Hello I visited Rensselaer interstate store on 12/30 at approx 1:20 pm out aide trashes over flowing now beverage bay straws had to use the slushy ones store looks dirty totes in the way the stores condition was unacceptable and the cashier Christine was standing behind register on her phone with no customers present.

Not greeted when I walked in. Completely unacceptable.

I went to family express in north Judson and purchased a lottery ticket and asked the person to check the ticket and refused they said they don't have to serve me and I said isent that your job and they threaten me by saying we know how you are they say they have a scanner but they don't they need to do their job

I purchased donuts at the Lowell Indiana Family Express on Commercial Ave. this morning (9-15-23). When I went to eat them I noticed they were riddled with mold. I have attached the pictures of the donuts. There was also a weird bright white cream inside, not the same color as the cream.

Your manager on duty, the shorter lady with short hair is the laziest woman I've come across in all your family x stations. The Family Express at 1004 E SR 2 in Laporte, Indiana is constantly busy. Kiddos for the business but she is a horrible MOD.

Just stopped there again and needless to say one person running register with numerous people in line waiting as she piddles around and never helps. I bought a 14.00 car wash in Mishawaka Indiana and my car still has mud on tires and the overall car is still dirty. Terrible wash. I paid for best wash and it came out looking almost the same as it did prior to the wash .

Tonight I went to store located at IN-2 & fail rd its my usual story. Donna was working but tonight she was extra disrespectful and just nasty towards me because my wife use to work there and she now hates my wife for some reason. I have been a dedicated customer to Family Express however now because of her I am no more.

The attendants sold me wrong cigarettes . Wasn’t even down the road before I realized. Turned around and asked her to exchange them for me since it was her mistake. I asked for Marlboro lights NOT Marlboro light 100s. She was rude and said no.

But I’m mostly mad how she treated me as a customer. Rudest attendant I’ve encountered there. Not good. Mistake was on her part. Cigarettes are in a sealed pack I don’t understand why you can’t exchange. I barely left the building for a minute.

It was early morning so I wasn’t wide awake yet. Coffee paper smokes. My morning routine . I’ll stop down the road at loves truck stop.

The service at Westville is getting really bad. I have been a long time customer coming to the store for years. All the new people that are coming into that store, seem to be too occupied talking and not being at the register.

You need to train your new people wear the cigarettes are, I should not have to constantly direct every single person over there as to where the cigarettes are that I need. They stand over by the pizza area and talk while there is a line at the register.

I go in this morning there's absolutely no coffee stirrers stocked, the girl that was supposed to be Manning to register was too busy on her cell phone and talking to the girl over by the pizza area. It took three tries to get one pack of cigarettes correct, then I told her the second kind that I needed it took…

I went into family express in South Haven, IN, (has a Valparaiso address). When I went to check out, Karen(sales associate) slammed my items down. Then when I added gas to my order she let out a long sigh and said ugh. I responded that I was sorry. Another long sigh followed by a ugh. I told Karen if her customers were such an inconvenience maybe she shouldn't be working then and she responded as I walked out with, "GO FUCK YOURSELF!!) She's absolutely disgusting!! I will NEVER give that FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS ANOTHER PENNY ON MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

Your food market used to be the best. I would stop at least twice a week for one of your deli sandwiches, fruit, a snack. You must have changed vendor because now your market is BAD!! After trying a sandwich on two separate occasions, I have stopped shopping at your mart.

I know others who have mentioned the same thing. So now when I need a quick lunch or snack, I will go to one of your competitors such at Speedway or Loves, etc. And while I am there I fill up my car.

So not only have you lost customers to your food market, you have probably also lost gas customers as a result. Such a shame.

Three out of my last four visits to Family Express have ended with me paying, your checkout person talking to a coworker (this time it was the store manager), consequently completely ignoring me as my card was approved and I slowly walk away, hoping to hear a thank you, but nothing.

I grew up in a lil mom and pop store and Dad would have came unglued if I was waiting on his customers and didn't thank them for their patronage. Thought you'd want to know

I just had to use the public restroom in Rensselaer, Indiana on college Ave. It was disgusting! There was dried feces smeared all over the outside of the toilet. Weeks worth of dirt, grease, and filth coated on, in, and around the sink.

The smell was horrendous, and you can tell that no one has touched a cleaning tool in that bathroom for weeks.

I stopped in this morning at the store on 250 and 130 in Valparaiso this morning and asked for $10 on pump 7 the clerk store manager misunderstood what I said and put it on pump 10 and said somebody already pumped it and said that I could go ask them to give me the $10 back he did nothing to correct it I feel like I was robbed of my money

I stopped in for wings at your location at the intersection between 9th Street and Dunkin Road in Lafayette IN. I got 12 rubbery chicken nuggets and two "cups" of buffalo sauce that both had basically no sauce in them.

