I called on 7/22 to cancel my home and auto policies, only the home was cancelled and you proceeded to withdraw 2 months of auto policy payments and now I have to wait until September to get my money aND I’m not getting the full refund. I will never buy farmers insurance again and I will spread the word

I requested an agent changed on 6/2/23 on three policies I have with Farmers. Today 6/20/23 the request partially took effect. Unfortunately the department that handles the agent changes inadvertently missed my auto policy. I contacted customer service yesterday and was told it will take 10-12 business days to correct their error. I find that unacceptable. It may be time to change insurance companies. I understand that we are all human and make errors, but not to take responsibility for their error and expedite the correction is extremely poor customer service. I had a crack on my windshield that occurred out of nowhere. I called Farmers Insurance on 03/06/2023 and spoke with an agent on the phone and she let me know that my windshield repair would be covered by farmers as it was going to be below $1000, and

if it happened to be above $1000 , that I would just cover the rest. Only to find out, after I got my windshield repair, that I had to cover the entire cost as what I had was a $1000 deductible.

I am expecting to be reimbursed for this as I was misinformed by the agent, the phone call can be pulled up and listened to. The number I had called was 18005110879

a claims adjuster named Jeremy gump! The most unprofessional agent I’ve ever had the privilege of working with! I can’t believe the 3 grade manner this lump tried to feed me! Hopefully he’s gone from farmers after my Atty is done with him and farmers!

Just sad after 20 years with farmers! This guy solely made me leave farmers! And 15 others??? When I left I told 15 others my story wit this 3 grader and they canceled their policy too!

I have never had to deal with such incompetent people for insurance. I have a policy with your company 0865105701 and I currently have covered insurance. I had a police officer come to my home today to tell me that my license plate shows that I have no coverage.

there looking at the old policy which was 0865105700 . The NEW POLICY I was told from someone that the ball was dropped on your end and the policy was never sent to the Mass Registry of Moter Vehicles. I need this to be addressed TODAY .

Secondly I was told I have a Lexus and I do not my Daughter Morgan Fraser has that car I gave it to her and he pays her own policy . We Have a truck and an Audi . please let me know when this has been addressed and the registry has the correct policy number 978-317-8471 Wendy Fraser

I sold my home 2021 and Farmers hasn’t returned the $4 ,600 + dollars that you owe me. I’ve received the check numbers and the amount which was sent to and address that I moved from over 1 year ago.

On November 3 rd 2022 the process was stated all over again to receive my reimbursement I’ve change my address 7 times which as of 2/13 /2023 still has the old address I’ve spoken with 9 incompetent reps. Who waits this long for a reimbursement, Im Done.

I recently had an accident in my 2015 Nissan Altima, i reported the claim on 8/24/22 with photos i sent to my claims consultant Kermica Miller. I have been without my car since that day. I was told three weeks after i started this process, by the body shop that they still had not received any communication from Farmers my insurance company.

I am now in a situation where i am being told that i will be responsible for the next 5 days or more for the rental car i have due to my time is up. I had a call from Kermica Miller’s supervisor that i requested yesterday afternoon this morning stating that Farmer’;s could not extend my rental car coverage.

I received a check in the mail with a letter A838527869 of a request to cancel the account on a property that just closed escrow on 8/29/22. Prior to closing of escrow (8/16/22) I was instructed by the Title Co to pay for a full year of insurance. I have not requested to cancel this policy nor I understand how it got canceled. I now fear that the Lender may call the loan due liability of equity coverage.

I have called my agent - Mark Adam Jenkins’ office multiple times and was unable to speak to a live person each time I called. I have left messages advising the urgency of this matter, have requested for a call back and have yet to receive one.

Being a customer with farmers for 28 years, Christopher Maclaughlin has got to be the worst agent I've dealt with. Dealing with him has been a nightmare. 49 for both our vehicles along with renters insurance. Well within the first couple months, I get an unpleasant surprise that my policy was cancelled for a missed payment in April.

I asked Chris and he claimed that there was some document signatures emailed to me and he had supposedly called me numerous times about it. I never got a call of the urgecy to sign such a document and when I called Chris about it at that time, he told me he'll take care of it and get me back on my policy.

Patty Bazquez in the Jurupa valley Riverside CA office. I called to make a payment and have a random name removed that was put on my policy that doesn’t exist. Patty proceeded to argue with me yelling and yelling and yelling at me. She was.

Ride from the moment I talked to her. She told me there is no complaint department no corporate office to complain to. She said she doesn’t have to listens she wouldn’t let me speak I hate to continue to tell her to just take the appointment and she just kept yelling.

I have had this policy for 20 plus years and this person should never be handling customers. I want this handled above Dave

Beside that I had the payment stop the rep told me everything was good and I did not have to worry about it but today the payment was deducted and it overdraft my account . I called and was with a rep that could not even spell Perez right I was on hold for 3hours I ask to talk to a supervisor and had me on hold and hung up .

