hello, I'm writing to you because I have some issues with the pots I've bought from farbeware company. The cooking part is excellent and I enjoy the taste and quality however I had some issues with the handles both on the cover and at the sides of the pots.

would you be able to send new handles or pots so that i can have an easier time while handling hot pots. thanks my phone number is 438-876-3845 hope to hear from you soon

I have historically been a fan of Farberware for its fast-brew coffee pots. Thus bought a Farberware Touch K-cup brewer. It works fine but I know the mesh in the holder for brewed coffee will eventually wear out and tear. I have tried unsuccessfully to find out how to get a replacement for the brewed-coffee holder. I started with K-mart, where I purchased it. The rep said she would have Farberware call me. No response. I tried the Farberware on-line chat. No-response. I also tried the following supposed customer support numbers. (855) 451-2897, (800) 231-9786, (800) 809-7166 and (800 388-3872. A man at the the 231 number said he would refer my inquiry to the right people. No response. The other numbers were phone trees that basically ended in a loop.

I d tried to get thru on THREE different phone numbers to Farberware to get help with a Farberware microwave that I Purchased only 1 year ago, that has recently started to peel And rust on the top interior, some of the rust falling into my Food..... I need to have some action taken on this problem...

I have always used Farberware, and this is the first time I have Been disappointed with their product. Please send me a reply. Thank you

Sorry Farbarware Microwave that dies as soon as warranty is out. Waste of time trying to contact customer service because they dont know anything nor try to help you. Cant even send a troubleshooting manual or anything to help you try to fix it.

All they tell you is take it to a service technician which will probably charge you more than it is worth. Living on Social Security does not give you the option of replacing a new microwave every 2 years. Guess since no one is interested in helping or giving a phone number or email address to CEO of company - they just lost a customer.

Set of pots owned outside of pot caught on fire causing damage to my over the range microwave and stove. Daughter has burns on hand due to trying to extinguish fire. I am very upset this has caused severe loss and damage.

We have always loved Farberware. We have a lot of pots and pans etc. My husband bought your red can opener!! After using several others that did not hold up. Your hand held can opener is horrible. You cannot open a can without hurting your hand.

I have to squeeze the handles just to get it to open up. I can’t turn it and open the can. We would like a better can opener and we need it ASAP. I already sent one email and haven’t heard anything.

I have a Kerrig from you guys it is the coffee pot and k cup combo I am sick and tired of buying a new one every month because the piece of shit k cup side decides to never drain all the water and leaks out the back its bullshit to spend 80 bucks every month on this piece of shit because all the other ones are over 100 I am not happy with any of your products after you sold out to China your products have been shit

I am very upset with your company, I have bought Farberware for many years, About 15 months ago I got an air fryer Model FW-AF-GRY and cooked maybe 6 times in it. Well last 3 times I have cooked in it,,the enamel from the little tray inside has been on my food.

It made me sick both times I ate the food, I called Walmart where my friend got it for me for my birthday, They said they couldn't help me because I dont have a receipt , Well my friend mailed the air fryer to me and she didnt send a receipt.

So I called your company and talked to 6 different people. Each one sent me to someone else. Maybe You can't help me but to have something just over a year old and the enamel comes off on your food is not healthy.

I guess all I can do is trash it but would suggest that you get people to test…

I bought a Dual Brew coffee maker in Nov. To replace my last Farberware coffee maker that lasted an eternity, so I didn't get the warranty on my new one. And the metal cover is coming lose. I love this maker !!

It fits my life style and was a great price. I have my receipt but it's past the 30 day return policy on electric appliances. It works perfectly and I'm happy with it but it really takes from the looks of the marker with the metal cover coming lose.

Love your products, can Farberware help me with this?

Bought a stainless steel immersion blender after Christmas last year. Used it twice during the summer. Went use it the other day for the third time, pushed button NOTHING. Do not buy this piece of junk. (Model FB18). Cost $30+ dollars for two uses.

I purchased 4 water coolers for my siblings . After 2 months of use they are no longer keeping the water hit or cold but they are still running. I tried every number on the internet and they all ring once then disconnect.

They have such poor customer service. I think they must know how inferior their products are so they purposely made it impossible to contact them. Stay away from any of their products.

Purchase battery operated can opener a couple of months ago at Kohl's, have been less than happy withit as it only works occasionally and even then takes several tries. Was really excited since I have a hard time due to arthritis in my hands and have a hard time with hand can opener. Was going to recommend to friends, but not an option at this time.

I received a set of Farberware cookware for a wedding present 46 years ago. I have enjoyed using the pots, pans and skillet and appreciate the quality. The Farberware has gotten years of heavy use, and it's always come clean - even after food had burnt on.

I recently decided that I could use a 10" skillet, and Farberware was my brand of choice. I have used the pan twice, both times used oil or cooking spray to keep food from sticking. The food did not stick, but I cannot get the pan clean at all!!

I have used Dawn Power Dissolver, (which works beautifully on my 46-year-old skillet), stainless steel, Ajax, and Scrub Daddy. 99 on sale from Amazon), but I am disappointed in your customer service. This is the second complaint I am submitting.

I purchased one of your 1-1/2 Tbsp. Cookie scoops - Obviously a non-baking person must have designed this scoop. The handle is extremely uncomfortable - why did you not bring the padding to the edge of the handles? When I squeeze the handles together to eject the dough the "ejector" doesn't go from one side to the other - it doesn't make it all the way to the edge on one side making it impossible to get the dough out with one, two or even three squeezes.

I was hoping, since it was made my Farberware, that the quality would have been top-notch. I am quite disappointed.

This is the second Faberware toaster I have bought in the past 6 months. Model number #550083. It works great , then all of a sudden ,it will only toast 1 side of the bread. I have always felt that FaberWare was a great product to buy, as a matter of fact, I have a lot of FaberWare products in my home.

However I will not buy another toaster from you. You really have a problem with this toaster. I was always proud of displaying my Faberware products in my home. Very dissatisfied with your product!!! You lost a loyal customer.

it was a 10 piece blender set with 10 pieces and there was only a motor and that was even dirty and normally I take the back one of ANYTHING PURCHASED BUT MY DAUGHTER HANDED ME THE FIRST ONE!!! now I must wait for my daughter to return home From Ohio visiting with her daughter, I'm 66, on Medicare secondary Medicaid!!

I'm 148% under poverty and on a very tight budget.... Now I'm going to open everything in…

I purchased a safety can opener. It worked 1 time on 1 can. Because I had unpackaged and used it the retailer will not take it back and the customer service lines at the website do not connect to any kind of customer service.

I will no longer purchase any of your products and will be writing negative reviews regarding this company

I bought the Farberware Microwave FM016121817, Scan EB02855850, had it a year and a few months, but less than a year and a half. Bought it at WalMart. I only use paper plates in the microwave. I was heating something when I heard a noise.

I sounded like the turntable was freezing up and struggling to turn. It was a grinding noise. I knew it wasn’t the plate. So I turned off the microwave, checked the turntable and it was fine. Restarted the microwave and heard the same noise and a pop.

Peeked thru the window and FIRE was shooting from the inside vent. I’m glad I was in the kitchen. I shudder to think what may have happened had I been in another room. Then there’s the Farberware grill Model 56205, 4-in-one grill.

Had it a year and it’s messed up. Fats and oils collected on the grates. So…

I have sent several messages to farberware complaining about a 8" frying pan. the food sticks to the bottom of this non-stick frying pan. I ask the company for a replacement at no cost to me. farberware is not replying to my messages.

your help in this matter will be appreciated.