I would like a refund of the $8.49 I spent on this.

The soda machine on klondike rd. In west lafayette is continuously down or out of products. Could yall spare some time and money to get this fixed. The poor manager there has to field all kinds of angry customers. Seems to me the company needs to fork over some money and get the machine replaced! For the love!

At the Family Express on Hwy 2 East in LaPorte Indiana. The lady working on Feb 18th 2023 at 8 am named Rosie was incredibly RUDE!! I brought my items up to pay and she remarked that I couldn’t pay for hot food with EBT.

I stated yes that I know that. ” She was very rude and sarcastic. There were two women in the store behind me who did not need to know that I was using EBT but now did because of how loud she was being snotty and putting my business out there. Terrible employee.

She needs a good lesson on customer service.

Used the car wash today at 149 and 6. The car wash had no soap. I went in to the gas station and the clerk was very rude as I told her there was no soap in the car wash.

She told me to go somewhere else. That is horrible customer service! I will take my business somewhere else!

m. I visited the Family Express on Route 25 in Lafayette. I put $50 on my family Express card in order to get the discount on fuel. I use my American Express card that was charged $50 but the cashier apparently was not well versed and recharging existing cards and hit the button to activate my card that I've been carrying for months.

Because she hit it activate instead of reload and the card was already activated the $50 did not go on my family Express card. I was charged $50 but did not receive the credit on my family Express card. I have disputed that charge on my American Express card and I wait to hear what Family Express is going to do for a customer that visits that store every single day.

The manager of that store is well aware of it as well as the manager at the Klondike store…

I was in the Medaryville location this morning. The attendant that was working was really rude . Her name tag said tiff on it . She didn't say a word . Like she was pissed off to be there .

I go there a lot and the others are very nice a friendly.

First of all, I am normally a huge fine of your food. I ordered a large sausage pizza and a dozen wings, sauce on side, and no ranch. The pizza had way too much sauce (at least triple the needed amount) and the wings were sauced (I order it to the side because I love the sauce but it's too spicy for me to eat much with my stomach condition) and I was given ranch any way.

So the wings were not edible to me and the pizza was a sloppy saucy mess.

Your signs need to be better organized! Especially for new drivers. They see a price they think it is for reg fuel when usually it is for another type. Reg should always be on top! Some of your store signs do not even show reg at all!

I dont even go to your stores anymore due to only 1 in chesterton and with no pizza (which we love) and seems your gas is now always higher than most

A worker from Crownpoint off of 231 yesterday evening was super rude I wanted a gallon of milk my daughter went into purchase and the milk was going to expire in two days so I went in the store to see if I can get a refund or a different milk he claimed he could t give me my money back without a receipt.

I told him my daughter was in here 3 minutes ago and I’m on a time crunch he stated well maybe you should go back in the car and take care of your kids milk isn’t that important. I’ve never been treated with this much disrespect I was being nice until he made that comment

I visited the family express location in Valparaiso,IN. I’m not sure of the store number but it was the one closest to the university with 4 pumps. I went to get a fountain pop and when I poured the ice there was an obvious black substance in the ice.

The clerk overheard me on the phone saying I thought it was mold. When I approached the counter the clerk (I don’t recall her name) told me it wasn’t mold. They did a repair on the ice machine and it was “just rubber”.

The ice machine was up and running and I’m not sure why a company would knowingly subject customers to ingest rubber.

The women bathroom was very dirty. The toilet, sink and floor were gross. And there's not a hook to hang up a purse.

Recently bought a six dollar car wash at one of your gas stations and when I went through I noticed it did not spray the car with soap so after the wash was through I went back inside to complain and was told you don't get soap for that price what cheap ass decided that was a good idea I can get a 3 dollar car wash and it comes with soap!!!

Plymouth Family Express Car Wash leaves soap all over our cars. Just went through it 2x and my car is still soapy. I had to go to another car wash to get the soap off. Cost another $3.00 to get soap off!! I paid for unlimited washes but a lot of the time the car wash st Plymouth is not working or it doesn’t rinse well.

I told cashier at Plymouth but she wasn’t able to see how soapy my car was. She said she couldn’t go outside. But she did say she would report it.

Ridiculous!! What am I paying every month for if I have to pay more to get car rinsed off??

The guy who is working there now have a very nasty attitude all I did was ask him if he knew how to work the touch pay cash app with your phone he answered me with a really nasty attitude and he is a white guy he must don't like me the min I walked in.

At the location in Laporte on pine lake Ave. The employee Jean never asks if I want a bag when purchasing 4 or more items. I have been using this location for years.

