rock Arkansas, and one of your clerks really cussed me out as well as swung on me not once but multiple times in front of your store on camera. There was no reason whatsoever for her to call me out of my name nor swing on me and I want something done about it. m.

If I could give zero stars I would. I lost my Exxon Mobile card in early July and reported it. The said a replacement card would be sent in 7-10 days. I never received it. When I called back, I was transferred to three different people (obviously from a call center in India) each of whom I had to start from the beginning and repeat the information and then placed again on hold three times.

A situation that should have taken 10 minutes to resolve stretched out to nearly a half hour. I have been an Exxon/Mobil customer for 30-plus years and have never been more disappointed.

There is an employee in this store that is very rude every time I ask to put my number in for my points she claims she doesn’t know how to do it so I loose my points for that transactions. She is always rude when I am in there.

She stands around until someone tells her to do something I don’t know her name she won’t give it to me but she is a tall black woman with long hair that she keeps up sometimes and her name starts with a D I believe This is poor customer service and she really doesn’t need to be working with the public bc she don’t know how to talk to them and treat them.

I’ve lost over 100 points bc of her and her attitude not wanting to do her job.

The Mobil Station at 112-01 Beach Channel Drive, Rockaway Park, NY 11694 NEVER has receipt paper in its pumps. Customers have complained for years with no change. It is clearly a rogue station which refuses to comply. If the Company is OK with this, then so be it.

This morning I've requested $20 gas at the gas station on Eisenhower Parkway in Roseland, NJ 07068. Instead the person filled it up worth of $72.44. When I told him that I wanted only $20 his replied: " the gas prices are going to increase so you are lucky" I would like my difference of $50 to be credited back to me.