Then I call again to fix everything another 11/2 on the phone and I’m upset because it is authorize deduction and you rep should inform me that it could not be stop and it would come out of account in witch they did not and on the second call hector I talk him in English and in Spanish and I explain what I need and

First off, we were never told what our options were when it came to hiring someone to make repairs to our house. Every decision that was made besides what color the carpet was going to be, was made by whoever, but not by us.

We didn't know we could of hired who we wanted to make the repairs. It was never explained to us ? The abatement company did a very poor job. They left our door wide open, didn't bother to lock it when they left !

And workers were peeing on the side of the house. And there was very little clean up.

From the time the claim person (ransom) called me and followed up, took too long. I sent her pictures she could not find, I called her she did not call back. I sent text no one answered. Her supervisors was not helpful and rather than listening to my concerns told me its all company policy.

Told me this is how I would be treated at Burger King!!! Where do you educate your employees.

Called to have I'd card corrected for wrong address. Waited 1 HR for rep then cut off. Tried again used call back feature and have now waited over an hour for callback. Wonder if company exec ever thought to stop spending money on stupid tv commercials and hire people to answer the freaking phones.

Be looking into changing ins. Met apparently bought out by then and customer once again gets the shaft up the old gig.

Adjuster Ken whose Supervisor Roger Chambers was to call explaining why. Tree storm damage to a wheel base was concealed and could have killed our family. We found out about the damage accidentally. The Collision co of Farmers told my husband to drive an Escalade with NO GRILL after 30 day rental expired and Ken told me this was Good Customer Service and he was trying to help us

A Farmers insured my parked, unoccupied car. It was a 1976 corvette, restored to originals specifications! 00 to fix it! " The adjuster is making me pay out of pocket $533 to get the vehicle fixed back to it's original condition!

I have Farmers Insurance for my house! But trust me when I say, I won't be keeping it there and I will be telling EVERYONE how poorly they have treated me! Shame on Farmers for making this widow pay out of pocket for her deceased husband's vehicle to be repaired to its original condition before their client hit it!

My car was parked and unoccupied and clearly they were at fault! Shame on you Kevin Stone, Farmers Adjuster! Shame on Farmers altogether for allowing that kind of petty nonsense!

I am a small contractor . Got my workers comp thru James Winger your agent . 00 dollars with no communication from James . I emailed and call and have had no response . I am contesting the bill and have gotten no help. policy A1519-75-59 17 .

My house and multiple vehicles are insured with your company . Need to get this resolved asap.

Ignored request to cancel coverage after formal signed letter requesting cancellation on 4 policies and yet still continued to try and bill. When payment was not received, letters were sent threatening to suspend registration for failure to pay.

Also tried contacting agency (Craig T Smith) about 5 times and was sent to a recording each time.

Very rude customer service after calling main office.

Over 25 years with Farmers. Great agents. Sons parked car totaled by DUII driver. Better service from DUII driver insurance than Farmers. Rate increases made it unaffordable with no home owner claims. Saved 40% with mirror policies from competitors.

I have had issues with my pluming inside the walls and with roof leaks for the past 5 years. I had water damage caused by water pipe that broke or was leaking behind the drywall but did not notice the damage until it came thru the wall.

I called my agent they send and inspector and he said the insurance would not cover the damages because it was due to negligence and wear and tear on my part. How am I suppose to inspect pipes behind walls.

On the roof leaks same thing they came out several times and told the same thing that it was for non maintenance and because the roof was not built or installed correctly and roof tiles where not installed correct by contractor therefore I have no coverage. Our claim number is 3010190211-12. My neighbors tree fell on our fence in Jan, My neighbor contacted his insurance company which is Farmers. From there we have been dealing with the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Her name is Jennifer Baareman.

From the first call to us, she basically told us we would have to find someone to give us an estimate for repairing our fence. When asked if she would send out a claims adjuster, she responded no. I asked her why not.

She said well we don't have anyone in your area so you will have to find someone yourself. She was very rude about it. She also told my husband, he would have to send her pictures of the damage, that is not our job. And we did not.

She should have asked the person with the policy which she had to turn around…

My phone was stolen on Jan 26th. Today is Wednesday and last Saturday I went in to the Verizon store in Hereford, Texas and asked about getting a new phone & the guy told me my upgrade date was not until April, but he put the stuff in the computer and told me that we could go ahead and do it. So I told him what kind of phone that I wanted. He said that they did not have it in stock, but they would order it on Monday and it would be in b uhh mid week. So, today he called me and said the phone was in. So I drove roughly 20 miles to Hereford to pick up the phone. He had the phone on the desk and I had a case picked out and ready to go.

He calls in to activate the phone and when he hangs up, he tells me that I can't have the phone and will have to wait until my upgrade date and that is it. I…