Today, I was at your Noter Dame East location and my wife and I ordered a breakfast pizza. The sign advertised order here and receive your order within in minutes. We then grabbed two fountain drinks from the drink station, and I seen the kitchen worker come out from the backroom look at our order, say something to the cashier and ran back to the backroom to hide.

We walked to the cashier to pay, and was told that our order would be ready within 20 to 30 minutes if we wanted to wait around for it. No explanation why or any attempt to substitute our order with anything else.

I canceled the order and left, if this is how costumers are treated I’m not impressed.

Sara at the North Judson, IN location needs fired ASAP. Every time I'm in there, and I'm in there at least once a day, she's got a line through the store because she's always talking to the other girls working instead of ringing up customers, complaining about how someone missed their shift, to customers, and

she's always so obviously high, her eyes are rolling in the back of her head and she's nodding out at the register. Like, seriously. Drug test her or ask any other customer there and I can guarantee they'll agree. Unbelievable

Employee Rich refused to serve me on the basis of his own political views. I feel as though I've been discriminated against.

I have bought ice from the store port stop and had a huge hole down the side. I told the guy I was supposed to get another one went to get it they were out for two days. Went to buy one tonight at the pine lake store the associate was so rude and I got home that one had a hole too!

The guy was saying they can only make so many bags of ice I get that, the customer service at these locations is just horrible the employees are very rude and don't seem to care about customers at all. I think if your going to charge $5 for a bag of ice shouldn't rip as I get it home!!

I was a customer in your Family Express #46 Fail Road location in La Porte, and the way the male sales associate Eric was talking to the female associate Megan was disturbing and unprofessional. I felt bad for her and wished she would have better coworkers.

Megan on the other hand was professional and well mannered and was very nice. Glad to see there are still sakes associates out there like her, hope to see her around more.

I was at fail rd in laporte, indiana and the employee Eric greeted me with "what do you want". Then proceeded to judge me for the type of cigarettes i smoke.. he has no customer service skills and is the rudest employee i have ever encountered..

i will not return to this location as long as he is there.. i will go to speedway from now on.. just dont want another to have the experience i have.. i am a manager at domino's and this would be terminateable immediately

I visited your store at Coolspring and Franklin St in Michigan City, IN. I was treated very rudely by your manager there. I drive for Uber and buy a lot of gas every week. I will never set foot in any Family Express again

We have yet to hear from your resolutions manager regarding Claim 000696-230326-GD-01. He (Tovarrus Haymer) emailed ONCE on 7/5 requesting a phone number and time for him to call to discuss the claim, which we gave him, and we have never heard back after MULTIPLE attempts to contact him via email and phone messages!!!!

I had went into the store to get water and pop before work. I had that rang up. 00 in Gas. 33. I pushed yes I wanted to use it. I got to it pump and it wouldn't let me push regular gas. 89.

89 for the regular price. That's why I wanted regular gas. I went back inside and explain my problem and she stated that she really couldn't do anything because it was already pushed as mid grade. I never had an issue with her because she is so sweet.

Then I asked for the number for corporate and didn't give it to me. i looked up the number and called. The guy on the phone stated he will relay the message and to leave a voice mail. 33 cents back and now truck is acting weird as well. Thank. You

I have more of a complaint about family express here in Lafayette on 38 east. I had went in 6/17/22 around 2:20 and there were some females to me I took what they said as being racists. But they were complaining that black people kept throwing their trash on the ground outside and didn’t pick it up.

To me all it would take is the wrong person to go in and hear that then whose to know what would happen. I’m sorry but isn’t it also the employees job to keep the parking lot picked up from trash and things.

If someone is gonna be racist like that then I don’t believe they need to be working there. Like I said all it would take is the wrong person to hear that and it would of been dangerous for anyone that was in there.

I DON'T SMOKE. He likes a certain Marlboro so I ask for it , didn't have it then I ask for Marlboro menthol blue, didn't have it so I ask for menthol gold. I got told by the employee I was rude, sorry I'm not black. His name was Hero. No he was not. Won't be back.

People should Not be allowed to loiter/ sleep on the floor inside the store (5-16-2022) at 2605 Calumet Ave. This creates an Unsafe/Uncomfortable environment. (especially during a pandemic)

My complaint is that for the past few days I’ve gone into the store and it is extremely hot inside the store. Even the staff is having to use fans due to it being so hot. The morning girl Tia apologized and said that she would speak to someone about it.

She was extremely nice and professional about it. So that made it not as bad. But if us as the customers are hot. I can only imagine how the employees feel. Tia even had a bandanna on due to sweating.

As much as she was running around I know she was overheated.
