My name is Lois Hoo. All of our families love Family Mart and we go there for shopping regularly. My baby Jack is 3 years old and he has social anxiety, he’s afraid to talk with anyone. For practice him talk more, I encourage him go to Family Mart and buy ice cream by himself (I just stay beside him) In this way, Family Mart become the only place my baby trusted and willing to talk in.

In the past days, whenever baby Jack, who has social anxiety, went to the Family Mart to buy ice cream, friendly staff would always ask if he wanted to be the person holding the ice cream cone. They would provide him with a small chair to stand on, allowing him to touch the ice cream cone and experience the process of making ice cream.

However, in reality, the staffs are the ones who operated the machine and…

Staff handle kat depan sorang sorang. Pastu layan customer terlampau slow, customer dah beratur panjang boleh buat ignore. Customer dah tunggu berjam last last cakap kuah oden dah kering. Adoi . Mengapa saya perlu beratur dikaunter oden sedangkan saya tidak mahu membeli oden pada ketika itu? Staff ramai tetapi kaunter express satu pon tk buka. Jadi apa kegunaan kaunter express tersebut?

The cashier was rude to me and my mom. We are both tourist and its our first time to be treated like that here in japan. He grabbed the basket from me and was really out of line while punching in my order. Attached is the receipt.

Two of your stores have failed to adhere to the advertised/displayed price for items, in breach of consumer right laws. When shown the price staff will argue that is a previous price,and then change the display. The price shown is the price I should pay

Yesterday I went to the Menara Ikhlas family mart to buy food, I went to the Oden counter to order food, then asked if there was still food at the Oden counter, the staff at the family mart treated me poorly, the way one of the staff said with me it's not pleasant for me it's like having no manners with customers and for me that's not what should be done to customers, I'm sorry for the staff at family mart waning to be sincere, their service there is not satisfactory at all, I hope this thing doesn't happen to other customers .

30pm. One of your staff that name as per his name tag is Muntazar , assitant manager of the store. You should be train your staff as your staff is very rude and when lunch hours I think he is just dont want to do our business, asking for everything he said is no more? what ?

30 pm already out of stock so how you want to open until late night for whole day? and also asked for Oden instant noodles also no stock I think is he lazy to cook? Coffee machine also under maintainence.

He dont even talk more like asking what you want to take for Oden and just pretend and stand like no care if you want what then you said yourself lah. Is it the services of your staff is correct ?

10 we give cash of RM 50 and he just said that cannot no small changes for RM 50 and dont even want to accept our money…

I am a loyal Family Mart customer through the years.

However, this particular Family Mart branch in Kaohshiung, Taiwan says it does not accept credit cards of foreigners when I have been paying with my foreign but international card at Family Mart stores from Taipei to Taichung and even at the Kaohshiung Main Station. This is a big deal for a foreign customer like me because it feels discriminatory when a systemic anti-customer policy like this exists for a tourist who spends her money in Taiwan with an eye of contributing for the common good when everyone wants to recover from the economic devastation of the pandemic.

My purhases are small , not enough to make a dent in Taiwan's GDP but when I patronize a Japanese retail store, it is because I expect a higher bar of customer service…

Hi family mart i just want to let you know that your salad , vegetables are not fresh when i ate it , it feel so soggy and look so bad please be alert that we dont want be poison or stomache. I hope you can do better next time :)

I have the bad experience with the workers at this Familymart branch FamilyMart Danau Niaga (No. 30pm. The two malay guy worker only opened one counter even when so many customers are queing up there! One at the counter and another one walking in and out of the shops like nothing to do!

) I waited 30 minutes to pay! Wtf?! This is still fine, when it's my turn and finish paid I asked him to heat my food. Then the oven rang and my food is ready but the other worker(thin size) was washing something there and no one take the food for me after waited for sometime.

So I just keep ringing the bell and something even bad happened. The worker (Fat) told me…
