My Facebook got hacked at the beginning of December 2021. The hacker changed my email address, password, and phone number and deleted my recovery email off of it. Now, I can not get in my Facebook account at all. I tried everything such emails, phone calls and left a voicemail but still nothing. Customer service sucks.

How can you be a billionaire company but have poor customer service?? The help center ain't no help. I have included what my Facebook profile picture looks like and a statement that indicates that I let Facebook know that my Facebook got hacked into but still nothing.

I am constantly having my account restricted for no other reason than I am a conservative. I have been attacked, harassed and bullied online by liberal democrats. I go through the normal channels of reporting the harassment and always receive the same response.

This comment does not go against our community standards.

However, when I defend myself against harassment or bullying, I am immediately thrown in Facebook jail. There seems to be blatant double standards where if a liberal threatens or bullies a conservative, there are no repercussions.

However, if a conservative attempts to defend themselves against an attack, their account is immediately restricted.

It appears that your employees have personL information that is related to a client of mine that seems to be coming up as a name that is I can Identify as a tragedy in my past-I will forward this to the FTC as harassment is illegal and therefor should be dealt with by authorities.

In all of my years of using Facebook I never thought this type of harassment would be used by Facebook. I was blocked from facebook for a month for NO REASON! It says I have posted 5 times something that goes against fb standards. If you look at my fb there ou s nothing on there that's bad. And the last 2 that is reported they dont even show up in my support box!

Facebook suspended and then deleted a Facebook group I manage. They claimed it had violated community standards, although no warning was given, and when I reached out to their support team they declined to give me details other than just to say review the standards, which I did multiple times and

could not find anything posted in my group that violated them to my best judgement. Support continually refused to provide help or clear answers or guidance for how to address the issue. After requesting review of the group, it took nearly a month and was permanently disabled, again without any explanation or indication of what the violation was.

My Facebook account was frozen due to suspected identity fraud. I sent FB my email verification and passport as proof of my identity. No one has contacted me or opened my FB account back since it's been closed Nov.23 2021.What is their problem?

More than a month ago, i had my facebook account suspended after i was hacked. When i tried to review there was assurance that i will recover it. Yesterday i tried to open another one but within few minutes it was also suspended.

Is not facebook able to tell when someone is just being hacked? Why Am i suffering like this. You guys can do better than this. You know my timeline and all the things i post but why would you keep me behind bars for such a long time? I am so upset.

Hello, i wish to make a complaint about Facebook not listening to a great number of my friends on my Facebook letting you know that my account is hacked! It has been hacked for a number of weeks now and i know that many of my friends including my wife have reported my account as hacked.

These people have manged to completely take over my Facebook account and change the password so i can no longer access my account. They have my phone number so i cant open a new Facebook account. They even managed to contact my daughter and pretend to be me through messenger asking her for a code that would get sent to her mobile phone so they could change the phone number on my Facebook account.

I was accused of violating community standards for answering a question someone posted with the word yes.

I contacted Facebook because my News Feed is not working. Everything else on Facebook works, and my internet connection is intact. FB emailed me and told me to change my password, and gave me an 8 digit code, but never told me where to key in the code.

Now I can't even get on Facebook, because I keep getting a field that tells me to enter the 5 digit SMS code that they sent me, but I never received any such code from them. Their help page has been no help at all!

This same issue with the news feed not working came up a few days ago, and I saw a number of complaints from others who are having the same problem.

I got my account taken over by hackers after a phishing attempt. The hackers have also hacked into some of my friends account. Multiple people reported the hacking and Facebook ignored all complaints because ,according to them, Community standards have not been violated.

There is no customer help line and Facebook does not respond to any of my emails where I provided evidence of the hacking including login attempts from remote servers and the screenshot s of the phishing emails that my friends were getting from the hackers. Facebook only cares about their profits not about providing security for their customers.

Why did you block my account for something I shared from Facebook?? If the content was against your policy then it shouldn’t be on your platform from the start. It’s an abuse what you have done and you should be more careful
